Apply for BISE Sargodha Exam Duty 2027: Superintendent and Invigilator Forms by 15 December
BISE Sargodha invites teachers for 2027 superintendent, deputy and invigilator duty. Proformas must reach the Conduct Branch by 15 December 2026. How to apply.
BISE Sargodha wants applications from teachers for supervisory duty in its 2027 matric and intermediate exams, and the duty proforma must reach the board's Conduct Branch by 15 December 2026. Lecturers and senior teachers in BPS 16 to 18 can be superintendents, BPS 14 to 16 teachers can be deputy superintendents, and BPS 9 to 14 teachers can be invigilators. The form goes through your head of institution, by registered post or by hand.
The board announced this in Press Note No. 4433, dated 3 November 2026, which we read on its website on 6 November. It covers the first annual and second annual exams of 2027 for matric and intermediate. Paid exam duty is a real income for many government teachers in Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali and Bhakkar, so the date is worth marking now.
BISE Sargodha press note 4433 opens 2027 duty applications
BISE Sargodha's Press Note No. 4433 of 3 November 2026 asks for applications for supervisory staff duty in the matric and intermediate first annual and second annual exams of 2027. The Conduct Branch handles it, and the last date for the proforma to arrive is 15 December 2026.
The note is in Urdu and is signed by the Controller of Examinations. Its copy list goes to the deputy directors of colleges, the chief executive officers of education, and the district education officers for secondary education in Bhakkar, Khushab, Mianwali and Sargodha. It also goes to the heads of all schools and colleges affiliated with the board. That tells you who the board expects to apply: teachers in those four districts.

Who can be a superintendent, deputy or invigilator
The board sets eligibility by post and scale. Assistant professors, lecturers and senior teachers in BPS 16 to 18 can be superintendents. Teachers in BPS 14 to 16 can be deputy superintendents. Teachers in BPS 9 to 14, lecturer assistants and lab assistants can be invigilators.

These are the usual Punjab teacher grades. SSS is senior subject specialist, SS subject specialist, SST secondary school teacher, SSE and SESE are senior elementary school educator posts, EST elementary school teacher and PST primary school teacher. The board says it applies its standard operating procedures (SOPs) to decide the posting, and in the end only teachers on its approved list are eligible under its policy.
Note the overlap. An SST in BPS 16 fits both the superintendent and the deputy superintendent rows. Your head of institution enters you under one heading on the proforma.
How to apply for BISE Sargodha exam duty 2027
You do not apply online. Your head of institution fills and signs the duty proforma with the eligible teachers' details, attaches each teacher's pay slip and CNIC copy attested by the head, and sends it to the Assistant Controller Conduct by registered post or by hand before 15 December.
- Download the duty proforma from the Download section of bisesargodha.edu.pk, or use a photocopy.
- Give your head of institution your name with father's name, CNIC, national income tax number and home address.
- Add your bank name, branch, branch code and account number, plus date of birth, date of retirement and mobile number.
- Attach a copy of your latest pay slip and CNIC, both attested by the head of institution.
- Make sure the head signs, stamps and sends the proforma to reach the Conduct Branch by 15 December 2026.
The bank details are not a formality. The proforma says duty payment goes straight into the bank account, and payment is stopped if the account number, branch name or income tax number is missing. Give them carefully.
Late or incomplete proformas will not be considered
The press note is blunt. An incomplete proforma, or one that arrives after 15 December 2026, will not be considered. Registered post can take several days inside Punjab, so send it in the first week of December at the latest.
The proforma also carries a warning in its instructions. Heads must forward only eligible teachers, with their recommendation, and must not recommend teachers the board has disqualified. Superintendents and deputies who give wrong information can face action under the Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act 2006, known as PEEDA. And a head of institution cannot ban a teacher from board duty on their own.
Gujranwala board teachers have a separate process for paper setting and marking. The BISE Gujranwala paper setter and examiner applications for 2027 close on 31 December. Students in the Sargodha board, meanwhile, are in the middle of the Sargodha inter 2nd annual exam that started on 3 November.
What the press note does not tell you
Press note 4433 does not state the duty pay rates, the number of posts or the exam dates for 2027. It says only that the duty is for the matric and intermediate first and second annual exams of 2027.
We did not find pay rates on the board's website on 6 November. Ask your head of institution or call the board's number, 0306 0113065, for that detail. Do not pay anyone who offers to "get you" duty. The board posts teachers from its own approved list.
