OEC Tajikistan Jobs November 2026: 30 Garment Posts at $200 to $600, Apply by 5 November (Plus a Bahrain Post)
OEC Advertisement 221 offers 30 Tajikistan garment jobs, 27 for tailors at $200 to $250. Apply by 5 November with a Rs 500 PSID fee. Bahrain post closes 6 Nov.

OEC's Advertisement No. 221 offers 30 garment jobs in Tajikistan, mostly 27 tailor posts at $200 to $250 a month, and you apply on OEC's job portal by 5 November 2026 after paying a Rs 500 fee through a PSID. A separate OEC demand for one diagnostic technician in Bahrain closes on 6 November.
The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) is Pakistan's government recruiter for jobs abroad. It posted the Tajikistan advertisement on 23 October 2026, a few days after an earlier Tajikistan garment demand closed on 20 October. These are the only two job demands open on OEC's portal as we write. Below are all five posts, the pay, the benefits, the fee and the steps.
Advertisement 221 has four garment posts and 30 places in all
OEC's Advertisement No. 221, dated 22 October 2026, asks for 30 Pakistani workers for a client in Tajikistan. Twenty seven of the places are for seamstresses or tailors. The other three are single posts for a designer, a sewing equipment technician and an embroidery specialist.
| Post | Places | Experience and training | Gender | Monthly salary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| General Seamstress or Tailor | 27 | 2 years, with a relevant diploma or certificate | Male or female | $200 to $250 |
| Designer | 1 | 5 years, with a relevant diploma or certificate | Male or female | $500 to $600 |
| Sewing Equipment Technician | 1 | 5 years, with a relevant diploma or certificate | Male | $500 to $600 |
| Embroidery Specialist | 1 | 2 years, with a relevant diploma or certificate | Male or female | $200 to $250 |
OEC marks every salary as negotiable. The advertisement does not name the employer or the city in Tajikistan.

OEC's portal sets the age at 30 to 45 and the fee at Rs 500
The advertisement gives no age limit and no fee. OEC's job portal does. Each of the four Tajikistan posts there lists an age band of 30 to 45 and an application fee of Rs 500, paid through a PSID before you submit.
A PSID is a payment slip ID, a number you generate on the portal and pay at a bank, ATM or banking app. The advertisement says you must generate it through OEC's portal and pay before submitting. Keep the receipt.
The age band is a change from the earlier Tajikistan garment demand, which closed on 20 October and took sewers aged 22 to 40, as set out in our report on OEC's first Tajikistan garment jobs. If you were too young for this one, that is why.
One oddity: the portal shows the Designer post twice, with the same pay range and slightly different start dates. Apply once. A second fee for the same post is a waste.
The employer pays for housing, insurance and visa support
The advertisement lists the benefits in plain terms. It offers a long-term contract, help with the work visa, accommodation from the employer, health insurance, and reimbursement of commuting costs. It also says the terms will follow the labour laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
What it does not say matters too. There is no contract length in months, no working hours, no word on air tickets and no mention of food. Ask OEC for the written contract before you fly, and read the salary line again, because "negotiable" can move both ways.
Apply on OEC's portal in six steps before 5 November
You apply online at oec.gov.pk, which links to the jobs portal. The closing date in the advertisement is 5 November 2026, and OEC's announcement board sets the cut-off at 1:00 pm PKT that day. Do not leave the fee for the last hour.
- Open oec.gov.pk and go to the jobs portal.
- Register or log in to your profile.
- Find the Tajikistan post that matches your experience.
- Generate the PSID for the Rs 500 fee and pay it.
- Fill in the application for that post and submit it.
- Save the submission page and the payment receipt.

The way the portal handles profiles, documents and the fee is the same for every country. Our walk-through of applying for overseas jobs through OEC covers the screens in more detail. For technical problems, OEC's helpdesk is on 0311-0011-632 and helpdesk@oec.gov.pk.
The Bahrain demand is one post, closing 6 November
OEC's Advertisement No. 212, dated 21 October 2026, asks for one diagnostic technician for a company in Bahrain. The candidate must be qualified in an electrical or electromechanical field and aged 35 to 40. The salary will be set at the interview.
The terms are fuller than Tajikistan's. The contract is for two years, renewable, with three months of probation under Bahrain's labour law. Pay goes through Bahrain's Wages Protection System. The working day is eight hours, 26 days a month. After two years the worker gets 60 days of leave and two months' leave salary. Accommodation, medical insurance, the visa and the air ticket come from the company. Food is not provided.
OEC's portal lists the post as male only, in Al Buhair, with a fee of Rs 1,000. The portal shows the fee was first set at Rs 500 and raised to Rs 1,000 on 21 October, with the note that the salary will be decided at the interview. The work permit side is explained in our page on the Bahrain work visa from Pakistan.
