EPS-TOPIK Skills Test 2026 Pakistan: Documents for Extra Points, Submit at OEC Islamabad 28 to 30 October

If you passed the first round of EPS-TOPIK 2026, take your extra point documents to OEC Islamabad between 28 and 30 October 2026, attached to the two page competency form, and keep the originals for the skills test day in early November. OEC says nothing will be accepted after 30 October.
The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) runs the Korea Employment Permit System in Pakistan. Its notice to passers lists three kinds of proof that earn extra points in the manufacturing industry, and its competency form sets out exactly what each certificate must show. Below are the documents, the points OEC lists for each, how to fill the form, and the four year ban that follows a false paper. If you have not yet seen the EPS-TOPIK 2026 result, check it first with your KLT number.
OEC lists three documents, and each one carries extra points
OEC's Urdu notice names three optional proofs for the manufacturing industry: a relevant degree or 120 hours of training, one year of factory work, and a government skill certificate. It gives one, three and one extra points for them, in that order.

The notice does not give a total. If all three apply to you, our own sum is five extra points, but OEC has not confirmed that the three add up, so treat that figure as ours.
Documents go to OEC Islamabad only, from 28 to 30 October 2026
OEC will take these documents on three days only, 28, 29 and 30 October 2026, and only at its Islamabad office. The notice says papers arriving after 30 October will not be accepted, and incomplete or unrelated papers will be refused outright.
OEC's head office is on the 6th floor of EOBI Tower in G-10, Islamabad, the address printed on its current job advertisements. The notice does not mention submission by post, by email or at a regional office. We would not count on any of those.
Bring copies attached to the form, and keep the originals with you. OEC says the originals must come with you on the day of the skills test, so do not hand them over and leave without them.
The competency form has two pages, and both matter
The competency document on OEC's portal is in English. Page one is the "Application for Job Capacity Assessment", where you mark what you are claiming. Page two is the "Certificate of Work Experiences", which your employer must sign and stamp.
On page one you write your EPS-TOPIK or KLT number, your date of birth and your mobile number. The industry is already printed as Manufacturing. Then you mark three sections, and OEC marks each one True or False after checking.
- Work experience: tick "1 year or longer" or "Less than 1 year".
- Training or academic background: tick 120 hours or longer, less than 120 hours, a graduation or college degree, or high school or lower.
- Qualifications: list up to two, with the year each was issued and who issued it.
- Sign the pledge at the top, which accepts civil and criminal liability for false papers.
- Leave the "Skills Test application no." and "Confirmed by OEC" boxes blank, because OEC fills those in.
The work certificate is void without the issuer's details
Page two is the work certificate. It needs your nationality, passport number, address and mobile, then each period of service, your position and the jobs you did. Your employer signs or stamps it, addressed to the Chair of HRD Korea.
The note at the bottom is strict. If any starred item is missing, such as the representative's signature or seal, or the issuer's name and contact details, the certificate "will not be recognized as evidence" and the experience counts for nothing.
So check it line by line before you leave the factory. The form also asks for the total period of service in months. Count it yourself: one year is twelve months, and anything under twelve falls into the "less than 1 year" box.
A false paper means a four year ban
Both OEC's notice and the competency form carry the same warning. If any document is found to be false, HRD Korea cancels the candidate's test result and bars that candidate from applying for EPS-TOPIK for the next four years.
The extra points are optional. A candidate with no certificates still sits the skills test and can still pass. That is why a bought or invented certificate is a poor bet: it risks a real pass for a few points. The skills test schedule comes on 2 November, and attendance is compulsory
OEC says the skills test will be held in early November 2026, in Islamabad only, and the full schedule will be uploaded to its website on 2 November 2026. Every first round passer must sit it, or they are not counted as successful.

What is the last date to submit EPS skills test documents in 2026?
30 October 2026. OEC accepts them from 28 to 30 October at its Islamabad office only.
Are the extra point documents compulsory?
No. OEC's notice calls them optional. The skills test itself is compulsory for every first round passer.
How many extra points does work experience give?
The notice lists three extra points for one year or more of manufacturing work, proved by an employer's certificate.
Can I send the documents by courier?
The notice mentions only submission at OEC Islamabad. It says nothing about courier or email, so plan to go in person.
Where do I get the competency form?
From the "Competency Document" button on OEC's first round result page, after your KLT number is found.
What if my employer's certificate has no stamp?
The form says a certificate missing the signature or seal, or the issuer's contact details, is not recognised as evidence.
