Punjab Bait-ul-Maal Online Registration: Apply on bm.punjab.gov.pk for Cash Aid, Marriage Grant, Treatment or Stipend
Register for Punjab Bait-ul-Maal at bm.punjab.gov.pk in six steps. See the cash aid, marriage grant, free treatment and Rs 4,000 to Rs 8,000 stipends on offer.

Punjab Bait-ul-Maal online registration is done at bm.punjab.gov.pk: press "Applicant Registration", enter your name, CNIC, mobile number, division, district and tehsil, set a password, then log in and apply. You can also apply at your district Bait-ul-Maal office, where staff submit the form for you. Punjab Bait-ul-Maal pays four main kinds of help to individuals: one-time cash aid, a marriage grant, free hospital treatment and education stipends. Below: how much each pays, who qualifies, and why two of its own pages give different limits.
Punjab Bait-ul-Maal is the provincial body, run by the Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department. It is not Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, the federal body in Islamabad. We read its website and its application portal on the night of 2 November 2026.
Register on bm.punjab.gov.pk in six steps
The portal asks for basic details and a password, with a captcha. After registering, you log in with your CNIC and password to fill the application. The help offered is the same whether you apply online, on the mobile app or at the office.
- Open bm.punjab.gov.pk and press "Applicant Registration".
- Enter your name, CNIC number and mobile number. Email is optional.
- Choose Punjab, then your division, district and tehsil.
- Set a password, confirm it and type the captcha.
- Press Register, then log in with your CNIC and password.
- Choose the type of help and fill in the application.
The portal fills some fields itself when it finds your CNIC already on record. If it shows a message and locks the form, your CNIC is probably registered already, so use Login instead.
Punjab Bait-ul-Maal's site also mentions doorstep help through Dastak, the Punjab government's home delivery app. How Dastak works is explained in the Dastak app for Punjab.

Four kinds of help, from Rs 4,000 stipends to Rs 100,000 marriage grants
The service pages list one-time cash help up to Rs 30,000, a marriage grant up to Rs 100,000 per daughter, hospital treatment up to Rs 50,000 per patient, and monthly stipends of Rs 4,000 to Rs 8,000. A District Bait-ul-Maal Committee decides every case.
| Help | Limit on the service page | Who gets priority |
|---|---|---|
| Financial assistance | Up to Rs 30,000 per person, one time | Disabled and needy people, the shelterless, people in urgent money trouble |
| Marriage grant | Up to Rs 100,000 per family per daughter | Widows, poor guardians of orphan girls, destitute parents |
| Medical treatment | Up to Rs 50,000 per patient, one time, paid to the hospital | Patients admitted in a government hospital or a registered NGO's medical institution |
| Education stipend | Rs 4,000 to Rs 8,000, by level | Students with at least 50 per cent marks in their last exam |
Help is only for people living below the poverty line whose permanent home is in that district. For cash aid, the page also says you should not already be getting help from Zakat or Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal. Non-Muslims can apply too, the FAQ says.

The FAQ gives lower limits than the service pages
Punjab Bait-ul-Maal's own FAQ says cash help is up to Rs 10,000 a year and the marriage grant up to Rs 20,000, both "subject to availability of funds". The service pages say Rs 30,000 and Rs 100,000. The site does not say which is current.
We think the service pages are more likely to be current, because the FAQ reads like older text. But that is our reading, not an official answer. Ask the district office what limit it is using before you plan around a figure. The committee can approve less than the limit in any case.
The marriage grant has a time rule worth knowing. A family whose daughter's nikah has already happened can still apply, if it shows the nikah nama within 90 days. The provincial collective weddings scheme is separate; its rules are in the Punjab Dhee Rani Programme.
Medical help is paid to the hospital, never to you in cash
Punjab Bait-ul-Maal sends treatment money to government teaching, DHQ and THQ hospitals, and the hospital treats the patient free. You first get an eligibility form from your District Bait-ul-Maal Committee. Then you hand it to the hospital's Health Welfare Committee or Medical Social Officer.
The FAQ lists what is covered: medicines, tests, artificial limbs, operations and a bed in the general ward. Treatment abroad is not covered. Payments go through the patient welfare societies in DHQ and THQ hospitals.
If your case is bigger than Rs 50,000, the federal body is the next stop. Its rules are in Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal medical assistance.
Education stipends pay Rs 4,000 to Rs 8,000 by level
Stipends go to poor students in government or government-recognised colleges, universities, polytechnics and professional institutions in Punjab. You need at least 50 per cent marks in your last final exam. The amounts below are from the stipend page.
| Level | Stipend (Rs) |
|---|---|
| Intermediate | 4,000 |
| BS or LLB | 6,000 |
| MS | 7,000 |
| MBBS or engineering | 8,000 |
| MPhil or PhD | 8,000 |
The page does not say how often the stipend is paid, so ask the district office. For help with zakat-funded aid in the province, see Zakat help in Punjab, which is a separate scheme.

Complaints go through the portal's complaint form or helpline 1312
The portal has a complaint page at bm.punjab.gov.pk/lodge-complain. You give your name, CNIC, district and phone, choose complaint, general query or suggestion, and describe the problem. It even lets you record a voice note.
The head office is the Directorate General of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal, 41-Empress Road, Lahore, on 042-99204157 and 042-99204158. The home page also links the Social Welfare helpline, 1312. District office addresses are listed on the portal's BM offices page.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 2 November 2026 at about 23:05 PKT. We read the Punjab Bait-ul-Maal website, including its pages on financial assistance, marriage grant, medical treatment, education stipends, FAQ and contact, and the registration page on bm.punjab.gov.pk with its complaint and offices pages. The site's FAQ and service pages give different limits for cash aid and the marriage grant, and neither is dated. We did not register an account or submit an application.
