How to Join Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad: Membership Form and Fees
Join Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad: PSB membership form, documents, registration from Rs 5,000 and monthly fees by sport. Check the form date first.

To join Pakistan Sports Complex in Islamabad, download the PSB general membership form, tick your sport, attach your CNIC or B-Form copy and two photographs, and pay the registration and monthly fee. The cheapest options are Rs 5,000 to join and Rs 1,500 a month. All sports together cost Rs 30,000 to join.
The complex is run by the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) at Srinagar Highway, near Aabpara. It has a hockey stadium, a football ground, a tartan track, squash and tennis courts, halls and swimming pools. We read the membership form, fee table and complex page on the PSB website on 8 October 2026. The form carries a 2025 date, so confirm the fees by phone before you pay.

Check the monthly fee for your sport
Each sport has its own one-time registration fee, which PSB calls non-refundable, and a monthly fee. A monthly package without registration is also listed. The Comprehensive plan covers badminton, basketball, gym, jogging, squash and tennis.
| Facility | Registration | Monthly fee | Package without registration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Comprehensive (six sports) | Rs 30,000 | Rs 5,000 | Rs 7,500 |
| Basketball | Rs 5,000 | Rs 1,500 | Rs 3,000 |
| Jogging | Rs 5,000 | Rs 1,500 | Rs 3,000 |
| Futsal (under renovation) | Rs 5,000 | Rs 1,500 | Rs 3,000 |
| Badminton | Rs 15,000 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Gym | Rs 15,000 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Squash | Rs 15,000 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Tennis | Rs 10,000 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 5,000 |
| Table tennis | Rs 10,000 | Rs 3,000 | Rs 5,000 |
These are the general public rates on the PSB form. The PSB complex page says athletes pay much less, and foreigners and diplomats pay more, from Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000 a month. We did not read the athlete rate table, so ask the office what you must show to qualify.

Join with the PSB membership form in five steps
The form is called Membership Form (General/Monthly) and is posted on the PSB downloads page. You fill it in, attach papers and photos and hand it to the complex. The form does not say where in the complex to submit it, so ask at the office.
- Download the general membership form from the PSB downloads page.
- Write your name, father's or husband's name, CNIC number, address and phone numbers.
- Tick the facility you want, such as squash or gym.
- Attach a copy of your CNIC or B-Form and two 1x1 photographs. Paste one on the form and attach the other for the card.
- Pay the registration fee and the first monthly fee and collect your membership card.
The form also asks for a Covid-19 vaccination certificate from NADRA. That line looks left over from earlier years, so ask whether it is still needed. The swimming pools use a different form, and there is a separate form for foreigners and diplomats.
Know the rules that can cancel your membership

You must pay the monthly fee before the fifth of every month. PSB can cancel your membership if you do not pay for more than three months. It can also refuse any application without giving a reason.
Other rules on the form are simple. No firearms are allowed, and breaking that rule cancels the membership. The speed limit inside the premises is 40 kilometres an hour, loud music is banned and pets are not allowed on the sports venues. PSB can close a facility or change its timings at short notice. It is not responsible for lost belongings or injuries.
Book a facility for a match or a group instead
If you only need a ground or hall for an event, you do not need a membership. The complex page says bookings need a written request and one week of notice. Government educational institutions get lower rates than commercial users.
Staying overnight is possible too. Three hostels at the complex hold 180, 168 and 132 people. We did not find the hostel rates. PSB has an online portal for hostel, facility and pool bookings, but we could only see its login page, so we could not check how it works. Compare with the Lahore system in our guide to booking a ground at Nishtar Park.
If you plan to play competitively, read how to apply to the PSB talent system and who runs your sport in the list of national federations. Parents looking for a football place for a child should read our guide to the PSB Football Academy.

Last checked on 8 October 2026. We read the PSB Membership Form (General/Monthly) with its fee structure, dated 23 April 2025, and the Pakistan Sports Complex page, both on sports.gov.pk.
