Short answer: Chery Pakistan has cut the prices of its three Tiggo plug-in hybrids. The Tiggo 7 PHEV is now Rs 9,499,000, down Rs 850,000. The Tiggo 8 PHEV is Rs 10,999,000, down Rs 1,290,000. The Tiggo 9 PHEV is Rs 14,299,900, down Rs 600,000. Each comes with a free 7 kW home charger.

The new Chery Tiggo prices in Pakistan were reported on 19 October 2026. We read all four model pages on Chery Pakistan's own website on 20 October 2026, and the figures below are copied from those pages. Each page calls it a "New Price and Tax Locked" offer and says it is "Valid for Early Bookings only". A plug-in hybrid, or PHEV, is a car with a petrol engine and a battery you can charge from a socket.

The Tiggo 7 PHEV now costs Rs 9,499,000

Chery's Tiggo 7 PHEV page lists a new price of Rs 9,499,000 against an old price of Rs 10,349,000. That is a cut of Rs 850,000, or about 8.2 per cent. It is the cheapest of the three Tiggo plug-in hybrids and the one most buyers will compare.

Chery Tiggo 7 PHEV new price in Pakistan is Rs 9,499,000, down Rs 850,000

The Tiggo 7 is a five-seat SUV. Chery's page gives it an 18.3 kWh battery, a pure electric range of more than 90 km and a combined range of more than 1,200 km. Those range figures are the maker's test numbers, and the page itself says real results may vary.

For a buyer, Rs 850,000 is not small change. But it still leaves the Tiggo 7 well above most locally assembled petrol SUVs, as the car prices for October 2026 show.

The Tiggo 8 PHEV has the biggest cut, Rs 1,290,000

The Tiggo 8 PHEV falls from Rs 12,289,000 to Rs 10,999,000 on Chery's page. That is Rs 1,290,000 off, about 10.5 per cent, the largest cut in rupees and in percentage. The Tiggo 8 is the seven-seat model, with the same 18.3 kWh battery.

ModelOld priceNew priceCut

Tiggo 9 PHEVRs 14,899,900Rs 14,299,900Rs 600,000 (4.0%)

The gap between the Tiggo 7 and the Tiggo 8 is now Rs 1,500,000. Before the cut it was Rs 1,940,000. So a family that needs the third row of seats pays less extra than it did last week.

Old and new prices of the Chery Tiggo 7, 8 and 9 PHEV in Pakistan

The Tiggo 9 PHEV drops Rs 600,000 to Rs 14,299,900

The Tiggo 9 PHEV page lists Rs 14,299,900, down from Rs 14,899,900. The cut is Rs 600,000, about 4 per cent, the smallest of the three. The Tiggo 9 has a larger 34.46 kWh battery and a stated electric range of 170 km.

Chery's page also gives the Tiggo 9 a combined range of up to 1,400 km and three motors. Its page calls it an "Introductory Offer", like the other two. We did not find a price change on the Chery Q, the brand's fully electric car. Its page lists Rs 5,554,000 with a booking amount of Rs 1,500,000 and does not show an old price.

A free 7 kW charger comes with every offer

All three Tiggo pages say a 7 kW home charger is included, which Chery values at Rs 100,000. The offer is for early bookings only. None of the pages gives an end date, a stock number or a delivery date, so ask the dealer in writing.

A 7 kW charger matters because a normal wall socket charges slowly. On paper, 18.3 kWh divided by 7 kW is about 2.6 hours from empty, though real charging is usually slower near full. What it costs you depends on your electricity slab, which is set out in the cost of charging at home against a station.

What the Chery Tiggo PHEV price offer includes in Pakistan

Before you pay a booking amount, follow these steps.

  1. Open the model page on Chery Pakistan's website and note the price shown that day.
  2. Ask the dealer for a written quote with the same price and the words "tax locked".
  3. Ask for the delivery month and what happens if tax changes before delivery.
  4. Confirm the free 7 kW charger and whether installation is included.
  5. Pay only to the company's official account and keep the receipt.

Higher tax on plug-in hybrids is the reported reason

The cut was reported alongside a claim that sales tax on plug-in hybrids has nearly doubled. Chery's pages do not give a reason. They only say the new price is "tax locked", which suggests the company will absorb a tax change on early bookings.

We reported in August that the concessional 8.5 per cent sales tax on hybrids ended when the old auto policy expired on 30 June 2026, as set out in the hybrid tax rise. Reports since then differ on the rate that now applies. We could not read a current Federal Board of Revenue notification for plug-in hybrids, so treat the tax reason as reported, not confirmed.

That is the part to watch. If tax goes up again, a "tax locked" price protects only the buyers who booked under it. If tax comes down, the price may fall further. Either way, the written quote is your protection.
