UHS 6th Selection List Fall 2026: Pharm-D Closes at 72.07, Join by 6 November

The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore posted two new selection lists on 4 November 2026: the 6th list for its on-campus BS programmes and the 3rd list for the Phase-II programmes. If your name is on either list, you must choose one programme, pay the fee and email your joining form by 5:00 pm on Friday 6 November 2026.

That gives selected students about two working days. Both notices say anyone who misses the deadline is dropped from admission and from any later upgrade for this session.

We read both notices, dated November 04, 2026, and the full lists on uhs.edu.pk. The closing merit figures below are our own count from those lists. UHS does not publish a closing merit table, so we took the lowest aggregate among the students listed for each programme.

Pharm-D now closes at 72.07 in the 6th list

In the 6th list, the lowest aggregate selected for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) is 72.0727. In the 5th list on 30 October it was 72.9734, and in the 4th list on 26 October it was 75.0584. Each new list reaches a little further down the merit order.

The 6th list has 141 students. Pharm-D has 50 places in it and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) has 40. Some students are listed against two programmes, because they can still pick between them on the portal.

Two figures move up rather than down, DPT and Medical Laboratory Technology. That happens when a lower student from the last list has taken another programme or has been removed, so the lowest name left is higher. Treat these numbers as a guide to how far the list has moved, not as a cut-off UHS has declared.

The Phase-II 3rd list covers 17 newer BS programmes

The Phase-II 3rd list names 201 students across 17 programmes, most with 20 places each. Its notice says the list is based on the UHS UGAT held on 18 October 2026 and on MDCAT 2026 held on 20 September, under advertisement SPL#990 of 30 September 2026.

Closing merit varies widely. In our count from the list, BS Cardiac Perfusion closes at 89.2752 and BS Anesthesia Technology at 89.2040, while BS Occupational Therapy, BS Orthotic and Prosthetics, BS Audiology and BS Public Health all close at 61.0250.

The same programme name can close very differently in Phase I and Phase II. BS Anesthesia Technology closes at 61.7894 in the Phase I 6th list but at 89.2040 in Phase II. The two phases are separate admission rounds with separate applicants, so check the list for the phase you applied in. Selected students have until 5 pm on 6 November

Both notices set the same deadline: Friday 6 November 2026, 5:00 pm. Phase I students use portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug and Phase II students use portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission. You log in with your CNIC.

1. Log in to your portal with your CNIC.
2. Pick one discipline from those shown. The notice says no change is allowed after you choose.
3. Check you have at least 60% marks in HSSC Part I and Part II before you pay. Below 60%, the selection is cancelled.
4. Download the single consolidated fee challan the portal generates, and pay it.
5. Download the joining form, fill it in, scan it and email it to oncampus-ugadmissions@uhs.edu.pk before the deadline.

At joining you also sign an affidavit or undertaking, which the notice calls mandatory. Students who want a hostel place should ask at the Department of Undergraduate Studies, Room No. 11, UHS City Campus, Lahore, when they join.

What to do if your name is not on the list

A missing name is not the end of the round. UHS has now issued six Phase I lists since October, and each one has gone lower on merit than the one before. A 7th list is possible if places stay empty after 6 November, but neither notice promises one.

Keep your portal login ready and check uhs.edu.pk each working day. Do not pay anyone who offers to get you onto a list. The notice says the Vice Chancellor can amend any list for an error or misrepresentation, and a name on the list gives no right to admission if you are later found ineligible.

How the UHS lists compare across October and November

We checked when each list image was uploaded to the UHS server. The 4th list went up on 26 October, the 5th and the Phase-II 2nd list on 30 October, and the 6th and Phase-II 3rd lists on 4 November. That is roughly one list every four or five days.

Upload dates come from the file information on uhs.edu.pk, while the 6th and Phase-II 3rd notices carry their own printed date of 4 November.
