How to Join the PSB Football Academy in Islamabad: Rs 3,000 Registration and Form

To join the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Football Academy in Islamabad, fill in the registration form, attach two 1x1 photographs and a copy of the player's B-Form, CNIC or passport, and pay Rs 3,000 to register. The monthly fee is Rs 2,000, paid in advance. Call 051-9249023 for details.

The academy trains players at the Pakistan Sports Complex (PSC) in Islamabad. A parent or guardian must sign for the player. We read the registration form on the PSB website on 8 October 2026. It is dated 23 April 2025, so confirm the fees before you pay.

Know the fees before you register

There are two payments. A one-time registration fee of Rs 3,000 applies to every student at the time of registration. The monthly fee of Rs 2,000 must be paid in advance, and it is mandatory.

The first month adds up to Rs 5,000 if you pay both together. The form has an office box for the receipt number, so ask for a receipt each time you pay. If the monthly fee is not paid for more than three months, PSB can cancel the registration.

Gather the papers the form asks for

The form asks for the player's details and the parent's details. Have these ready before you go, so you do not make a second trip.

• The player's full name, date of birth, nationality, gender and address.
• The B-Form, CNIC or passport number.
• Phone numbers and an email address.
• A note on whether the player is medically fit, and any allergies or diseases.
• The parent's or guardian's name, CNIC or passport number, profession and phone numbers.
• Two recent 1x1 photographs and a copy of the B-Form, ID or passport.

Be honest about health. The form says that hiding or giving wrong health information can have an adverse effect, and the parent accepts responsibility for it. PSB also says it is not responsible for injuries during training.

Register in five steps

The form is posted on the PSB downloads page as the Football Academy Form. It does not say where in the complex to hand it in or when registration is open, so call first.

1. Download the PSB Football Academy registration form.
2. Fill in the player and parent sections and sign both signature boxes.
3. Attach the two photographs and the ID copy.
4. Pay the Rs 3,000 registration fee and the first Rs 2,000 and ask for a receipt.
5. Ask for your membership number and the training timings.

Call 051-9249023, the number printed on the form. PSB headquarters can also be reached on 051-9202412 or infopsb@sports.gov.pk, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Follow the academy rules once you are in

Players must wear proper kit and shoes and carry their registration to enter the field. They must follow the schedule and keep discipline. PSB can change a member's timings without giving a reason, and it can turn down any application.

Pets and weapons are not allowed inside the premises, and misconduct can lead to immediate cancellation or a ban from the complex. The facility can also close for a short time at short notice. Park only in the parking area.

The form does not state an age range, class sizes, coach names or session days. Ask these four questions on your call, and write down the answers with the name of the person who gave them.

Also ask what a child should wear for the first session, whether trial days are held before payment, and whether a parent may watch from the side. These small points avoid arguments later. If a staff member quotes a fee that differs from the form, ask for the new rate in writing, because the printed form is the only fee statement we could read.

Keep a copy of the filled form and every receipt in one folder. If the registration is ever cancelled for missed fees, the receipts show what was paid and when. A child who misses several weeks because of illness or exams should tell the office, so the place is not lost without notice.

Other routes for young footballers

If you want more than weekend practice, look at the wider system. Athletes aged 12 to 25 can apply to the PSB talent identification system. The Pakistan Football Federation runs the national game, as shown in our list of PSB federations.

For the national side, see how Pakistan did in the FIFA ASEAN Cup against Thailand. Adults who want to use the same complex can read how to join Pakistan Sports Complex.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

Last checked on 8 October 2026. We read the PSB Football Academy registration form (23 April 2025) and the PSB contact details on sports.gov.pk. The form gives the fees, the papers, the rules and the phone number. It does not give the age range, timings, venue within the complex, coaches or intake dates, so we have stated none of them.
