To check a Shaukat Khanum lab report online, open "View Your Lab Reports" on shaukatkhanum.org.pk and enter the invoice number and access code printed on your receipt. Pathology, radiology and nuclear medicine reports show there for 6 months from the invoice date. ECG, echo and lung function reports do not, and must be collected in person.

The same report also shows in the Shaukat Khanum app. Below are both methods, which reports you can and cannot get online, the help line, the 85 cities with collection centres, and the free home sample service. We read Shaukat Khanum's lab and report pages on 27 October 2026.

Check the report with your invoice number and access code

Shaukat Khanum's report tool asks for two things from your receipt: the invoice number and the access code. The page links a sample invoice that shows where both are printed. No CNIC or password is needed.

  1. Open the View Your Lab Reports page on shaukatkhanum.org.pk.
  2. Find the invoice number and access code on the receipt from the collection centre or hospital.
  3. Type both exactly as printed and press "Find Report(s)".
  4. Download the report as soon as it opens, and print it if your doctor wants paper.
  5. If nothing shows, wait for the test's normal turnaround time, then call the Pathology Support Help Line on 042-3590-5000.

Keep the receipt safe until the report is downloaded. Without the access code, nobody else can open the result, which also protects your privacy.

Only some Shaukat Khanum reports are online, and only for 6 months

Pathology reports, meaning blood, urine and other lab tests, are online. So are radiology and nuclear medicine reports from 3 July 2019 onwards. ECG, echo, PFT (lung function) and other such reports are not online at all.

The Shaukat Khanum app keeps your past results

The Shaukat Khanum app shows online test reports and lets you view previous test results, according to the hospital. It does not say whether the website's 6 month limit also applies in the app. The app also books home sample collection and tracks the rider who comes to collect the sample.

Download the app from the official link on the Shaukat Khanum Lab page rather than picking the first result in the app store. That way you install the hospital's own app and give your medical data only to the hospital.

Shaukat Khanum lists collection centres in 85 cities

Shaukat Khanum says it runs more than 180 laboratory collection centres across Pakistan. Its collection centre page lists 85 cities, most of them in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Home sample collection is free on 03-111-756-000

Shaukat Khanum Lab sends a phlebotomist (the person who takes blood) to your home with no service charge. Call 03-111-756-000 or book in the app. The lab says its representative reaches you within 100 minutes.

The lab and blood bank work 24 hours, 7 days a week, with consultant pathologists on call. Shaukat Khanum says it performs more than 4 million tests and procedures a year. Its Lahore laboratory gained accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP), a United States quality body, in October 2024, and the Peshawar laboratory has since done the same.

A normal report does not replace a doctor's view, and a value marked high or low does not always mean illness. Take the report to the doctor who ordered the test. If the test was for fever in the monsoon or after, the doctor may also want a dengue NS1 test or a typhoid blood culture.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read Shaukat Khanum's View Your Lab Reports page, the Shaukat Khanum Lab page and the laboratory collection centres page on 27 October 2026. The 85 cities are our count of the city list on that page; the 180+ centres figure is the hospital's own. We did not open a real report, because we had no invoice of our own, and we could not confirm test turnaround times or the address of each centre.
