Honor Service Center in Pakistan: Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi Addresses, Plus Free Repair for Gulf Phones

Honor lists four service centers in Pakistan: three Future Tech centers in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi for phones bought here, and a Global Customer Care center in Lahore, on +92 321 111 8623, for Honor phones bought in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. Below are the addresses, numbers and hours, which center takes which phone, and how to check your warranty with the serial number.

We read Honor Pakistan's service center page and Honor's India, Pakistan, Egypt and GCC warranty page on 28 October 2026. The second one matters to any family whose Honor phone was bought by a relative working in the Gulf.

Honor has four service centers in Pakistan, all in three cities

Honor's Pakistan page lists three authorised Future Tech centers, in Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi, and one Global Customer Care center in Lahore. There is no listed Honor center in Peshawar, Quetta, Multan or Faisalabad, so most owners outside the three cities must travel or courier.

The Future Tech numbers end in a range, such as 4571091-92. That means two lines: 4571091 and 4571092. If one is busy, try the other. Future Tech also takes questions by email at honorcare@futuretech.pk, according to Honor's page.

Phones bought in Pakistan go to Future Tech

Honor's rule is simple. A phone bought locally in Pakistan goes to Future Tech for after-sales service, at any of its three centers. Honor adds that you can also call the Global Customer Care number for help with a phone that is out of warranty.

Karachi's center opens an hour later than the other two, at 11 am, and closes at 7 pm. All three Future Tech centers are shut on Sunday, since Honor lists them as open Monday to Saturday.

Before you walk in with a broken phone, ring the center. Honor's own warranty page tells customers to call the local center to confirm the part is in stock. That one call can save a trip from Islamabad to Lahore.

Honor phones bought in the UAE or Saudi Arabia are covered in Lahore

Honor's GCC warranty, which covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, now extends to Pakistan. An in-warranty Honor phone or tablet bought in those countries can be repaired free at the Global Customer Care center in Lahore. Return or replacement is not offered across countries.

The warranty length follows the country where the phone was bought, not Pakistan. Coverage also varies by model, and it applies to phones and tablets only, not watches or earbuds. Honor says the cross-country warranty cannot be bought for a device that does not have it.

This is good news for families with a relative in Dubai or Riyadh. It does not settle PTA registration, though. A phone brought from abroad still has to be registered with PTA to work on a Pakistani SIM, and the rules for an international warranty replacement and IMEI re-registration apply if the repair swaps the board.

Check your Honor warranty with the serial number

Honor checks warranty by serial number, not by receipt alone. Dial *#06# to see the serial number (SN), enter it on Honor's warranty query page or in the My HONOR app, and the result shows whether the GCC and Pakistan cover applies to your phone.

1. Dial *#06# on your Honor phone and note the SN.
2. Open the warranty query page on Honor's support site, or the My HONOR app.
3. Enter the SN and read the warranty result.
4. Back up your data, as Honor asks before any repair.
5. Call the center to confirm the part is in stock.
6. Carry the phone, the receipt and the box to the center.

Honor excludes man-made damage, such as a cracked screen from a fall or water damage. Expect to pay for those even inside the warranty period. To see how other brands handle checks, you can check phone warranty by IMEI for seven more brands.

Urdu phone support for Honor runs from the Gulf, not Pakistan

Honor's GCC page says its hotline supports Urdu and Hindi in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, from 11 am to 8 pm Gulf time, Monday to Friday. That helps a relative still abroad. In Pakistan, call Future Tech or the Lahore number above.

If a center refuses a repair you think the warranty covers, ask for the reason in writing and keep the job slip. Our view: a written refusal is the only thing that gives you a case later.

Where is the Honor service center in Lahore?

There are two. Future Tech is at Building No. 3, opposite National Bank Park, Kalma Chowk, Gulberg III. Global Customer Care is at Siddiq Trade Center, Main Boulevard Gulberg.

What is the Honor helpline number in Pakistan?

Honor lists no single national helpline. Call your nearest Future Tech center, or +92 321 111 8623 for the Lahore Global Customer Care center.

Is there an Honor service center in Islamabad?

No. The nearest is Future Tech in Rawalpindi, on Main Murree Road at Chandni Chowk.

Will Honor fix a phone bought in Dubai for free in Pakistan?

Yes, if it is still in warranty and the damage is not man-made. Take it to Global Customer Care in Lahore. Replacement is not offered.

Are Honor service centers open on Sunday?

No. Future Tech centers open Monday to Saturday, and Global Customer Care lists Sunday off.
