BISE Peshawar 11th Class Registration: Rs 1,650 Until 15 October 2026, 9th Class Late Fee Now
BISE Peshawar 11th class registration costs Rs 1,650 until 15 October 2026, and 9th class enrolment is in late fee. See every fee stage and check your child.

BISE Peshawar's normal-fee deadline for Class 11 registration is 15 October 2026, at Rs 1,650 a student. After that the fee rises to Rs 2,300 until 26 October and Rs 2,950 until 10 November. Class 9 enrolment is already in its late-fee stage: Rs 1,800 until 15 October, then Rs 2,300 until 30 October.
Schools and colleges submit these forms, not students. But a missed deadline costs the family, because the institution usually passes the late fee on. We read both BISE Peshawar notifications on 9 October 2026. Here is what each one says, and how to make sure your child is actually on the board's list.
Class 11 registration costs Rs 1,650 until 15 October
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar notification No. 71, dated 24 August 2026, sets three deadlines for regular first-year (Class 11) students in government and private colleges. The fee is made of a Rs 1,300 registration fee and a Rs 350 sports fee, plus any late fee.
| Stage | Fee breakdown | Total per student | Last date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal fee | Rs 1,300 + Rs 350 | Rs 1,650 | 15 October 2026 |
| Late fee | Rs 1,300 + Rs 350 + Rs 650 | Rs 2,300 | 26 October 2026 |
| Double late fee | Rs 1,300 + Rs 350 + Rs 1,300 | Rs 2,950 | 10 November 2026 |
| Late admission, deserving cases only | Rs 300 extra, with a written reason | Case by case | 11 November to 10 December 2026 |
Late admission after 10 November is not automatic. The chairman of the board must approve each case, and the board can reject it if the reason is weak. Data not confirmed by 14 December 2026 is deleted by the system the next day.

Class 9 enrolment is already in the late-fee stage
BISE Peshawar's revised notification No. 70, dated 20 August 2026, set the Class 9 normal-fee deadline at 30 September 2026. That date has passed. Today a school pays the late fee, and the last stage closes on 30 October.
| Stage | Fee breakdown | Total per student | Last date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal fee (closed) | Rs 1,000 + Rs 300 | Rs 1,300 | 30 September 2026 |
| Late fee | Rs 1,000 + Rs 300 + Rs 500 | Rs 1,800 | 15 October 2026 |
| Double late fee | Rs 1,000 + Rs 300 + Rs 1,000 | Rs 2,300 | 30 October 2026 |
| Penalty after that | Rs 10 a day per student | Grows daily | Until 30 November 2026 |
Enrolment data still not confirmed by 30 November 2026 is deleted automatically the next day. A student must be over 12 years old; the notification sets the minimum date of birth at 31 March 2014.

Make sure your child's school has registered them
You cannot register a regular student yourself. The school or college enters each student on the board portal, uploads a photo and pays through a computer generated receipt. Your job is to check that it happened before the cheap deadline, not after.
- Ask the school or college, in writing or by message, whether your child's name has been entered on the BISE Peshawar portal.
- Ask which fee stage they paid at, and get the receipt amount. It should match the table above.
- Check the spelling of the name, father's name and date of birth against the B-Form. For Class 9, corrections close on 30 November 2026.
- Check the photo. The board wants a 300 by 300 pixel picture on a white background, and a wrong photo costs Rs 2,000 to fix.
- Check the group (science, arts and so on). Class 9 group changes close on 30 October and Class 11 group changes on 10 December.
Group and subject changes after those windows go through the online admission form at Rs 230 for a group and Rs 115 for a subject, according to both notifications.

Rules that catch students out
The upper age limit for a regular male student in first year is 19 years. Students who passed matric in the SSC Annual-II 2026 exam can still register for Class 11, but only with at least 95 per cent attendance for three months in college, under a board decision of March 2023.
Students coming from another board need an original migration certificate, a verified matric DMC (detailed marks certificate) and a countersigned leaving certificate. Migration between colleges inside BISE Peshawar stays open until 31 December 2026. A student already registered with the board cannot register again; they need a BISE Peshawar migration certificate instead.
One more trap. A scholarship bond signed with a private college cannot be used to stop a student from migrating. The Class 11 notification says the board will not accept such an agreement.
If your child just passed matric, you may also be weighing groups. Choosing between FSc, ICS and DAE after matric is easier before the group is locked. Families in Islamabad schools follow a different board: FBISE Class 11 registration runs to 30 October.
