BISE DI Khan inter Annual-II 2026: the last date to submit admission forms is 6 November 2026, with the highest late fee, and the exam starts on Wednesday 18 November 2026. A Class 11 reappear candidate pays Rs 4,300 up to 4 November and Rs 5,300 up to 6 November. A Class 12 reappear candidate pays Rs 4,600 and then Rs 5,600. Below: every fee slab, the private and regular routes, and the rules that make a form late even after you pay.

We read the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Dera Ismail Khan fee notification for the HSSC (11th and 12th) Annual-II Examination 2026. It is dated 8 October 2026 and signed by the Controller of Examinations.

The exam starts 18 November and forms close 6 November

BISE DI Khan's HSSC Annual-II Examination 2026 begins on Wednesday 18 November 2026. The normal fee date was 23 October. Three late slabs follow, ending on 6 November 2026. After that the notice lists no further slab.

The Annual-II exam is the second chance in the same year. It is for students who failed a paper, want to improve marks, or need an additional or qualifying subject. Peshawar board students sit their own Annual-II exam from the same date, as set out in our BISE Peshawar Annual-II report.

Two other fees appear in the notice. A change of exam centre costs Rs 7,000. Appointment of an amanuensis, a writer for a candidate who cannot write, costs Rs 5,000.

Students who improve marks or add a subject also pay Rs 1,000 when the board issues the original certificate.

Pay at NBP or HBL, then hand in the hard copy

You can pay the fee at any branch of National Bank of Pakistan or HBL. Paying is not enough. The board wants the system generated form and the original bank receipt in its Examination Section by the slab date, or it charges the late fee.

  1. Private candidates: fill the online form through www.bisedik.edu.pk. The private HSSC Annual-II entry page is on portal.bisedik.edu.pk.
  2. Print the system generated admission form and the fee challan.
  3. Pay the fee at any NBP or HBL branch and keep the original receipt.
  4. Take the printed form, the original bank receipt and your last marks sheet (DMC) to the Examination Section of BISE DI Khan.
  5. Do it before the slab date you paid for. A form that arrives after its slab is charged the next late fee.

Regular Class 11 students who reappear or improve marks go through their own college. The institution submits them on the board's web portal, and the principal or head sends an attested hard copy of the admission list to the board.

Steps to apply for BISE DI Khan inter Annual-II 2026 as a private candidate

Orphan and disabled students pay no admission fee

The notice exempts orphan and disabled students from the exam admission fee. They must show a death or disability certificate issued by NADRA. Who attests it depends on whether you are a regular or a private student.

  • Regular students: the principal, headmaster or headmistress attests the certificate.
  • Private students: the Secretary of the relevant union council attests it.

Keep the attested certificate with your form. Without it the board will treat you as a normal fee payer.

Five rules that catch candidates out

The notice has ten instructions. Five of them decide whether your result counts the way you expect. Read them before you choose your subjects, because you cannot change them once the exam starts.

  • Grace marks: a subject you passed with grace marks or by aggregate must be included in the subjects you take for improvement.
  • No position for improvers: Class 11 students who improve marks cannot claim a position or any scholarship.
  • Migrated students: Class 12 students who came from another board must sit the Part-1 practical if they have not taken it.
  • Additional subject: you need a certificate from the principal of the institution where you did the practicals.
  • Qualifying subjects: Sanvia Khasa certificates must be verified from Wafaq ul Madaris.

Roll number slips for private and regular students will be on www.bisedik.edu.pk. The notice gives no release date for them. Our roll number slip download guide explains what to do if the slip does not open.

Other Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards run the same exam window

Each KP board sets its own fees and slabs for Annual-II. Do not use another board's fee table for a DI Khan form. If you are under Abbottabad, Swat or Mardan, use our KP inter supplementary fee guide instead.

BISE DI Khan covers DI Khan, Tank and South Waziristan, the districts named in the notice's copy list. Its office is on Indus View Road, DI Khan. The board lists 0966-730501 to 03 as its phone line, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
