Short answer: AirSial's helpline is 021-387-320-63. You can book on airsial.com, on the AirSial app for Android and iPhone, or through an agent. The standard allowance is a 7 kg cabin bag and one 20 kg checked bag. If you do not use a domestic booking, AirSial charges Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500, and 60 days after the flight date the ticket expires with no refund.

We read AirSial's website, its revised Conditions of Carriage and its passenger rights sheets on 9 October 2026. One rule surprises many passengers: if you paid online by card, you may have to show that card at check-in. Here is how booking, baggage, refunds and complaints work.

AirSial flies from Sialkot to 9 other cities

AirSial is a Pakistani airline set up by the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce in 2016, with its main office on Kashmir Road, Sialkot. Its destinations page lists 10 cities, six in Pakistan and four abroad.

The page lets you pick a city to see its schedule by sector and day. Schedules change by season, so check the day you want before you plan a trip. For live arrival and departure times, AirSial has a flight status page on its website.

Book on the website, the app or by phone

AirSial sells tickets on airsial.com, on its app in the Google Play and Apple stores, through its call centre and through travel agents. The website also has a Manage Reservation page for changes and a separate Hajj booking page.

  1. Search your route and date on airsial.com or the app.
  2. Pick a fare. Cheaper promotional fares often charge more for changes, AirSial's FAQ warns, and some are non-refundable.
  3. Enter names as on the CNIC or passport. You need your original CNIC, passport or photo ID at check-in.
  4. Pay. If you pay with someone else's card, read the card rule below before you travel.
  5. Keep the e-ticket receipt. AirSial's conditions say to bring it to the airport with your photo ID.

Passengers with a NADRA Special CNIC can get 50% off the basic fare on domestic flights, but only at an AirSial sales office, not online. Ask for the Special Person discount at the counter.

Bring the card you paid with, or a signed copy

AirSial's Conditions of Carriage say that if you bought an e-ticket online with a credit or debit card, the card may have to be shown at check-in. This is the rule that catches families who book for a relative.

If the card holder is not travelling, the passenger should carry:

  • A photocopy of both sides of the card, signed by the card holder to allow its use. Strike out the CVV number on the copy.
  • The passenger's name, the travel date and the sector written on that copy.
  • A copy of the card holder's CNIC or passport.
  • A copy of the passenger's own CNIC or passport, signed by the card holder.

AirSial says it can deny boarding if these papers are missing. If you are buying for someone else, it is simpler to pay by a method that does not need this paperwork, or to send the copies with them.

One 20 kg bag is included, up to 32 kg at most

AirSial's baggage page sets the cabin bag at 7 kg, in one piece, no bigger than 22 by 15 by 8 inches, a total of 45 inches. A laptop does not count towards that 7 kg. The checked allowance is 20 kg in one piece, up to 54 inches in total size. No single bag may weigh more than 32 kg.

The baggage page says rules can differ by route, so check the allowance printed on your ticket, especially on the Gulf routes. To see how AirSial compares with other carriers, read domestic baggage allowances for five airlines.

An unused domestic booking costs Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500

AirSial's Conditions of Carriage, revised from 1 July 2026, set a service charge for a domestic booking you do not use, unless your ticket says otherwise. The later you leave it, the more you pay.

WhenService charge, domestic ticket
More than 48 hours before the flightRs 1,500
Within 48 hours to 12 hours beforeRs 2,000
Within 12 hours, or later within the ticket's validityRs 2,500
60 days after the flight dateTicket expired, no change or refund

A voluntary refund is the fare paid minus these charges or cancellation fees. A refund is paid back to the card used. Some tickets are non-refundable, so read the fare conditions before you ask. If AirSial cancels the flight or cannot give you your confirmed seat, you get back the full fare for an unused ticket.

Your rights if the flight is late, cancelled or overbooked

AirSial publishes the domestic passenger rights set by Pakistan's aviation rules. After a delay of 2 to 4 hours, depending on distance, it must serve refreshments or a meal and offer a hotel at night where needed. After 5 hours, you can give up the trip and get a full refund for the unused ticket.

If you are denied boarding because the flight is overbooked, you can choose another flight or a full refund. If you did not volunteer to give up your seat, AirSial must also pay compensation of 50% of the ticket's face value, not counting taxes. That can be halved if the new flight gets you there within 4 hours.

For a delayed bag, go to the baggage desk in the arrivals hall before you leave and fill out a report. It gives you a reference number. AirSial's FAQ says most delayed bags come back within three days. After that, it asks you to fill in a Baggage Inventory form. The wider process is in how to claim lost or damaged baggage, and the claim steps for delays are in what airlines must give you when a flight is delayed.

Pregnant passengers need a certificate after 24 weeks

AirSial carries a pregnant passenger without a medical certificate up to and including the 24th week, if there are no complications. From the 25th to the 28th week, she needs a doctor's certificate giving her due date and confirming the pregnancy is normal. AirSial does not accept passengers after the 28th week. Newborn babies are generally not carried until 7 days after birth.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We checked this on 9 October 2026. Sources: AirSial's baggage rules, destinations, call centre, FAQ and terms pages, its Conditions of Carriage (revised 1 July 2026), its domestic Air Passenger Rights sheet and its Special Person Discount Policy. We did not book a ticket, so fares are not covered.
