Supreme Court of Pakistan Case Status and Cause List: Check Online, Weekly PDFs and Helpline 1818
Check a Supreme Court of Pakistan case status online, find this week's cause list PDFs for Islamabad and Quetta, and know which of the court's 3 numbers to use.

To check a Supreme Court of Pakistan case status online, use Online Case Information at scp.gov.pk/OnlineCaseInformation. The weekly cause lists are PDFs on supremecourt.gov.pk/cause-lists, and the public helpline is 1818. All of it is free. The court also lists a Cause List Search, a Judgment Search and a Roster of Sittings on the same scp.gov.pk system.
We read the Supreme Court website on 4 November 2026 and listed every case tool it links. One warning first: when we tried to open the case search page itself, the site's security filter blocked our automated request with a 403 error. A normal browser usually gets through. If you are blocked too, use the helpline or the cause list PDFs below.
Five Supreme Court tools cover case status, lists and judgments
The Supreme Court splits its public tools between two addresses. The main site is supremecourt.gov.pk. The search tools run on scp.gov.pk. Both are the court's own.
| What you need | Supreme Court tool | Address |
|---|---|---|
| Case status | Online Case Information | scp.gov.pk/OnlineCaseInformation |
| Weekly cause list | Cause Lists (PDF) | supremecourt.gov.pk/cause-lists |
| Search the lists | Cause List Search | scp.gov.pk/CauseListSearch |
| Judgments | Judgment Search, Latest Judgments | scp.gov.pk/JudgmentsSearch |
| Which judges sit when | Roster of Sittings | scp.gov.pk/RosterofSittings |

There is also a Public Portal at scp.gov.pk/pfc.aspx. The court says it covers application status, information and feedback, including the status of early hearing and video link requests.
Five steps check a Supreme Court case online
- Find your case number and the registry where it was filed. It is on your petition, the diary receipt or your lawyer's file.
- Open scp.gov.pk/OnlineCaseInformation in a normal browser on your phone or computer.
- Enter the case details the form asks for and search.
- If the page will not load, open the latest cause list PDF and search it for your case number.
- Still stuck? Call the public helpline 1818 with your case number ready.

We have not listed the exact fields on the case search form, because the page did not load for us. We will add them once we have read the form ourselves.
Cause lists come out weekly, with daily supplementary lists
The Cause Lists page groups PDFs by registry. On 4 November 2026 it showed lists for Islamabad and Quetta. These were the titles we saw:
- Islamabad: Final Cause List 43 for 2 to 6 November 2026 (Revised).
- Islamabad supplementary lists: Nos. 473, 474, 475, 477, 480 and 481, dated 4 and 5 November 2026.
- Islamabad proposed list: Proposed Cause List 6, for 19 October to 13 November 2026.
- Quetta: Final Cause List 6-Q for 4 to 6 November 2026.
The pattern is clear from those titles. A final list covers a working week. Supplementary lists add cases for a day or two. A proposed list gives an early look at cases the court plans to fix later. So check the final list on Monday and the supplementary lists every evening.
The Supreme Court also has branch registries in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. The cause list page did not show separate lists for Lahore, Karachi or Peshawar when we checked, so if your case is at one of those registries, ask the helpline where its list is posted.
Helpline 1818 and the WhatsApp numbers do different jobs
The Supreme Court home page lists 1818 as its public helpline for immediate help and info@supremecourt.gov.pk as a contact email. Two mobile numbers also appear, but they are not general help lines.
| Number | What it is for |
|---|---|
| 1818 | Public helpline |
| 0326-4442444 | Anti-Corruption Hotline and Overseas Litigant Facilitation Cell, messages only |
| 0329-0266663 | Anti-Corruption Hotline WhatsApp |
The court says both mobile numbers take messages about Supreme Court matters only. Use them to report bribery, delay or record tampering, not to ask for a hearing date. Our guide on reporting court staff for bribery or delay explains how.
Video link hearings and live streaming are on the main site
The main site has a Video Link page for case hearings and a Court Proceedings page for live streaming. If you have asked to appear by video link, track the request through the Public Portal. Our guide on the Supreme Court's Smart Judicial Assistant covers the court's newer digital help.
For deadlines to file, see our guide on Supreme Court appeal time limits. The Federal Constitutional Court is a separate court with its own case and cause list search.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the Supreme Court of Pakistan home page, its Cause Lists page and its Anti-Corruption Hotline page on 4 November 2026. The Online Case Information page returned a 403 security block to our request, so we could not read its fields. We did not call 1818.
