Sindh Police Online Services: 10 Portals for Verification, Tenants, Complaints and Licences
Sindh Police lists ten online services: police verification, tenant registration, TRACS, MILAP, IGP complaints and more. See what each does and how to track.

Short answer: Sindh Police lists ten online public services on its website: TRACS for complaints and tracking, MILAP for people at risk, police verification, TRUST for tenant registration, a driving licence information hub, a driving licence application page, a complaint page for the IGP, a women and child protection cell, special branch verification and HOPE for household staff. Each has its own web address.
Most people only learn about one of these services, and only when they need it. A landlord hears about tenant registration after a notice. A job seeker hears about police verification a day before the interview.
We opened the Sindh Police website and its online public services page on 13 October 2026, and opened the police verification system and the IGP complaint page. Descriptions below follow what the pages say. We did not file an application on any of them.
The ten services and what each one is for
The Sindh Police "Online Public Services" page lists ten items. We give each in plain words, using the page's own descriptions. Where the page gives only a name, we say what the name suggests and mark it as our reading.
| Service | What the page says it is for |
|---|---|
| TRACS | Citizen network for notification, engagement, complaint and tracking |
| MILAP | Helps locate persons at risk |
| Police Verification | Verification service for citizens |
| TRUST | Tenant registration for urban security and tracking |
| Driving License Information Hub | Information and services on driving licences |
| Apply for Driving License | Online driving licence application |
| Complaint to IGP Sindh | File complaints directly to the Inspector General of Police |
| Women and Child Protection Cell | Report cases to the protection cell |
| Special Branch Verification | Verification from the Special Branch |
| HOPE | Household and office personnel enrollment |

The emergency number on the Sindh Police site is 15. Use it for any danger to life, and use the portals for paperwork.
Match your need to the right portal
Start with the problem and then pick the service. The guide below covers the most common needs for Karachi and other Sindh cities.
- Landlords and tenants: TRUST is for tenant registration. Our guide to registering a tenant with Sindh Police gives the steps and the 48 hour rule.
- Job and visa papers: the police verification service. Compare it with the national picture in our guide to a police character certificate online.
- Maids, drivers and office staff: HOPE enrolls household and office personnel.
- Driving licences: the hub and the application page, explained in our guide to getting a driving licence in Sindh.
- Misconduct by police staff: the IGP complaint page.

Track a police verification with your CNIC and case ID
The police verification system lets you follow an application by entering your CNIC and Case ID. It also offers new applications, renewals and a complaint or feedback form. It is run by the IT Directorate at the Central Police Office, Sindh.
- Open the police verification system from the Sindh Police online services page.
- Choose a new application or a renewal.
- Submit the form and keep the Case ID it gives you.
- Return to the page and enter your CNIC and Case ID to see the status.

The page we read does not list the documents, the fee, the validity or a helpline for verification. Do not trust an agent who quotes them without a source. Ask Sindh Police, or check the page again before you pay.
Save time by using the portal first
A portal can save a trip to the station, especially for verification and tenant registration. Start online, keep your reference number, and visit a station only when the page tells you to. Take a printed copy of the reference with you if you do.
Families in Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana can use the same portals as Karachi, since the services are run by Sindh Police for the whole province. Internet access is the only need, and a phone is enough.
If a portal does not load, try again later in the day. Do not pay anyone who says they can "fix" the portal for you.
Use only the official addresses
All ten services sit on sindhpolice.gov.pk or a sub-address of it, such as prvs.sindhpolice.gov.pk. The driving licence information hub uses dls.gos.pk. A look-alike site that asks for your CNIC and a payment is a warning. Open the online public services page first and click through from there.
Never send your CNIC or photos to a number or link that came from a stranger on social media. The verification page we read asks for a CNIC and a Case ID to track, and nothing more.
