BISE Lahore Class 11 Registration: Rs 600 Late Fee Until 20 October 2026

BISE Lahore's Class 11 registration for the 2026 to 2028 session now costs Rs 2,300 plus a Rs 600 late fee per student, until 20 October 2026. After 20 October, a further fine of Rs 600 a day per batch is added. The normal fee window closed on 5 October. Your school or college registers you through the board's login portal, so the action is to check with the college office this week.
We read the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore's Urdu notification No. 700, dated 20 August 2026, on the board's website on 9 October 2026. It covers regular students in Class 11, the first year of intermediate (FA, FSc, ICS, ICom).
Class 11 registration in BISE Lahore is now in the late fee stage
BISE Lahore set three stages. From 21 August to 5 October 2026, colleges registered students at the normal fee. From 6 to 20 October, a Rs 600 late fee per student applies. After 20 October, a daily fine is added on top. Today, 9 October, is in the second stage.

The notice says the schedule follows a notification of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) dated 19 August 2026. The PBCC coordinates Punjab's education boards. We read only the Lahore board's notice. If you study in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Multan or another Punjab district, check your own board's notice.
The Rs 2,300 fee has three parts
The notice breaks the Class 11 fee into a Rs 1,150 registration fee, a Rs 870 processing fee and a Rs 280 sports fee. That is Rs 2,300 per student. The Rs 600 late fee is added to this, not taken out of it.
Colleges pay through an online bank challan generated in the "Registration Category". The notice says a challan from the "Other Category", or a manual challan, will not be accepted. If you pay your college for the registration, ask for a receipt.
Your college registers you, so check with the college office
BISE Lahore's registration portal opens with a login and password that the board gives to institutions. Students cannot log in themselves. When we opened the portal on 9 October 2026, it showed only that login page and a note asking for candidate photos with a white background.
- Ask your college office if your Class 11 registration has been submitted, and on which date.
- Check that your name, father's name and date of birth match your matric certificate exactly.
- Give the college a recent photo on a white background if it asks for one.
- If you passed matric from another board, hand in your migration certificate (NOC) and other papers.
- Ask for a copy of the fee receipt or challan if you paid the college in cash.
The notice tells colleges to enter student details exactly as they appear on the secondary school certificate. A wrong spelling now will follow you onto your intermediate certificate. Students from other boards need an NOC before registration
A student who passed matric from another board, or holds O level, must give the college an NOC (migration certificate) from the old board, or an equivalence certificate. The notice says registration numbers for these students are issued only after those papers are received.
The portal has an "Other Board" option for these students. The notice makes the head of the institution responsible if a wrong board or roll number is entered.
O level students get their equivalence from the IBCC. The steps for an IBCC equivalence certificate for O levels take time, so start them now rather than in late October.
Colleges must also hand in a paper copy and the original challan
BISE Lahore wants more than the online entry. The college must deliver a hard copy of the registration return and the original paid bank challan to the board office by hand, on the schedule. A late hard copy brings a fine of Rs 600 a day per batch.
This is the part that can catch a college out. A student may be entered online on time, but if the paper copy arrives late, the batch fine starts. The notice tells institutions to read the detailed instructions on the board's website, www.biselahore.com.
For help, the notice sends institutions to the board's Registration Branch, Room 110. The login page lists 042-99200192 to 97 and 042-99200118 for problems. The board's office is at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore.
Class 9 re-admission now carries a Rs 500 daily fine
A separate BISE Lahore notice, No. 704 dated 29 August 2026, covers Class 9 students re-admitted into a school for the 2026 to 2028 session. The fee was Rs 1,500 per student until 6 October 2026. From 7 October, a fine of Rs 500 a day per student is added.
That fine runs until the last triple fee date for the Secondary School Certificate (1st annual) 2027 admission forms. At Rs 500 a day, ten days of delay adds Rs 5,000 for one student. If your child's school says a re-admission is pending, ask the school to file it now.
Private candidates for matric 2027 follow a different route. The dates for matric 2027 private registration in Punjab are on their own schedule.
