Abu Dhabi T10 2026 Format: Top Team Goes Straight to Final, Every Team's Matches in Pakistan Time
Abu Dhabi T10 2026 format: first place goes straight to the final, second and third play a qualifier. See each team's ten matches in Pakistan time and dates.

The top team in the Abu Dhabi T10 2026 goes straight to the final, and the second and third teams play a qualifier for the other place. Six teams each play ten league matches from 7 to 19 November. The bottom three go home, so there is no eliminator and no second chance for fourth.
We read the rules in the league's own release of 15 October and took each team's fixtures from the official match list. Below are the path to the final in plain steps, every match for the two teams with the most Pakistani players, and the short list for the other four.
The league stage gives each team ten matches
All six teams play each other twice, which makes ten matches each and 30 league games in total. Every match is ten overs a side at Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The league's release calls this a double round robin.
Thursday 12 November is the only rest day. The league stage ends on Thursday 19 November with three matches, and those are where the table may be settled. The release expects net run rate to matter for first place and for the two places behind it.
Net run rate is the rate at which a team scores minus the rate at which it concedes. In a ten-over game, one big win changes it quickly. How net run rate works is worth a look if the phrase is new to you. We could not find the league's points per win or its full tie rules on the official pages.
Three teams reach the play-off day on 20 November
Only the top three play on Friday 20 November. First place waits in the final, while second and third play the qualifier. The winner of that match reaches the final the same evening, which leaves a short gap between games.
- Finish first after ten matches: go straight to the final.
- Finish second or third: play the qualifier on 20 November.
- Win the qualifier: play the final about two hours later.
- Lose the qualifier, or finish fourth to sixth: the season is over.
| League finish | What happens next |
|---|---|
| 1st | Direct place in the final |
| 2nd | Plays the qualifier against 3rd |
| 3rd | Plays the qualifier against 2nd |
| 4th, 5th, 6th | Out |

Official sources differ on the play-off times
The official fixture list has the qualifier at 6:30 pm and the final at 8:45 pm Pakistan time on 20 November. The league's release of 15 October gave times one hour earlier. We use the fixture list because it is the later record.
In Abu Dhabi time, the fixture list says 5:30 pm and 7:45 pm. The older release said 4:30 pm and 6:45 pm. The difference may simply be a late change, but neither page explains it. If you plan your Friday evening around the final, check the matches page that morning.
