Al-Mizan Foundation Widow Support 2026: Pakistan Court Employees' Families Apply by 30 October
Al-Mizan Foundation widow support, skill training and death grants for families of court employees in Pakistan: who qualifies, forms, documents, 30 October.

Al-Mizan Foundation is taking applications until 30 October 2026 from widows, orphans and other vulnerable family members of serving, retired and deceased court employees in Pakistan. There are three windows: Widow Support, Skill Development and Financial Assistance, including a death grant. You apply through the court or department where the employee served, not directly.
The call went out in a letter of 6 October 2026 from the Foundation in Rawalpindi to the registrars of the Supreme Court, the Federal Shariat Court and all five High Courts. The Sindh High Court circulated it on 10 October and put it on its website. Below are the three windows, who can apply, the documents each form asks for, and how to send it on time.
Three support windows are open under the Al-Mizan Welfare Policy 2026
The Foundation's letter names three windows of its Judicial Family Support Programme. Widow Support is called JFSP-W, Skill Development, including Orphan Skill Development, is JFSP-SD, and Financial Assistance is JFSP-FA. Each has its own form, enclosed with the letter.
| Window | Code | Who it is for | Help it lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Widow Support | JFSP-W | Widow or guardian of minor children of a deceased employee | Monthly support, amount requested on the form |
| Skill Development | JFSP-SD | Orphan, widow's child, disabled or other vulnerable dependant | Training fee, stipend, certification fee, tool kit, placement |
| Financial Assistance | JFSP-FA | Families facing death, disaster, fire or serious illness | Death grant or one-off assistance |
None of the forms states a fixed amount. The letter says help depends on the approved budget, eligibility and verification, and creates no automatic right to support.

Families of serving, retired and deceased court employees can apply
The letter asks courts to spread the call among serving and retired employees, their families, and families of deceased employees, of each court and of the district judiciary under it. The forms ask whether the principal employee was serving, retired or deceased, and which group: Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan or Federal.
The form's list of institutes starts with NAVTTC-authorised centres, and a trainee can later run a NAVTTC certificate verification on the finished certificate. The Skill Development form lists priority factors that tell you who the Foundation has in mind. They include an orphan or a deceased earning guardian, a widow-led household, a family of a BPS-1 to BPS-16 employee, low income or financial distress, disability, and living in a remote area.
In practice that points to families of lower-grade staff, from BPS-1 to BPS-16, and to households that lost their main earner.
Apply through the parent court by 30 October 2026
The letter asks for the filled form, a covering letter and verification of the employee's service by the parent department or court, by 30 October 2026. Each form ends with a section for a verifying officer's name, designation, signature, stamp and date. Without that, the form is incomplete.
- Get the right form from your court's administration branch, or from the Sindh High Court website circular of 10 October 2026.
- Fill it and attach a recent passport-size photograph.
- Attach copies of the documents in the form's checklist. Keep the originals.
- Take it to the branch or focal person at the court where the employee served, for service verification and a covering letter.
- Make sure the court forwards it before 30 October 2026.
- Also send a scan of the verified form and papers to info@almizanfoundation.org.pk and on WhatsApp to 0340-1476497, as each form's note asks.

Each form asks for its own set of documents
All three forms ask for the applicant's CNIC, the CNIC of the employee, service or pension proof, and the death certificate where the employee has died. The Widow Support form also wants marriage proof, a Family Registration Certificate and children's B-forms.
| Form | Extra documents it lists |
|---|---|
| Widow Support | Marriage proof, FRC, children's birth certificates or B-forms, pension order, income proof, bank details |
| Skill Development | Relationship proof, latest education record, course offer or fee schedule, guardian consent |
| Financial Assistance | Loss assessment or photos, medical record, insurance or compensation details, police or disaster report |
A Family Registration Certificate from NADRA is the quickest way to prove who belongs to the household; in Punjab it is also available at e-Khidmat centres, as set out for a Family Registration Certificate in Punjab.

The declaration rules out double benefits
Every form ends with a declaration. You confirm you have disclosed any pension, income, family support, remarriage and other help. You agree to tell the Foundation of any change and to re-verify every year if support continues. False information or a duplicate benefit can lead to suspension, recovery and legal action.
So list any pension, benevolent fund payment or other regular help honestly. The Widow Support form has boxes for pension entitlement, monthly pension and other regular assistance, so these are things to declare, not hide.
Families settling a deceased employee's bank dues or pension arrears may also need a succession certificate from NADRA, which takes several weeks, so start it alongside this application.
Common questions
Is Al-Mizan support open to the general public?
No. The letter is addressed to courts for their serving, retired and deceased employees' families. Families with no link to the judiciary are not the target of this call.
How much does Al-Mizan Foundation pay a widow?
The documents we read state no amount. The Widow Support form has a box for the monthly support you request, and the letter says help is subject to budget and approval.
Can I apply after 30 October 2026?
The letter asks courts to send applications till 30 October 2026. A late form may wait for the next call; ask your court's focal person.
Which training institutes does the skill window cover?
The form lists NAVTTC-authorised institutes, TEVTA, federal or provincial technical centres, IIMCT or Riphah, reputable private institutes, and others.
How do I contact Al-Mizan Foundation?
The letter gives 051-5125198 and 051-5563181, the email info@almizanfoundation.org.pk, WhatsApp 0340-1476497, and the address Old Supreme Court Building, 274 Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the Sindh High Court circular No. Gaz/Al-Mizan Foundation dated 10 October 2026, with the Foundation's letter No. 01/W/AMF/2026 of 6 October 2026 and the three enclosed forms, on the Sindh High Court website on 27 October 2026. The Al-Mizan Foundation website did not show readable content to us, so we could not check for amounts or a later extension. Some email text in the scan is faint; the address we give is the one printed clearly in the form notes.
