The Zong new SIM offer code is *10#: dial it once after your new prepaid SIM is activated, and Zong gives 4,000 MB and 1,000 Zong minutes for 7 days. The 4,000 MB includes 1 GB for WhatsApp and 1 GB for Facebook, so 2 GB is open internet. Below is who qualifies, what to do if *10# does nothing, the Power Pack SIMs that come with bigger bundles, and why the SIM Lagao offer is a different thing.

We read Zong's New SIM Offer, Nayi Sim Extreme, SIM Lagao and Power Pack SIM pages on zong.com.pk on 24 October 2026.

Zong new SIM offer: 4 GB and 1,000 minutes on *10#

Dial *10# once from the new Zong SIM after it is activated. Zong's page says you then get 4,000 MB, including 1 GB WhatsApp and 1 GB Facebook, plus 1,000 Zong-to-Zong minutes, all valid for 7 days. Zong lists no price for it.

The minutes are for Zong numbers only. Calls to Jazz, Ufone or Telenor numbers in that first week use your normal rate, so a small bundle is worth adding if you call other networks.

Zong new SIM offer on *10#: 2 GB internet, 1 GB WhatsApp, 1 GB Facebook and 1,000 Zong minutes for 7 days

Who gets the Zong new SIM offer, and who does not

The offer is for prepaid Zong SIMs activated, or ported in from another network, from 1 November 2017 onward. Zong's data-only devices and internet SIMs are not eligible, and Zong says the offer can change at any time.

  • New prepaid SIM: eligible. Dial *10# once.
  • Number moved to Zong from another network: eligible, because Zong counts SIMs "ported in". The steps for moving are in porting your number to another network.
  • Zong MBB device or internet SIM: not eligible.
  • Postpaid: the page names prepaid only.

Buying the SIM itself needs your CNIC and a biometric check at a franchise or retailer; the process and documents are in how to buy a new Zong SIM. PTA rules also stop SIM sales between midnight and 6 am.

If *10# does not give the free MBs, try these steps

Most failures come from dialling on the wrong SIM, dialling before activation finishes, or a SIM that is not new. Check the resources on *102# before you dial again, because the offer is meant to be taken once.

  1. Make sure the new Zong SIM is selected in the dialler on a dual SIM phone.
  2. Wait until the SIM shows signal and can make a call, which means activation is done.
  3. Dial *10# and read the reply message.
  4. Dial *102# to see the data and minutes Zong added. Zong charges 10 paisa plus tax per *102# check.
  5. If nothing was added, call Zong on 310 or send the keyword to 310 through Zong's free Bas 310 Karo SMS service.

If someone else's offer code or a website promises more free MBs on a new SIM, be careful. The real Zong free data offers are listed in Zong free MBs.

Steps to claim the Zong new SIM offer: select the SIM, wait for activation, dial *10#, check on *102#, call 310 if missing

Zong Power Pack SIMs come with a bigger bundle from Rs 500

Zong lists three Power Pack SIMs sold with a bundle: Star at Rs 500 for a month, Value at Rs 1,000 for a month, and Gold at Rs 1,500 for three months. They suit someone who wants a full month of calls from day one.

Gold Pre-LoadRs 1,5008 GB8,0002003,0003 months

Zong's pages show the bundles but do not say whether the SIM price is included or charged on top. Ask the retailer what you pay in total before the biometric check.

In Bannu, D I Khan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Jhelum and Kohat, Zong also lists Nayi Sim Extreme: 25 GB and 180 other network minutes for Rs 110 a week. It sits with the other Zong city weekly offers.

SIM Lagao is for old SIMs, not new ones

The SIM Lagao offer on *2244# is for a Zong SIM nobody has used for 30 days or more. It gives 8 GB over two months, 100 Zong minutes and 100 SMS a day for 60 days. You must claim it within two days of putting the SIM back in use.

So a brand new SIM takes *10#, and an old SIM pulled out of a drawer takes *2244#. Zong also gives SIM Lagao users a bonus on every recharge of Rs 80 or more: 1,000 Zong minutes, 25 other network minutes and 1,000 MB for 2 days, once a day. All four networks' versions are compared in SIM Lagao offer codes.

After the first week ends, the next step is a proper bundle. The cheapest call options are in Zong call packages.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read Zong's New SIM Offer page, its SIM Lagao Offer page, the Nayi Sim Extreme page, the three Power Pack SIM pages and the Bas 310 Karo page on 24 October 2026. The *102# charge is from Zong's My5 Call page. We did not activate a SIM or dial *10#, so we could not confirm the reply message, whether a Power Pack price includes the SIM, or whether the offer applies to postpaid connections.
