UHS posted a third selection list for on-campus BS and Pharm.D programmes, Fall 2026: 156 entries, merit 94.5 to 62.76. See how to find your row and what next.
The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has posted a third selection list for its on-campus undergraduate programmes, Fall 2026. It has 156 entries, with merit scores from 94.5000 down to 62.7619, across 11 programmes. The second list had 182 entries, from 94.5000 down to 57.2840.
If you applied for a BS or Doctor of Pharmacy programme at UHS, the selection list is the page that tells you whether you got a seat. We read the third and second lists on the UHS website on 21 October 2026. The pages show a table only, with no dates or instructions, so this page tells you what the lists show and where the next step sits.
The third list has 156 entries across 11 programmes
The third selection list is a table of 156 numbered rows with a candidate ID, name, father's name, merit score and a programme. The programmes are Pharm.D, DPT, Medical Imaging Technology, Anaesthesia Technology, Cardiac Perfusion, MLT, Optometry and Orthoptics, Human Genetics, Biomedical Sciences, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and Speech and Language Pathology.

Several candidates appear against more than one programme. That is how the table is built, so read the programme column for the row that carries your ID, not only the first line. The lists are public, so we have not copied any names.
The lowest merit on the third list is higher than on the second
The third list ends at 62.7619 and the second at 57.2840. That is a gap of 5.4779, our arithmetic. We cannot say why. The lists may cover different programmes or different seats, and UHS gives no explanation on the pages.
So do not treat the last merit number as a "closing merit" for your programme. Look at your own programme only. The lists carry the merit score of each admitted candidate, and a cut-off for a single programme is not printed.
Find your row by candidate ID, not by name
Your candidate ID is a four digit number on the table. Search the page with your browser's find tool using that number. Names can be spelt several ways, so the ID is the safer match.
If you cannot find your ID in the third list, check the second list too. Then ask the admissions office whether you were placed earlier. The earlier phase is in the page on UHS BS admission Fall 2026 Phase II.
Programme and challan details sit on the UHS undergraduate portal
UHS's home page says the programme and challan are at portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug. It also lists an admittance card download at portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission. When we opened the admission portal page it had not finished loading, so we cannot describe the screens.
The lists do not give a fee amount, a deadline to pay or a reporting date. We could not verify them. Find them on the portal or ask UHS before you travel to Lahore.

- Note your programme in that row.
- Open portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug and find the challan.
- Ask UHS for the payment and reporting dates in writing.
What to do if you are not on a list

We found no statement on the pages about a fourth list. Do not wait on one. Look at other programmes for which you hold eligibility and ask the university what remains.
Keep your documents ready for the next step
The lists do not tell you what to bring, so prepare for the usual items. Keep your original result documents, your CNIC or B-form, photographs and a copy of your application ready. Ask UHS in writing which documents it wants, because we found no list on the pages we read.
Do not rely on a message from a friend or a social media group about a deadline. A fee paid late or at the wrong place can cost you the seat. The only safe source is the UHS website or the admissions office, and a written answer is better than a phone call you cannot prove.
