President's Trophy Grade-I round 5 results: PTV beat Ghani by 10 wickets, MIT Solutions beat OGDCL by 75 runs, two draws. Scores, top players and round 6 dates.

Pakistan Television (PTV) and MIT Solutions won their first matches of the season in round 5 of the President's Trophy Grade-I, which ended on Friday 9 October 2026. PTV beat Ghani by 10 wickets in Abbottabad. MIT Solutions beat OGDCL by 75 runs in Rawalpindi a day earlier. The other two games, KRL against SBP and SNGPL against Kingsmen Academy, were drawn.
We read all four official PCB scorecards on Friday evening, after the last ball of the round, along with PCB's day 3 match report and its fixture list for the rest of the season. Two teams that had not won in four rounds finally got off the mark, and that changes the bottom of the table more than the top.
The President's Trophy Grade-I is Pakistan's four-day first-class event for departments and sponsored sides. Eight teams play seven rounds, and the top two meet in a final from 24 October.

PCB said on 6 October that rain and wet outfields hit the first day, with three of the four games affected. That lost time is the main reason two of the four matches could not produce a result.

PTV won by 10 wickets after bowling Ghani out for 102 on the first day and then scoring 428. Ghani fought back in the second innings with 337, but that left PTV only 12 to win, and they got there in three overs.

Several Test and white-ball players are in this competition, including Shan Masood, Saud Shakeel, Salman Ali Agha and Haris Rauf.
