UHS 7th Selection List Fall 2026: Pharm-D Reaches 59.60, Join by 11 November

UHS Lahore posted two new selection lists on 6 November 2026: the 7th list for its on-campus BS programmes, with 196 students, and the 4th list for the Phase-II programmes, with 304 students. If your name is on either list, finish every step by 5:00 pm on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Monday 9 November is the Iqbal Day holiday, so the working time is shorter than five days suggests. Start today rather than on the last afternoon.

We read both notices of the University of Health Sciences (UHS), dated November 06, 2026, and we counted the full lists on uhs.edu.pk. The merit figures below are our own count. UHS does not publish a closing merit table, so we took the lowest aggregate listed against each programme.

Pharm-D reaches 59.60 in the 7th selection list

The lowest aggregate listed for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) in the 7th list is 59.6007, by our count from the UHS list. In the 6th list on 4 November the same count gave 72.0727. This is the biggest move of the round so far.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) also falls to 59.6007, from 66.3759. BS Medical Imaging Technology falls to 61.7894, from 71.1572. One reason for the wide reach is that many students are listed against two or more programmes, and each of them can keep only one.

The "times listed" column adds up to more than 196 because one student can appear under several programmes. Treat all these numbers as a guide to how far the list has moved. They are not cut-offs that UHS has declared.

The Phase-II 4th list names 304 students across 17 programmes

The Phase-II 4th list is larger than the 3rd list, with 304 students against 201. It uses the UHS UGAT held on 18 October 2026 and MDCAT 2026 held on 20 September, under advertisement SPL#990 of 30 September 2026.

Lowest aggregates still differ widely by programme. BS Cardiac Perfusion and BS Anesthesia Technology stay near 88, while five programmes reach 58.3306 in our count. So a mark that wins one Phase-II seat can be far short of another.

The two phases are separate rounds with separate applicants. Check the list for the phase you applied in, because a programme with the same name can close at a very different mark. How the second phase opened is set out in our report on UHS BS allied health admission, Phase II.

Selected students must finish five steps by 11 November

Both notices set the same deadline: Wednesday 11 November 2026, 5:00 pm. Phase I students use portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug. Phase II students use portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission. Both log in with a CNIC.

1. Log in to your portal with your CNIC.
2. Pick one discipline from those shown. The notice says no change is allowed after you choose, so decide before you click.
3. Check that you have at least 60% marks in HSSC Part I and Part II before you pay. Below 60%, your selection is cancelled.
4. Pay the single consolidated fee challan that the portal generates.
5. Download the joining form, fill it in, scan it and email it to oncampus-ugadmissions@uhs.edu.pk.

The 7th list notice adds an affidavit or undertaking at the time of joining, and calls it mandatory. It also says students who want a hostel place should ask at the Department of Undergraduate Studies, Room No. 11, UHS City Campus, Lahore.

Missing the deadline removes you from this session

The 7th list notice is direct. A student who does not finish every step in time is excluded from admission and from any upgrade into that programme in the current session. A late challan is not treated as a small problem.

A name on the list is also not a final right. The notice says the Vice Chancellor can review a list for an error, fraud or misrepresentation, and that being listed gives no right to a student later found ineligible. Check your own marks, CNIC and programme before you pay.

Do not pay anyone who offers to get you onto a list. Neither notice names an agent, and every step runs through the portal and the UHS email address.

Students not on the list should keep checking uhs.edu.pk

A missing name does not end the round. UHS has now issued seven Phase I lists and four Phase-II lists, and each new Phase I list has reached further down. An 8th list is possible if seats stay empty after 11 November, but neither notice promises one.

The gap between lists has been short. The 6th list came on 4 November and the 7th on 6 November. So check the site each working day and keep your portal login ready.

UHS has not declared one. The lowest aggregate listed against Pharm-D is 59.6007, by our count from the list.

Can I change my programme after choosing on the portal?

No. The notice says a candidate can select only one discipline, and no further change is allowed.

What marks do I need in HSSC?

At least 60% in HSSC Part I and Part II. The notice says a selection below that mark stands cancelled.

Where do I send the joining form?

Scan it and email it to oncampus-ugadmissions@uhs.edu.pk before the deadline.

Will UHS issue an 8th list?

Neither notice says so. It may happen if seats stay empty, so keep checking uhs.edu.pk.
