Chughtai Lab Report Online in Pakistan: Check on Website, App or WhatsApp 03-111-456-789
Check a Chughtai Lab report online on the website, the app or WhatsApp 03-111-456-789. See what to do when it does not show, and how free home sampling works.

You can get a Chughtai Lab report online in three ways: log in under "View Reports" on chughtailab.com, open the Chughtai Lab app, or ask on WhatsApp at 03-111-456-789. Chughtai says reports reach patients through its web portal, by email or on WhatsApp, and the app keeps your full report history.
Which method suits you depends on whether you gave a mobile number at the counter and whether the app is on your phone. Below are the three routes, what to do when a report does not show, the free home sample service, the 400+ collection centres and the numbers. We read Chughtai Lab's website on 27 October 2026.
Chughtai Lab sends reports by portal, app, email and WhatsApp
Chughtai's own answer to "Can I get my reports online?" is yes: through its online web portal, by email or on WhatsApp, viewable and downloadable at any time. The app adds your full history and radiology images.
| Method | What you need | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Website, "View Reports" | Login on the Patient Dashboard | Downloading and printing on a computer |
| Chughtai Lab app | A profile in the app | Your full history and X-ray, CT or MRI images |
| Message 03-111-456-789 | Getting a copy on your phone without an app | |
| An email address given at the lab | Forwarding to a doctor |
Give a working mobile number and an email address at the counter when the sample is taken. Every online route depends on the contact details the lab has for you.

How to check a Chughtai Lab report on the website or app
The website's "View Reports" button opens the Patient Dashboard, and the site also has a "login by phone" page. Chughtai's security service blocked our connection to both pages on 27 October, so we could not see the exact login fields. The page name points to your mobile number as the key.
- Open chughtailab.com and press "View Reports" at the top of the page.
- Log in with the mobile number you gave at the lab, using the phone login option.
- If the site sends a code to that number, enter it. Never share such a code with anyone who calls you.
- Open the report from your list and download it as a PDF.
- In the app, create your profile once, and every later report appears in the same history.
The Chughtai Lab app page says results are uploaded once samples are processed. It also shows radiology images such as X-rays, CT scans and MRIs, so you do not wait for physical films.

When the Chughtai report does not show online
A missing report usually means one of three things: the test is still running, the lab has a different mobile number for you, or the report is held for a doctor's review. Chughtai's lab runs 24/7, but some tests take days.
- Too early: ask at the counter when the report is due, and keep that time in mind before calling.
- Wrong number: if you gave a relative's number, log in with that number or ask the lab to update it.
- Still nothing: call or WhatsApp 03-111-456-789 with your receipt to hand. Chughtai says its customer support works 24/7.
- Bad service: Chughtai's website has a complaint form. If a licensed lab mishandles a sample, the provincial healthcare regulator takes complaints too.
Be careful with messages that claim to be from a lab and ask for money before releasing a report. Chughtai's listed WhatsApp line is 03-111-456-789. Check that the number matches before you pay anything or click a link.
Chughtai home sample collection is free nationwide
Chughtai Lab collects samples at home for free across all the areas it covers. Book by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 03-111-456-789, through the website, or in the app.
The home sampling page lists routine tests that can be collected at home, including a full blood count, thyroid tests, cholesterol, liver and kidney function tests, vitamin tests and diabetes tests such as HbA1c. A trained phlebotomist (the person who takes blood) comes at the time you choose.
| Service | Chughtai Lab detail |
|---|---|
| Home sample collection | Free, nationwide in covered areas |
| Booking | Call or WhatsApp 03-111-456-789, website or app |
| Collection centres | 400+ across Pakistan |
| Lab hours | 24/7 |

Chughtai Lab phone number and head offices
Chughtai lists one number for calls and WhatsApp: 03-111-456-789. Its two main addresses are 7-Jail Road, Main Gulberg, Lahore, and Plot No. 2, Block 3, PECHS, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi.
Your report is information for your doctor, not a diagnosis on its own. A value in red can be normal for you, and a normal report does not rule everything out. For fever tests in particular, the doctor may compare a dengue NS1 test with your blood count. To check that any lab you use is registered, Islamabad residents can check a clinic or lab with IHRA.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Chughtai Lab's home page, the home sampling page, the mobile app page and the contact page on 27 October 2026. The Patient Dashboard and the login by phone page were blocked by the site's security service for our connection, so the login steps above follow the page names and the SMS step is our expectation, not something we saw. We had no report of our own to open, and we did not find report turnaround times or test prices on the pages we read.
