Journalist and content writer covering public services, education, technology and consumer issues in Pakistan
Fajr is a journalist with an MS in Journalism from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and a BS in English Literature from Government College University Lahore. Her journalism training focused on reporting, source verification and media ethics, which shapes how every guide she writes is checked.
Fajr writes step-by-step guides for the services most families deal with: NADRA documents, Punjab welfare cards, voter checks, driving licences, PTCL and utility bills.
She covers education and opportunity closely, from HEC and university admissions to scholarships abroad such as Commonwealth, Brunei and Fulbright, always with the real deadline and the official portal.
Her health guides, on polio, HPV vaccination and hepatitis testing, use only official health bodies and say what is free and where.
