UHS Fourth Selection List Fall 2026 Is Out: 160 Seats, Join by 30 October in Lahore

The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore posted its fourth selection list for on-campus undergraduate programmes, Fall 2026, on Monday 26 October. It has 160 entries, and every selected candidate must choose one programme, pay and email a joining form by Friday 30 October 2026, 5:00 pm.

Miss that deadline and UHS says you lose the seat and any upgrade for this session. We read the list and its two-page instruction note on the UHS website on 27 October 2026. Unlike the third list, this one comes with clear rules, and one of them can cancel a selection outright: at least 60 per cent marks in HSSC.

The fourth UHS list has 160 entries, with merit from 94.5 to 57.28

The table carries 160 numbered rows, each with a candidate ID, name, father's name, merit score, date of birth and programme. Merit runs from 94.5000 at the top to 57.2840 at the bottom, across 11 programmes.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) dominate. Twenty rows offer a candidate two programmes, which is why the counts below add up to more than 160. The figures are our count of the table, not numbers UHS printed.

You must finish four steps on the UHS portal by 30 October, 5:00 pm

UHS asks every candidate on the fourth list to log in at portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug with their CNIC, pick one discipline, pay one consolidated fee challan, and email a completed joining form. All of it must be done by Friday 30 October 2026, 5:00 pm.

1. Log in at portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug using your CNIC.
2. Select one discipline from the options shown. UHS says no change or second selection is allowed after that.
3. Pay the single consolidated fee challan the portal generates once you select.
4. Download the joining form, fill it in, scan it, and email it to oncampus-ugadmissions@uhs.edu.pk.

UHS says only candidates who complete all of these steps will be considered. Do the steps in order and keep the paid challan and your sent email as proof.

Check your HSSC marks before you pay anything

UHS says a selected candidate must have at least 60 per cent marks in HSSC Part-I and Part-II. Anyone below 60 per cent is ineligible and the selection stands cancelled, so check your marks before paying.

This is the line most likely to catch someone out. Merit on the list is a calculated aggregate for candidates who passed the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT), not your intermediate percentage, so a healthy merit score does not prove your HSSC marks clear 60 per cent. Add up your Part-I and Part-II marks from the result cards and work out the percentage yourself.

Choosing one discipline is final, so decide before you log in

If your row offers two programmes, you can keep only one. UHS says that once you select a discipline, no further change or selection of any other discipline is allowed. Twenty rows on this list carry two options.

None of those pairs is in the top 50 rows; their merit runs from 77.80 down to 61.79. The most common pair is Anaesthesia Technology with Cardiac Perfusion, on seven rows, and five more pair Pharm.D with another programme. There is no right answer for everyone. Think about the four or five year course, the job market you want, and which campus life you can afford, then choose once.

Missing the deadline ends your chance this session

UHS says candidates who do not finish every step by the due date are excluded from admission and upgradation, with no right to that programme in the current session. Joining also needs a signed affidavit or undertaking.

The note adds that the Vice Chancellor can review the list for any error, fraud or misrepresentation, before or after selection, and that appearing on the list gives no right to a seat if you are later found ineligible. Hostel seekers should go to the Department of Undergraduate Studies, Room No. 11, UHS City Campus, Lahore, when they join.

The fourth list reaches lower than the third

The UHS third selection list had 156 entries ending at 62.7619. The fourth list has 160 entries ending at 57.2840, a single BS Anaesthesia Technology row. The top score, 94.5000, appears on both lists.

UHS says the list is based on applications from candidates who qualified UGAT Fall 2026, by programme choice and total aggregate, under its advertisement SPL#844 of 12 August 2026.
