Bank of Khyber Schedule of Charges July to December 2026: IBFT, ATM, Debit Card and SMS Fees (Full List)
Bank of Khyber schedule of charges July to December 2026: IBFT free to Rs 25,000, Rs 35 at other ATMs, PayPak Rs 1,700, SMS Rs 200, closing Rs 250. All fees.

The Bank of Khyber's schedule of charges for July to December 2026 keeps IBFT free up to Rs 25,000 a month, then charges 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower. Cash at another 1Link ATM costs Rs 35, debit cards cost Rs 1,700 to Rs 7,000 a year, and SMS alerts on counter transactions cost Rs 200 a month. Raast transfers and utility bill payments are free.
We read BOK's schedule for its conventional branches, covering 1 July to 31 December 2026, on 1 November 2026. Many lines carry a "Yes" in a column headed "Add FED as applicable", which means federal excise duty is added on top. Below are the fees a BOK account holder in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or elsewhere is most likely to pay.
BOK IBFT is free up to Rs 25,000 a month
Bank of Khyber charges nothing for transfers to other banks until your total passes Rs 25,000 in a month. Above that each transfer costs 0.1% of the amount or Rs 200, whichever is lower, whether you use an ATM, the counter or the BOK app. Raast transfers are free.
| Transfer or payment | BOK charge, July to December 2026 |
|---|---|
| IBFT, first Rs 25,000 a month | Free |
| IBFT above Rs 25,000 a month | 0.1% or Rs 200, whichever is lower |
| Raast IBFT | Free |
| Transfer within BOK by ATM or app | Free |
| Utility bill payment | Nil |
| Pay order or banker's cheque from your account | Rs 300 |
| Cancelling a pay order | Rs 350 |
Raast is the way to move a big amount. A Rs 200,000 IBFT after your free Rs 25,000 hits the Rs 200 cap, while Raast costs nothing. Pay orders for a government tender's security deposit are exempt from the cancellation charge, the schedule says.

BOK debit cards cost Rs 1,700 to Rs 7,000 a year
A BOK PayPak debit card costs Rs 1,700 a year and the JCB PayPak co-badged card Rs 2,000. BOK Mastercard debit cards cost Rs 2,500 for Classic, Rs 3,500 for Gold and Rs 7,000 for Platinum. The same fee covers issue, replacement, renewal and the annual charge.
| BOK debit card | Yearly fee | Supplementary |
|---|---|---|
| PayPak | Rs 1,700 | Not listed |
| JCB PayPak co-badged | Rs 2,000 | Not listed |
| Mastercard Classic | Rs 2,500 | Rs 1,250 |
| Mastercard Gold | Rs 3,500 | Rs 1,750 |
| Mastercard Platinum | Rs 7,000 | Rs 3,500 |
| Digital Mastercard Gold | Rs 400 for 1 year, Rs 800 for 3 years | Not listed |
| Digital Mastercard Platinum | Rs 500 for 1 year, Rs 1,000 for 3 years | Not listed |
The digital cards are the bargain. A Digital Mastercard Gold for online and app payments costs Rs 400 for a one year expiry, Rs 600 for two years and Rs 800 for three, against Rs 3,500 a year for the plastic Gold card. The schedule adds that no exemption is allowed on Mastercard debit card charges, even for staff or senior citizens.

BOK charges Rs 35 for cash at another 1Link ATM
Cash from a BOK ATM is free. A withdrawal from another bank's ATM on the 1Link network costs Rs 35 including FED, and on the Mnet network Rs 15 for PayPak cards. A balance check at a 1Link ATM costs Rs 4.67 on PayPak and Rs 5.29 on Mastercard.
- Mini statement at a BOK ATM: Rs 5.
- Cash from an ATM abroad on Mastercard: 4% of the amount or Rs 300, whichever is higher.

- Shop and POS payments in Pakistan: nil.
- Foreign POS and online payments: 4% on Mastercard, 3% on PayPak.
- Foreign cards at a BOK ATM: Rs 1,000 per withdrawal.
The Mnet line is worth knowing. At Rs 15, an Mnet ATM costs less than half the Rs 35 1Link fee for a PayPak cardholder.
BOK SMS alerts on counter transactions cost Rs 200 a month
BOK charges Rs 200 a month, plus FED, for SMS alerts on counter and other non digital transactions. SMS alerts on digital transactions are free on its Mastercard debit cards. So if you bank mostly through the app or card, the free alerts may cover you.
Some accounts include alerts. The Kamal Plus current account lists unlimited free SMS alerts on all transactions, a free 50 leaf cheque book each year, a free debit card and free pay orders, if you keep a minimum daily balance of Rs 25,000. The Pay Plus account has no minimum balance and gives the first cheque book and debit card free.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the Bank of Khyber's schedule of charges for July to December 2026, conventional branches on 1 November 2026, linked from BOK's schedule of charges page. The helpline is from BOK's contact centre page. The comparison examples are our arithmetic. We did not read the separate Islamic banking schedule, and we could not verify whether the Kamal Plus and Pay Plus features are still offered to new customers this half year.
