Bank of Khyber (BOK) has 8 jobs open on its careers page, with last dates from 1 to 5 November 2026, and you apply online only, through bok.com.pk/careers. The open posts are in IT, Shariah audit, account opening, trade money laundering checks, sales in Mardan and one senior head office role. Twelve other posts on the same page closed between 20 and 25 October.
Bank of Khyber is the provincial bank of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with its head office in Peshawar. We read every listing on its careers page on 27 October 2026. Below is each open post with its city, grade, experience and closing date, how BOK's grades compare, and the steps to apply without paying anybody.
Bank of Khyber has 8 posts open until 1 to 5 November 2026
The eight open BOK posts close on three dates. Three IT posts close on 1 November, four officer posts on 4 November, and the Head of General Services on 5 November 2026. Every one asks for at least a bachelor's degree, and all but the Mardan sales post ask for two or more years of experience.

The Mardan Development Officer post is the easiest entry
The Development Officer post in Mardan asks for a bachelor's degree and only one year of work experience of any kind. It is a contract job at OG-III, the lowest officer grade on the page. The job is sales: BOK says the officer's "sole job" is to market products, with a monthly target.
BOK prefers sales or marketing experience in a bank, but the advert does not make it compulsory. If you have a degree in business, finance or banking and a year in any job, this is the one to look at first. Fresh graduates with no experience are not eligible for any of the eight posts.
The Shariah audit post is different. It accepts a graduate, CA Inter, CA Finalist, ICMA or a qualified ACCA, but asks for two years in Islamic banking or an Islamic financial institution.
The three IT posts want Fortinet or Cisco certificates
BOK's NOC Officer, Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer posts can be based in Islamabad, Peshawar or Karachi. All three prefer candidates with Fortinet NSE4 or higher, Cisco CCNP or CCIE, or another IT certificate. They differ by experience: 1 to 3, 2 to 4, and 4 to 7 years.
NOC stands for Network Operations Centre, the team that watches the bank's network day and night. Any reputable organisation counts for the networking experience, so the IT posts are open to people outside banking. All three close on Sunday 1 November 2026, the earliest date on the page.
OG-III is the starting grade and EVP the top one on the page
BOK uses the usual Pakistani bank grades. Officer grades run from OG-III, the lowest, to OG-I. Above them come AVP (Assistant Vice President), VP, SVP (Senior Vice President) and EVP (Executive Vice President). "Up to AVP" means BOK will place you at or below AVP based on experience.
The adverts give no salaries. Grade is the best guide you have to pay and seniority. A candidate with two years of experience applying for an "up to AVP" post will usually be placed lower than AVP, so read the range as a ceiling, not a promise.

Apply on BOK's careers portal, and never pay anyone for a bank job
Every BOK advert says the same thing: visit bok.com.pk/careers for details and submit an online application. Each listing has an Apply Now button that leads to the bank's careers portal. No advert mentions an application fee, a test fee or an agent.
- Open bok.com.pk/careers and read the full listing for your post.
- Check the closing date, the city and the experience asked.
- Press Apply Now to open BOK's careers portal and create your profile.
- Fill in your education and experience exactly as in your certificates, and keep a short CV ready in case the portal asks for one.
- Submit before the closing date and save the confirmation.
Write the CV for the post, not for every job. A plain two page format works for banks, and the steps to make a CV in Pakistan cover the layout. If anybody on WhatsApp or Facebook asks for money to get you a BOK job, it is a scam. The signs of a fake online job offer are worth reading before you share your CNIC with anyone.
BOK says women and persons with special needs are "strongly encouraged" to apply, and that selection is "strictly on merit". For openings at other banks, the list of bank jobs in Pakistan covers how each bank recruits.

Twelve BOK posts closed between 20 and 25 October
The same careers page still shows twelve posts whose dates have passed. Four HR posts at head office closed on 25 October. Branch Managers, Branch Operation Managers and Branch Services Officers across Pakistan closed on 23 October. Five audit and credit posts closed on 20 October.
You cannot apply for these now. We list them because they show what BOK hires for, and branch roles in particular tend to come back. The Branch Services Officer post, up to OG-I, is the one most graduates want.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read every listing on the Bank of Khyber careers page on 27 October 2026, including city, grade, qualification, experience and closing date. The Apply Now button points to careers.bok.com.pk, which did not open from our connection that day, so we could not check the form fields or whether it asks for a CV upload. The adverts give no salaries or seat numbers, and we have not stated any.
