Ufone GameBox Unsubscribe Code: Stop Games, Kids Apps and Every Paid Service (2026 List)
Stop GameBox, UArena, Gamelotte and other Ufone game and app charges. Every stop code Ufone lists, the daily price, and what to do if the deductions continue.

To stop GameBox or any other game service on Ufone, open the SMS that confirmed the subscription and send UNSUB to the short code it came from, or call 333 from your Ufone number and ask for the service to be removed. Ufone's own game services have their own stop routes: UArena stops with STOP1 to 3080, and Gamelotte stops on its website. The full list for games, kids apps and other paid add-ons is below.
Most people find these services the same way. The balance drops by a few rupees every morning, and nobody in the house remembers subscribing. Ufone's VAS page explains why: every value added service (VAS, a paid extra such as a game, tune or alert) stays active until you unsubscribe and renews by itself. We read Ufone's game, VAS and service pages on 24 October 2026 to build this list.
Ufone does not list a GameBox service on its own website
We found no page called GameBox on ufone.com on 24 October 2026. Its game pages cover GameKey, UArena, Gamelotte, Codashop and cricket. A GameBox charge is most likely a partner service, so its stop code is in the SMS you received when it started.
That matters because a guessed code does nothing. Partner services send their confirmation from their own short code, and that same number accepts the stop message. If you deleted the SMS, the helpline route further down works for any service.
Ufone's VAS page also carries a warning worth reading twice. Clicking a VAS advertisement counts as agreeing to subscribe, and the charge is deducted without any further confirmation. One careless tap on a game banner is enough.
Every Ufone game and app service with its stop code
These are the services Ufone lists on its own pages, with the stop method each page gives. Prices are as printed, and some include tax while others add it. Where a page gives no SMS code, the app, the website or 333 is the only route.
| Service | What it is | Price on Ufone's page | How to stop it |
|---|---|---|---|
| UArena | App store with games | Auto deducted at each due date | Send STOP1 to 3080 |
| Gamelotte | Cloud games | Rs 6.68 a day plus tax | Unsubscribe at ufone.gamelotte.com |
| Cricket (Cricwick) | Live cricket and clips | Rs 4.29 a day plus tax, or Rs 59.75 a month plus tax | Cancel in the app, or call 333 |
| SecureTeen | Parental control app | Rs 5 a day | Send UNSUB to 7863 |
| Busuu | Language learning | Rs 5 a day including tax | Send UNSUB to 7865 |
| Koyal | Audio service | Rs 1 a day plus tax | Send Unsub to 5995 |
| Kidjo | Kids videos and games | Deducted at each due date | No SMS code listed, call 333 |

Two details from the pages are useful. Uninstalling UArena does not cancel it, Ufone says, so the charge continues until you send the stop message. And the daily cricket bundle is removed by itself if you do not use it for 14 days in a row.
Other Ufone paid services that cause small daily deductions
Games are not the only quiet charges. Ufone lists tunes, alerts and tracking tools that also renew daily or weekly, and each has its own stop message. If the deduction is not a game, check this second list.
| Service | Price on Ufone's page | How to stop it |
|---|---|---|
| UTunes (caller tune) | Rs 3.90 a day including tax | Send UNSUB to 6666 |
| Missed Call Notification | Rs 3.20 a day including tax | Send Unsub to 180 |
| UNotifications | Rs 1.20 a day including tax | Send Unsub to 3030 |
| UBlock (call blocking) | Rs 2 a day | Dial *420# |
| Bakhabar Kissan | Rs 5 a day including tax | Send unsub to 6255 |
| U-Log | Rs 2.5 a week plus tax | Send UNSUB to 7171 |
| U-Monitor | Rs 5 a week plus tax | Send UNSUB to 6464 |
| U-Budget | Rs 2.99 a week plus tax | Send UNSUB to 5656 |
| oladoc health plan | Rs 5 a day plus tax | Dial *4003# |
| Webdoc services | From Rs 4 a day plus tax | Dial 5570, pick the service, press 3 |
Bundles are a separate matter. Internet, call and SMS packages stop with the codes in the Ufone unsubscribe code list, and the balance protection setting sits under the Ufone balance save code.

How to stop a Ufone service when you do not know its name
Use the confirmation SMS first, because it names the service and its short code. If it is gone, Ufone's helpline 333 can see every service on your number and remove it. The whole process takes about five minutes.
- Search your messages for the word "subscribed" or for a four digit number that sent you a welcome SMS.
- Reply UNSUB to that number. If the service is UArena, send STOP1 to 3080 instead.
- If you cannot find the message, call 333 from the Ufone number and ask the agent to list and remove all VAS subscriptions.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS that the service has ended.
- Check your balance with *124# the next morning to confirm no new deduction.

Ufone's FAQ gives *124# as the balance check code. To see the minutes, SMS and data left in your bundle, Ufone's Super Card page gives *706#, and the steps to check Ufone balance and MBs cover the app route too.
Game top-ups charged to balance are not subscriptions
A one time purchase on Codashop or inside a game, paid from Ufone balance, does not renew. Ufone's GameKey page says Ufone 4G balance can pay for games, coins, diamonds, gems and UC. Nothing needs to be cancelled afterwards.
The limits are on Ufone's Codashop page: a prepaid customer can spend up to Rs 10,000 in one transaction and Rs 25,000 a month, including GST. If a child has your phone, that is a lot of headroom. The cheaper safe routes for Free Fire diamonds and PUBG UC are worth knowing before the next request.
What to do if the money keeps going after you unsubscribe
Call 333 and ask for a refund of charges made after your stop request, with the date and time of your UNSUB message. Ufone's other contact routes are 033-11-333-100 and customercare@ufone.com. If that fails, PTA takes complaints against operators.
Keep screenshots of the stop message and the confirmation. A complaint with dates moves faster than one without. The steps for a formal complaint are in the PTA telecom complaint guide, and PTA's helpline is 0800-55055.
Common questions
What is the Ufone GameBox unsubscribe code?
Ufone does not publish one, because GameBox is not on its website. Reply UNSUB to the short code that sent your GameBox confirmation SMS, or call 333 and ask for it to be removed.
How do I unsubscribe UArena on Ufone?
Send STOP1 to 3080. Ufone says deleting the UArena app does not cancel the subscription, so the SMS is needed.
How do I stop Gamelotte on Ufone?
Go to ufone.gamelotte.com and unsubscribe there. Gamelotte costs Rs 6.68 a day plus tax on both prepaid and postpaid.
Can I stop all Ufone services at once?
Ufone lists no single code for every VAS. Calling 333 is the one route that can remove everything in a single request.
Do Ufone VAS subscriptions renew by themselves?
Yes. Ufone's VAS page says every VAS subscription stays active unless you unsubscribe, and it renews automatically.
Is the stop SMS free?
Ufone's pages do not state a charge for UNSUB messages. We did not test it, so check your balance before and after if it matters.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 24 October 2026. We read Ufone's VAS page, its GameKey, UArena, Gamelotte, Cricket, Kidjo, SecureTeen, Busuu, Koyal, UTunes, Missed Call Notification, UNotifications, UBlock, Bakhabar Kissan, U-Log, U-Monitor, U-Budget, oladoc, Webdoc and Codashop pages, and its FAQ and Super Card Grand pages, all on 24 October 2026. We could not find a GameBox page or a Ufone stop code for it, a fantasy cricket service page, or an SMS stop code for Kidjo and Cricwick. We did not subscribe to or cancel any service ourselves.
