Excel Labs Report Online: Mobile Number Login, Helpline and Lab Timings in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi
Check an Excel Labs report online with your registered mobile number and a 4-digit code. See OTP fixes, the helpline and the timings of all 5 main labs.

To check an Excel Labs report online, open "Your Reports" on excel-labs.com, enter the mobile number you registered at the lab, and type the 4-digit code sent to that number. Your recent reports then open by department, ready to download. The 24/7 helpline is 051-88-44-000.
Excel Labs has run tests since 1991 and lists more than 100 collection centres in over 60 cities. Below are the login steps, what the report screen shows, how to add family members, what to do when the code does not arrive, and the timings of its five main labs. We read Excel Labs' website on 27 October 2026.
Excel Labs reports open with your mobile number and a 4-digit code
The Excel Labs patient portal has no password. It asks for your registered mobile number, sends a 4-digit verification code to it, and opens your account once you enter the code. The number must be the one you gave at the counter.
- Open the Your Reports page on excel-labs.com, or tap "View/Download Reports" on the home page.
- Enter the mobile number you registered at the lab and press "Log In".
- Type the 4-digit code sent to that number and press "Proceed".
- Open "All/Recent Reports" and choose the report for your visit.
- Press "Download" next to the department, such as Chemistry, to save the report.
If the code does not come within a minute or two, use "Resend OTP" on the same screen. OTP means one-time password, a code that works only once. Never read it out to anyone who calls you, even if they say they are from the lab.

The report screen shows your results, normal ranges and a graph
Once you log in, the portal shows your current or last visit with an account number and visit date. Results are grouped by department, each with a download button. Every test sits beside its normal range, and you can switch between a table and a graph.
| Part of the portal | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Current or last visit | Your account number and the visit date |
| All/Recent Reports | Every report on your number |
| Department tabs | Chemistry and other sections, each with a Download button |
| Results table | Test name, your result and the normal range |
| Graph view | Your results drawn as a chart |
The graph helps when you repeat a test, such as sugar or cholesterol, and want to see the trend. But a result outside the normal range is for your doctor to judge. It does not always mean illness.

Add family members under one mobile number
The portal has an "Add Family Member" option, which asks for the person's details and gender. This lets one phone hold the reports of parents or children who do not have their own mobile number.
Use it carefully. Anyone who can open your phone's messages can open those reports too. If an elderly parent's results are sensitive, keep the phone locked.
When the Excel Labs report or code does not arrive
Most problems come down to the mobile number, the timing or the network. Work through them in this order before you travel back to the lab.
- Wrong number: the portal only knows the number written at the counter. If a relative gave theirs, log in with that number.
- No code: press "Resend OTP", check the SIM has signal, and make sure the number is not blocking short code messages.
- Report not there yet: some tests take days. Ask the lab when the report is due.
- Still stuck: call the 24/7 helpline on 051-88-44-000.
To make sure a lab is registered before you trust its results, Islamabad residents can check a clinic or lab with IHRA, and people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa can check that a clinic or lab is licensed.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read Excel Labs' home page, the Your Reports page and the contact page on 27 October 2026. The login steps come from the portal's own sign-in, code and dashboard screens; we did not log in, because we had no report of our own. We did not find test turnaround times, prices or a full list of the 100+ collection centres on the pages we read.
