BISE Peshawar Inter Annual-II Admission 2026 Extended: Normal Fee Until 2 November, Every Date and Fee
BISE Peshawar extended inter Annual-II 2026 admission: normal fee to 2 November, double 10, triple 17 November. Fees, payment banks and the rules to check.

BISE Peshawar has extended the admission dates for its inter second annual exam (HSSC Annual-II) 2026. Forms now go in at the normal fee until 2 November 2026, with double fee to 10 November and triple fee to 17 November. The exam still starts on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
The board posted a "re-revised" admission notification on its website on 27 October 2026, dated 26 October. The old normal fee deadline was 20 October. So a student who missed it now gets 13 more days at the normal fee of Rs 3,300 for Part I and Rs 3,600 for Part II.
We read the notice on bisep.edu.pk on 28 October 2026. Below is what changed, what stayed the same and what to do before 2 November.
The normal fee deadline moved from 20 October to 2 November
The new schedule gives regular and private candidates until Monday 2 November 2026 at the normal fee. Double fee runs to Tuesday 10 November and triple fee to Tuesday 17 November. Every stage moved later, and the gap between them is now about a week.

| Fee stage | Notice of 7 October | Re-revised notice of 26 October |
|---|---|---|
| Normal fee | 20 October 2026 | Monday 2 November 2026 |
| Double fee | 27 October 2026 | Tuesday 10 November 2026 |
| Triple fee | 3 November 2026 | Tuesday 17 November 2026 |
| Exam starts | Wednesday 18 November 2026 | Wednesday 18 November 2026, unchanged |
The first schedule is the one we reported when the board announced the BISE Peshawar inter second annual exam on 9 October. The notice says no online admission will be accepted after 17 November "under any circumstances". That is one day before the first paper, so do not plan on the last day.
The notice does not say what happens to students who already paid a double fee between 21 and 27 October. It is silent on refunds. If you paid extra in that week, ask the board's One Window Service before you assume anything.
The fees are the same as in the first notice
BISE Peshawar did not change any fee. A Part I form costs Rs 3,300 at the normal fee and a Part II form Rs 3,600. Improvement of marks costs Rs 4,000. Each later stage adds Rs 1,500, so triple fee is Rs 3,000 more than the normal fee.

| Category | Normal | Double | Triple |
|---|---|---|---|
| Part I, fresh or re-appear, all groups | Rs 3,300 | Rs 4,800 | Rs 6,300 |
| Part II, fresh or re-appear, all groups | Rs 3,600 | Rs 5,100 | Rs 6,600 |
| Part I improvement | Rs 4,000 | Rs 5,500 | Rs 7,000 |
| Improvement of Part I, Part II or both, or an additional subject | Rs 4,000 | Rs 5,500 | Rs 7,000 |
| Re-appear with improvement in pass subjects | Rs 3,300 or Rs 4,000 | Rs 4,800 or Rs 5,500 | Rs 6,300 or Rs 7,000 |
The last row prints two amounts for each stage and does not say which applies when. Ask your college or the board which one your form needs. Two more charges sit at the bottom of the table: Rs 5,000 to change your exam centre and Rs 3,000 for an amanuensis, the writer who helps a candidate who cannot write.
Improvement candidates also pay Rs 500 when they collect the original certificate. That is separate from the admission fee.
How to submit the form before 2 November
The process is fully online and paperless. Colleges submit regular students through the BISE Peshawar portal. Private candidates fill the form on bisep.edu.pk. Either way, the fee goes through a system challan at Allied Bank, MCB or the Easypaisa app.
- Check that BISE Peshawar is your board. The district list on the notice names Peshawar, Charsadda, Chitral, Khyber and Mohmand.
- Regular students: ask the college to enter your form on the board portal. Private students: fill the form on bisep.edu.pk.
- Print the system generated challan. The board accepts no other challan.
- Pay it at an Allied Bank or MCB branch in the board's area, or in the Easypaisa app.
- Keep a printed copy of the form and the paid receipt. Private Part I candidates keep their SSC certificate or DMC with it. Part II candidates keep the Part I DMC.
No hard copy goes to the board. But the notice tells private candidates to keep the printed form and receipt in case the roll number slip does not appear. Colleges must also keep the forms in case the HSSC section raises a question.
Roll number slips come 10 days before the exam
Regular slips go up on the online portal 10 days before the exam, and private slips on bisep.edu.pk at the same time. By our count, not the board's, that is about 8 November. If yours is missing, the board's One Window Service issues a duplicate.

Five rules in the notice catch students out
The notice has 13 instructions. Five matter most for students: improvement limits, the 2027 award ban, the grace marks rule, other boards' Part I passers, and Biology as an additional subject. Read them before you choose your papers, because the form cannot be changed later.
- Improvement once. Students who improve 11th class marks in Annual-II 2026 cannot apply again for 11th class improvement together with a fresh 12th class admission in Annual-II 2027.
- No awards. Anyone who sits for improvement will not count as a position holder, and gets no medal or scholarship, in the HSSC Annual-I exam of 2027.
- Grace marks. A subject passed with grace marks or by aggregate must be included in your improvement subjects. If it is left out, you are ineligible.
- Other boards. Private candidates who passed Part I at another board submit the printed form with a migration certificate and a verified DMC from that board.
- Biology. Biology as an additional subject needs a two month lab attendance certificate from a government or public college in BISE Peshawar's area.
Wafaq ul Madaris candidates taking additional subjects must attach an attested copy of an IBCC equivalence certificate. Schools that want to host an exam centre can apply on the portal until 11 November, and every hall needs CCTV linked to the board.
Malakand also extended its dates, other KP boards differ
BISE Peshawar is not the only board to move. BISE Malakand's notice No. 3436, dated 21 October, set normal fee to 26 October, single late fee to 30 October, double to 5 November and triple to 9 November. Each KP board runs its own calendar.
So a student in Swat or Abbottabad should not copy a Peshawar date. The fees and deadlines for Abbottabad, Swat and Mardan are set out in our report on KP inter supplementary exam fees. If you are re-sitting after a poor first annual result, keep a copy of your KP HSSC result 2026 with the form, since improvement rules work from those marks.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read BISE Peshawar's website on 28 October 2026, where the "Revised Notification, Online Admission, HSSC Annual-II Exam 2026" is listed under 27 October 2026. We opened the two page PDF, a scan, and read both pages. It is headed "Notification for Admission (Re-Revised)" and the copy list is dated 26-10-2026. We also read BISE Malakand's extension notice of 21 October. The earlier Peshawar dates come from the board's 7 October notice, as we reported it on 9 October. The 8 November slip date is our own count. We could not confirm whether double fees already paid will be adjusted.
