You can check a Citi Lab report online on the CITILAB reports portal by entering the invoice number and password from your receipt, then pressing "Get Report". For help, Citi Lab's UAN is 111-511-512 and its WhatsApp line is 0334-0457457.
The portal is the quick route, but it has limits. The report it gives is not valid for court use, and the portal sits on a separate web address that some connections cannot reach. Citi Lab reports open with your invoice number and password
The CITILAB online reports page asks for two things: the invoice number and the password printed for you at the lab. Enter both, accept the disclaimer and press "Get Report" to view, download or print the result.
- Open citilab.com.pk and press "Online Reports" at the top of the page. It opens the reports portal at citilab.erpsirius.xyz/onlinereports.
- Type the invoice number from your receipt into the "Invoice No." box.
- Type the password from the same receipt.
- Press "Accept" on the disclaimer, then "Get Report".
- Download the PDF or print it for your doctor.
Citi Lab's home page says you can access results "using your reference number", while the portal itself labels the box "Invoice No.". Both point to the number on your receipt. Keep the receipt until the report is in your hands.
The online Citi Lab report is not valid for court
The portal's own disclaimer says a report delivered through online reporting is not valid for court. You may print or download it for your own use, but you may not change it or republish it without Citi Lab's permission.
That matters for anyone who needs a report for a legal case, an insurance claim or an official file. For those, ask the branch for a signed and stamped copy. For a normal doctor's visit, the online PDF is enough.
Citi Lab also says results reach patients by SMS or email, and through the portal. Give a working mobile number and email at the counter when the sample is taken.
When the Citi Lab portal does not work
If the portal will not load or rejects your login, message 0334-0457457, the inquiry number printed on the portal page, or call the UAN 111-511-512. Have your receipt ready, because staff will ask for the invoice number.
- Page will not open: the reports portal is on a different address from the main website. Our own connection could not reach it by a direct request on 28 October, though it opened through a second route. Try another network or mobile data.
- Wrong password: check for a zero typed as the letter O. Then ask the branch to confirm the password.
- Report not ready: special tests take longer than routine ones. Ask the counter when your report is due.
- Need it for court or a claim: collect a stamped copy from the branch.
Citi Lab says its helpline works 24/7. Its branches keep shorter hours, from 8am to 11pm.
Citi Lab lists 20 branches across five places
Citi Lab's branch page lists 20 branches: 12 in Rawalpindi, 5 in Islamabad and one each in Chakwal, Choa Saidan Shah and Talagang. Each branch shown opens from 8am to 11pm. The home page claims more than 50 branches.

The gap between 20 listed and "50+" claimed is Citi Lab's own. Call 111-511-512 before you travel to a branch you have not used. Citi Lab's head office is opposite Benazir Bhutto Hospital on Main Murree Road, Rawalpindi, which is handy if you are already visiting Benazir Bhutto Hospital.
Citi Lab home sampling, packages and loyalty card
Citi Lab books home sampling through a form on its website or on 111-511-512. Its packages start at PKR 11,050, and a loyalty card gives 15 to 30 percent off for up to five family members.
The Citi Lab home sampling page sets out four steps: book, a phlebotomist (the person who takes blood) visits, the sample is taken, and the result arrives by SMS, email or the portal. The home page says the packages include free home sampling "within Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad", which sits oddly with a branch list that has no Lahore or Karachi branch. Ask about your area and any charge when you book.

You apply for the loyalty card by WhatsApp on 0334-0457457. Citi Lab lists accreditation to ISO 15189:2022 through PNAC, Pakistan's accreditation body, and external quality checks with CAP in the USA and RIQAS in the UK.

We read Citi Lab's home page, branch page and home sampling page on citilab.com.pk on 28 October 2026, and the reports portal page at citilab.erpsirius.xyz the same day. A direct request to the portal failed from our connection, but a second fetch returned the login fields and disclaimer. We had no invoice of our own, so we did not open a real report. Citi Lab's FAQ page returned "not found", and the home page FAQ answers did not load, so we could not read its stated turnaround time.
