How to Find Your MNA in Pakistan: Constituency, Party and Contact on the National Assembly Website
Find your MNA in Pakistan on the National Assembly's member list by constituency, with party, address and phone. We counted 332 members listed on 20 October.

Short answer: To find your MNA in Pakistan, open the complete member list on the National Assembly website, na.gov.pk, and look for your district in the constituency column, such as NA-2 Swat-I. Each entry links to a profile with the member's party, home address, Islamabad address and a contact number. When we checked on 20 October 2026, 332 of the 336 seats had a member listed.
Most people know their MNA's face from posters but not the seat number, the office address or how to reach them between elections. The official list fixes that in a minute. We opened the National Assembly's complete member list and several profiles on 20 October 2026 and counted the entries ourselves.
The National Assembly site lists every sitting MNA by seat
The "Complete M.N.A List" page shows each general seat from NA-1 to NA-266 with the area name, member, party, permanent address, Islamabad address and phone. Women's and non-Muslim reserved seats follow at the bottom, grouped by province.
The Assembly has 336 seats: 266 general seats elected directly, 60 seats reserved for women and 10 for non-Muslims. On 20 October 2026, the page carried 262 members on general seats and 70 on reserved seats, which is 332 profiles by our count.

Four general seats had no member listed on 20 October 2026
NA-1, NA-77, NA-175 and NA-256 did not appear in the member list when we checked. A seat drops off the list when it falls vacant, for example after a death, resignation or disqualification, until a by-election fills it.
NA-77 Gujranwala-I is one of these, and the Election Commission has issued a draft list of polling stations for its by-election, which you can check under the NA-77 Gujranwala polling station list. We did not confirm why the other three seats were missing, so check the Election Commission's by-election page if one of them is yours.
| Party on general seats | Members listed, 20 October 2026 |
|---|---|
| Pakistan Muslim League (N) | 92 |
| Independent | 79 |
| Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians | 55 |
| Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan | 17 |
| Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Pakistan | 5 |
| Nine other parties | 14 |
These are general seats only, counted from the party column on the page. Reserved seats are filled from party lists, so each party's full strength in the House is higher than this table shows.
Finding your MNA takes four steps
Work out which district or part of a district you vote in, open the complete list, find the matching constituency name, then open the profile. Large districts are split into numbered parts, such as Lahore-I or Karachi East-II.
- Send your CNIC number to 8300 to get your electoral area, if you are not sure where you are registered.
- Open na.gov.pk and go to Members, then Complete M.N.A List, or pick your province from the Province Wise List.
- Find your district name in the constituency column. If the district has several seats, match your area using the Election Commission's constituency list.
- Click Profile to see the member's party, addresses, contact number and oath date.
The first step is explained in detail under how to check your vote by SMS on 8300. The SMS gives your electoral area and block code, not the NA number, which is why step 3 matters.

Each profile shows party, addresses and a phone number
A member's profile on na.gov.pk lists the name, father's name, permanent address, local address in Islamabad, a contact number, province, constituency, party and the date the member took oath. Most local addresses are in Parliament Lodges, Islamabad.
The profile we opened for NA-2 Swat-I, for example, showed a Parliament Lodges address in Islamabad, a mobile number, the party as independent and an oath date of 29 February 2024. Use these details for a polite, specific request: what you need, your area and any reference number from a government office.
Keep calls and messages reasonable. An MNA can raise an issue in the House through a question or a calling attention notice. Those tools appear on the Assembly's daily orders of the day, and you can read how a matter becomes law under how a bill becomes law in Pakistan.
The same site shows what your MNA does in the House
The National Assembly site also publishes attendance records, orders of the day, bills introduced and bills passed. Those pages let you see whether your member moved a bill, asked a question or attended sittings.
Private members' bills carry the mover's name. On 20 October 2026, for example, the orders of the day listed more than a dozen Senate-passed bills for the Assembly, each with the MNA who would move it. For provincial matters such as police, schools and hospitals, your MPA in the provincial assembly is often the better contact, because those subjects are run by the province.

Common questions
How do I find out who my MNA is?
Open the Complete M.N.A List on na.gov.pk and find your district in the constituency column. The profile link gives the member's details.
How many members does the National Assembly have?
336 seats: 266 general, 60 for women and 10 for non-Muslims. On 20 October 2026 we counted 332 members listed.
Does the 8300 SMS tell me my NA constituency number?
No. It gives your electoral area, block code and serial number. Match the area to a constituency using the Election Commission's lists.
Why is my constituency missing from the member list?
The seat is likely vacant. NA-1, NA-77, NA-175 and NA-256 were not listed on 20 October 2026.
Should I contact my MNA or my MPA?
Federal matters such as passports, NADRA and federal taxes suit an MNA. Provincial matters such as police, schools and hospitals suit your MPA.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 20 October 2026. We read the National Assembly's complete member list and the member profile for NA-2 on 20 October 2026, and counted the general and reserved seat entries and the party column ourselves. The seat totals of 266, 60 and 10 are the headings on that page. We did not confirm why NA-1, NA-175 and NA-256 had no member listed, and phone numbers on the site may be out of date.
