Changan car prices in Pakistan start at Rs 2,349,000 for the M9 Sherpa pickup and Rs 3,149,000 for the Karvaan, while the Alsvin sedan costs Rs 4,189,000 to Rs 4,999,000 and the Oshan X7 is now discounted to Rs 7,949,000 to Rs 8,550,000. We read the Alsvin, Oshan X7, Karvaan, M9 Sherpa and Hunter pages on Changan Pakistan's website on 1 November 2026. Each price carries the same line: "Freight & CVT incl." So the number you see is the price before registration, token tax and any withholding tax a non-filer pays.
Every Changan variant has an official price, from Rs 2.35 million to Rs 10.99 million
Changan sells five models in Pakistan: the M9 Sherpa pickup, the Karvaan MPV, the Alsvin sedan, the Oshan X7 SUV and the Nevo Hunter REEV pickup. The cheapest is Rs 2,349,000 and the dearest Rs 10,990,000, with freight and CVT included on every row.

That is 11 variants in all. The Oshan X7 is the only model with a "Discounted Price" line under the normal price, so its two numbers are both shown.
Changan Alsvin price in Pakistan is Rs 4,189,000 to Rs 4,999,000
The Alsvin comes in three versions. The Comfort with a 1.37 litre engine and manual gearbox costs Rs 4,189,000. The Lumiere costs Rs 4,899,000 and the Black Edition Rs 4,999,000. The model page headlines a 1.5 litre engine with a 5-speed automatic.
The gap between Comfort and Lumiere is Rs 710,000, which is our arithmetic. The Black Edition adds only Rs 100,000 on top of the Lumiere. Ask the dealer to confirm the engine and gearbox of the exact variant you book, because the page does not set them out row by row.
Changan's own booking form names the three Alsvin choices as Alsvin MT, Alsvin Lumiere and Alsvin Lumiere Black Edition, which matches the price list. If a dealer quotes a fourth Alsvin variant, ask which one it is on the official form.
The Oshan X7 is discounted by Rs 525,000 to Rs 850,000
All four Oshan X7 variants show a lower "Discounted Price" on Changan's Oshan X7 page. The cut is Rs 850,000 on both FutureSense variants, Rs 849,000 on the Black Edition and Rs 525,000 on the Comfort 7-Seat. The page gives no end date for the offer.
Those savings are our sums from the two figures on each row. The Oshan X7 uses a 1.5 litre turbo engine with a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox and 300 Nm of torque, according to the model page.
Because no end date is printed, treat the discount as something that can stop without notice. Before you pay, ask the dealer to write the discounted price on your provisional booking order, the PBO, so the figure you agreed is on paper.
Karvaan, M9 Sherpa and Hunter are the work and family vehicles
The Karvaan MPV costs Rs 3,149,000 as Power Comfort and Rs 3,349,000 as Power Plus. The M9 Sherpa one ton pickup costs Rs 2,349,000. The Nevo Hunter REEV, a range-extended electric pickup, costs Rs 10,990,000.
Changan lists the Karvaan with a 1.2 litre engine, a 5-speed manual gearbox, dual air bags, ABS and EBD, and dual air conditioning. The Sherpa has a 5-speed manual and a top speed of 120 km/h. For the Hunter, the page claims 322 HP, 131 km of pure electric range and more than 900 km of combined range.
The Hunter is in a different class from the rest. At that price it competes with imported hybrid and plug-in pickups, so compare it against the tax rules in the hybrid car tax change before you decide.
What the Changan price includes, and what it leaves out
Every Changan price says freight and CVT are included. It does not include registration, number plates, token tax, insurance or the withholding tax collected at registration, which is higher for a non-filer. Those costs depend on your province and filer status.
So the on-road cost is always more than the list price. The registration side is explained in car tax for filers and non-filers. Ask the dealer for an on-road quote in writing that lists each of these items separately.
Changan's model pages each link a "Terms & Conditions" note under the price. When we followed it, it opened the general website terms, not a price or booking policy. So delivery time and cancellation rules are not on the website, and you should ask for them in writing at the dealer.
How to book a Changan at the official price
Book through an authorised Changan dealer or the "Register Your Interest" form on changan.com.pk. Pay only to the account printed on the official booking order, and keep the PBO number.
- Choose the model and variant from the table above.
- Fill in "Register Your Interest" on Changan's site, or visit a listed dealer.
- Pick cash or bank finance as your payment source on the form.
- Get a provisional booking order (PBO) with the price and variant printed on it.
- Pay only to the account named on the PBO, never to a person.
The form itself asks for your name, phone, email, customer type (individual or corporate), model, variant, payment source and preferred dealer. On 1 November 2026 it also showed the note "The website is currently under maintenance" with an email for urgent queries, customer.care@changan.com.pk.
