BISE Lahore Extends Class 11 Registration: No Late Fee Until 12 October 2026
BISE Lahore extended Class 11 registration without late fee to 12 October 2026; the Rs 600 late fee now runs to 27 October. See the new dates and what to do.

BISE Lahore has extended Class 11 registration without a late fee to Monday 12 October 2026. The Rs 600 late fee stage now runs from 13 to 27 October 2026, a week longer than before. The board issued the revised schedule, notification No. 717, on Saturday 10 October 2026. It covers regular students of the 2026 to 2028 session, the first year of FA, FSc, ICS and ICom.
We read the Urdu notification on the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore website on the evening of 10 October 2026. The old schedule had closed the normal fee window on 5 October. So a college that has not yet registered its first year students still has two days to do it at the normal Rs 2,300 per student.
BISE Lahore moved the no late fee deadline to 12 October 2026
The no late fee window for Class 11 registration in BISE Lahore now runs from 21 August to 12 October 2026. The late fee window runs from 13 to 27 October. After 27 October, a daily fine per batch is added on top.
The notice says the change follows a decision of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC), notified on 9 October 2026. The PBCC is the forum where Punjab's education board chairmen agree common schedules. BISE Lahore says only the dates have changed. Fees and all other rules stay as set in its earlier notification No. 700 of 20 August 2026.
| Stage | Old dates (notice No. 700) | New dates (notice No. 717) | What the college pays per student |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal fee | 21 August to 5 October 2026 | 21 August to 12 October 2026 | Rs 2,300 |
| Late fee | 6 to 20 October 2026 | 13 to 27 October 2026 | Rs 2,300 plus Rs 600 |
| Late fee and daily fine | After 20 October | After 27 October | Rs 2,300 plus Rs 600, plus Rs 600 a day per batch or group |

Your college registers you, not you
Regular students do not register themselves. Your college enters you on the BISE Lahore registration portal with a login the board gives to institutions, then pays through an online bank challan. So the person to ask is your college office, today or on Monday.
When we opened the portal, hsscregistration.biselahore.com, on 10 October 2026, it showed only an institution login page. It asks for candidate photos on a white background. There is no student search on it.
- Ask your college office whether your Class 11 registration has been submitted.
- If it has not, ask them to submit it by 12 October 2026 to avoid the Rs 600 late fee.
- Check that your name, father's name and date of birth match your matric certificate.
- Give a recent photo on a white background if the college asks for one.
- Keep a copy of any fee receipt if you paid the college in cash.
Spelling mistakes entered now follow you onto your intermediate certificate. Fixing them later is slow, and the route to fix a mistake on a Punjab board result card needs papers and a fee. Two minutes at the college counter is cheaper.

The fee is still Rs 2,300 and the challan rule has not changed
The fee for Class 11 registration in BISE Lahore is Rs 2,300 per student. The new notice keeps every rule from notification No. 700, so the fee, the challan category and the paper copy rule all stand.
Notification No. 700 splits the Rs 2,300 into a Rs 1,150 registration fee, a Rs 870 processing fee and a Rs 280 sports fee. Colleges must pay through an online bank challan in the "Registration Category". The notice says a challan from the "Other Category", or a manual challan, will not be accepted. Students who passed matric from another board still need an NOC, or migration certificate, before the college can complete their BISE Lahore Class 11 registration.

The notice says nothing about refunds for late fees already paid
Some colleges paid the Rs 600 late fee between 6 and 10 October, when the old schedule applied. BISE Lahore's notice No. 717 does not say whether that money comes back. We read the whole notice and found no refund line.
Refunds have been reported as part of the PBCC decision. We could not read the PBCC notification itself, so we cannot confirm it. If your college charged you a late fee this week, ask it to check with the board's Registration Branch before you ask for money back. The board's login page lists 042-99200192 to 97 and 042-99200118 for help.
Rawalpindi has moved to the same dates
BISE Lahore's notice cites a PBCC decision, and the PBCC sets common schedules for Punjab's boards. BISE Rawalpindi issued the same 12 October and 27 October dates on 10 October 2026, though its Class 11 registration fee in Rawalpindi is Rs 2,950, not Rs 2,300. We did not find revised notices from Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan or the other Punjab boards on 10 October, so check your own board's website before relying on 12 October.
Students outside Punjab are on separate schedules. The Federal Board in Islamabad has its own FBISE Class 11 registration deadline of 30 October. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, BISE Peshawar's 11th class registration runs on a different fee and date.
