BISE Peshawar Migration Certificate Online: Rs 1,500 Fee, Board or University
Apply online for a BISE Peshawar migration certificate for Rs 1,500. Board to board or university, the leaving certificate upload, tracking and cut-off dates.

A BISE Peshawar migration certificate costs Rs 1,500 on the board's current fee list, and you apply online at services.bisep.com.pk. Choose Board to Board or Board to University, upload your school or college leaving certificate, and pay. The board says it issues the certificate within one working day of confirming the fee.
A family moves to Islamabad in the middle of 10th class. An inter student from Mardan gets a place at a university in Lahore. Both may need the same paper from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar (BISEP) before the new board or university will take them. We went through the board's online forms, fee list and migration notices on 3 October 2026.

The BISE Peshawar migration certificate fee is Rs 1,500
The fee structure page on bisep.edu.pk lists Rs 1,500 for a migration certificate, whether you move to another board or to a university. Bank or transfer charges are extra and paid by you. An older 2022 office order set a lower migration fee, so pay the amount the portal shows.
That 2022 order, Office Order No. 211, raised the "Migration (All Type)" fee from Rs 500 to Rs 700. The fee structure page now shows Rs 1,500. The board does not say when the newer rate started, but the page is the current one, and the portal works out your total for you.
| BISE Peshawar service | Fee on the board's page |

How to apply for a BISE Peshawar migration certificate online
Open the migration form on the BISEP online services portal, pick the migration type and your class, enter your name and registration number, upload your leaving certificate, add contact details and submit. Then pay the fee. Processing starts once the bank confirms payment.
- Open the form. Go to the BISEP online migration form. The board's homepage links to it under online services.
- Choose the migration type. Pick "Board to Board" if you are moving to another board, or "Board to University" if a university has asked for it.
- Pick your class. The list runs from SSC-1 (9th) and SSC-2 (10th) to HSSC-1 (11th) and HSSC-2 (12th).
- Enter your record. Type your name and your BISEP registration number exactly as they appear on your board documents.
- Upload the leaving certificate. The form accepts a PNG, JPEG or JPG photo of your school or college leaving certificate, up to 2 MB. Then add your city, mobile number, email and postal address, and submit.

Get the postal address right. The form says BISEP is not responsible if the certificate goes missing because of a wrong address. Bank charges for the payment are also yours to pay, on top of the fee.
Board to Board and Board to University are different requests
Board to Board is for students who move to another education board mid-study, for example from Peshawar to the Federal Board. Board to University is for students joining a university that asks for one. Matric (SSC) students can only migrate board to board.
The board's newer student services portal makes this rule visible. When you choose SSC, it switches off the university option and selects Board to Board on its own. The same portal lists 40 boards and more than 120 universities as destinations, from the Federal Board and BISE Karachi to universities across all four provinces.
University students should check their admission letter first. Not every university asks for a board migration certificate, and those that do usually say so in the documents list. If yours asks, apply as soon as you accept the offer, because the leaving certificate from your college is needed for the upload. University admissions are open at several places now, including NUML admissions in Islamabad.

Mid-session migration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has a cut-off date
BISE Peshawar stopped all school to school, college to college and board to board migration after 15 January 2026, under directions from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary. That notice covered the last session. The board has not yet published a cut-off for the 2026-27 session.
The notification, No. 09/DRD/BISEP dated 22 January 2026, says no such migration "shall be entertained". Families planning a move during the school year should apply early and not wait for winter. If a similar date is set for this session, a late application may simply be refused.
A separate BISEP notification tells private schools and colleges they must let students migrate to another institution without restrictions, as the rules allow. It warns that an institution which blocks migration can lose its affiliation. If a school holds back your leaving certificate over a scholarship or unpaid dues, that notice is worth quoting when you complain to the board.
Paying and tracking the application
The board processes the form only after it confirms your fee with the bank. Use the "Track Your Application" page on the same portal to follow it. The board's newer portal also takes payment through the EasyPaisa app, under Bill Payment, Education, BISE Peshawar.
On that newer portal, at portal.bisep.edu.pk, you first match your record by class, year, session and roll number. It then gives a receipt number to pay, and a tracking number for later. When we opened it on 3 October 2026, the active tab was for unfair means (UFM) appeals. The migration form linked from the board's homepage is still the one on services.bisep.com.pk.
Lost the migration certificate after it was issued? The duplicates page on the same portal has a "Duplicate Migration" option. For enrolment, registration and migration problems, the board's contact directory lists the Assistant Secretary General on 091 9222014.
Students who will need their papers abroad later should also know about IBCC attestation of matric and inter certificates, which needs board verification first. Punjab students follow a different process, set out for the BISE Lahore migration certificate.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked on 3 October 2026. We read the BISEP online migration, duplicates and verification forms on services.bisep.com.pk, the student services portal at portal.bisep.edu.pk, the fee structure page and contact directory on bisep.edu.pk, Office Order No. 211 of 3 November 2022 on fees, notification No. 09/DRD/BISEP of 22 January 2026 on migration, and the board's notification on scholarship and migration issues. We did not submit an application, so we have not seen the challan or the exact total, and the board does not say when the Rs 1,500 rate took effect.
