EPS-TOPIK Result 2026 Pakistan: Check the 1st Round by KLT Number, Then the Skills Test Steps
OEC posted the first round EPS-TOPIK 2026 result on 23 October. Check it with your KLT number, see what each screen means and the skills test steps next.
You can check the first round EPS-TOPIK 2026 result for Pakistan on OEC's result page at jobs.oec.gov.pk/first_round_eps_topik_results_2026: type your KLT number, press Submit, and the page shows your name, industry and PK number if you are on the list. If you are not on it, the page says "No Record Found".
The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), the government body that runs the Korea Employment Permit System (EPS) in Pakistan, posted the result on 23 October 2026. A pass here is not the end. The next stage is a skills test in Islamabad in early November, and the documents for extra points must reach OEC between 28 and 30 October 2026. Below we cover the check, what each screen means, the deadlines and what to do if the page will not open.
The result page asks for one thing: your KLT number
OEC's result page has a single box labelled "Enter your KLT Number". KLT is the registration number on your EPS-TOPIK admit card. There is no CNIC field, no password and no fee. Type the number exactly as printed and press Submit.
We opened the page on 25 October 2026 and read how it works. We did not enter anyone's KLT number, because we do not hold one, so we cannot show a real result screen. What the page code shows is clear enough: three possible outcomes.

Check the EPS-TOPIK 2026 result in five steps
The check takes about a minute on a phone. Keep your admit card or the SMS with your KLT number in front of you, because a single wrong digit gives "No Record Found" even when you passed. Then follow the five steps below.
- Open jobs.oec.gov.pk and tap "EPS Result 2026" in the top menu, or go straight to the first round result address above.
- Type your KLT number in the box. Do not add spaces or dashes.
- Press Submit and wait for the Details box.
- Check that the name, industry and PK number match your own record.
- Press "Download Notice" and "Competency Document" and save both files.
Take a screenshot of the Details box as well. The competency form asks for your KLT number again, and the screenshot saves you a second visit to the site at a busy moment.
Passing round one leads to a skills test in Islamabad
OEC's notice to passers says the next stage is a skills test, and passing it is compulsory. The test is due in early November 2026 and only in Islamabad. OEC says the full schedule goes up on its website on 2 November 2026.
The notice is in Urdu and we read it in full. It also says that every passer must sit the skills test. Anyone who skips it will not be treated as successful in the selection process. So a pass in round one only matters if you travel to Islamabad in November.
Plan the trip now if you live in Karachi, Quetta or another distant city. The notice says nothing about travel costs, and the exact date only appears on 2 November, which leaves little time.
Documents for extra points must reach OEC by 30 October
Before the skills test, OEC will take documents that add extra points in the manufacturing industry, but only from 28 to 30 October 2026 and only at OEC Islamabad. Documents that arrive after 30 October will not be accepted, OEC's notice says.
The notice lists three kinds of proof, each with its own extra points. All three are optional. Bring copies attached to the competency form, and carry the originals on the test day.

A false document can cost you four years
OEC's notice warns that HRD Korea will cancel the test of any candidate found to have given false information in these documents, and bar that candidate for four years. The competency form repeats the same warning in English above the signature line.
That is the reason to bring only papers you can prove. A work certificate from a factory that does not exist, or a training certificate you did not earn, is the one way a pass in round one turns into a ban.
The same goes for agents. EPS is a government to government system, and the earlier steps are set out in our page on Korea EPS-TOPIK from Pakistan. Nobody outside OEC and HRD Korea can add points, move you up a list or promise a Korean employer.
A pass puts you on a roster for two years, not into a job
OEC's notice says plainly that passing the point system does not guarantee a job or a visa in Korea. It only makes you eligible to join the EPS jobseeker roster for two years from the date the final result is announced.
That roster is a pool drawn from 17 sending countries, the notice says. Korean employers pick workers from it according to their own needs. OEC adds that no person or organisation other than the Korean employer has any say in that choice.
So the real timeline is long. Round one in October, the skills test in November, a final result after that, and then a wait of up to two years for an employer to choose you. Anyone who asks for money to shorten that wait is not part of the system.

Can I check the EPS result by CNIC?
No. The first round page asks only for your KLT number. Find it on your admit card or registration record.

What happens if I miss the skills test?
