There is no public page where you type a CNIC and see your Benazir Hari Card status. To check it, call the card's helpline on 0311 1646111, or ask your area's field officer from the Sindh Agriculture Department's 2026 wheat subsidy list. Use the online complaint form if your card or payment is stuck.

That matters this month. Sindh's 2026 wheat subsidy is paid through the Hari Card, and the department posted on 11 October 2026 that registration is moving fast. Below is every route we found to confirm your registration, the officer list, the complaint route and the scams to avoid. We read the department and card websites on 24 October 2026.

No CNIC search exists, so status checks go through three people

We read the card's website, its registration portal and the department's subsidy page. None offers a CNIC status search. Your status sits with the helpline, the field officer for your village and your Sindh Bank branch, which holds the card account.

If a website promises a "Hari Card status check by CNIC", look at its address. The official card site ends in benazirharicard.gos.pk and the department's in agri.sindh.gov.pk.

The 2026 wheat subsidy has a named officer for every area

The Sindh Agriculture Department has published contact details of officers who register farmers for the Wheat Subsidy Program 2026. The department tells farmers to contact the officer for their own area to complete registration. The list is a 26-page downloadable file.

We opened the file. It is a scanned table. Each row gives an officer's name and post, the villages they cover, their area, taluka, district and a mobile number. Most rows we read were field assistants, marked F.A. In the pages we read, Khairpur talukas such as Thari, Sobo Dero, Nara and Kot Diji had several officers each.

1. Open the department's Wheat Subsidy Program 2026 page.
2. Tap "Download contact details for registration of farmers".
3. Find your district, then your taluka, then your village.
4. Call the officer named for your village and give your CNIC.
5. Ask whether your Hari Card and wheat subsidy registration are complete.

Write down the officer's name and the date you called. If the officer later says you are registered and no money comes, that note helps your complaint.

The wheat subsidy reaches farmers with up to 25 acres

The Sindh cabinet approved an extra Rs 14.9 billion wheat subsidy for farmers with up to 25 acres on 17 September 2026, as reported after the meeting. The bonus for wheat sold to the government doubled to Rs 2,000 per 40 kg.

The per-acre amount for the fertiliser part has not been published on any official page we found. So be careful with anyone quoting a fixed rupee figure per acre. The full package, as far as it is known, is in Sindh's Rs 14.9 billion wheat subsidy.

The timing matters for sowing too. The wheat sowing dates by district show when each area sows, so sort out registration before then.

Registration status depends on the form being complete

A Hari Card registration has five parts: personal details, assets, irrigation, Sindh Bank account details and uploads. Uploads are the front and back of your CNIC, a photo and Form VII, the land record. A missing upload is the most likely reason a record stalls.

The complaint form shows a status after you submit

The card website has an online complaint form. It asks for your name, father or husband's name, CNIC, district, taluka, contact number and the nature of the complaint. A "Complaint Status" box appears after submission, so keep a screenshot of it.

• Open benazirharicard.gos.pk and choose Complaints.
• Write the problem in one or two plain sentences: what you did, what happened, since when.
• Give the mobile number you can answer.
• Save the confirmation screen.

The same department also takes complaints through its own site, agri.sindh.gov.pk, under Complaint Form. Use one route at a time, so your case is not split.

Registration and status checks are free

Nobody should charge you to register, to check your status or to "add your name" to the wheat subsidy list. The department's officers do this as part of their job. If someone asks for money or your ATM PIN, refuse and complain.

Never share your card PIN or a bank code with an officer, agent or caller. Sindh's other big CNIC-based scheme, the flood house grant, has its own SPHF status check by CNIC; do not mix the two up.

The cabinet figures come from the state broadcaster's 17 September 2026 report; we found no Sindh government page carrying them. No per-acre amount was published. We did not file a complaint, so we have not seen the status box filled in.
