Workers Welfare Board Contact Numbers in Pakistan: Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan and WWF Islamabad
Phone, fax and address for the Workers Welfare Boards of Punjab, Sindh, KP and Balochistan, plus WWF Islamabad's section numbers, as WWF lists them in 2026.

The Workers Welfare Board numbers listed by the Workers Welfare Fund are: Punjab 042-37812634 (Lahore), Sindh 021-34548137 (Karachi), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 091-9210623 (Peshawar) and Balochistan 081-9204747 (Quetta). The federal Workers Welfare Fund in Islamabad answers on 051-9106325 and 051-9106326. Call the board of the province where your factory is registered, not where you live.
A worker chasing a marriage grant or a child's scholarship usually starts by calling the wrong office. We read the contact pages of the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) on 1 November 2026. Every number, address and fax below comes from those pages. The provincial boards' own websites did not open from our connection, so we could not cross-check them there.
Each province has its own Workers Welfare Board
WWF in Islamabad collects the money and sets federal policy. The four provincial Workers Welfare Boards (WWBs) handle claims from workers in their province. Islamabad-based industries deal with WWF directly. So the right number depends on where the factory is.
| Board | Phone | Fax | Address |
|---|---|---|---|
| WWB Punjab | 042-37812634 | 042-37812609 | F-A/1, Khyber Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore |
| WWB Sindh | 021-34548137 | 021-34546469 | 8th Floor, Faisal Marine, A-10/6, Karachi |
| WWB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | 091-9210623 | 091-9211750 | 134 Defence Officers Colony, Shami Road, Peshawar |
| WWB Balochistan | 081-9204747 | 081-2827228 | Near BINUQ Hospital, Samungli Road, Quetta |
| WWF Islamabad | 051-9106325, 051-9106326 | 051-9106321 | Building No. 2, Street 39, G-10/4, Islamabad |
WWF prints these numbers in international form, such as +92 42-37812634. Dialled from a Pakistani mobile, start with the 0 and the city code, as in the table.

WWF Islamabad has a direct line for each section
The federal fund lists named directors with their own numbers and extensions. Ask for the section that matches your claim: Education for scholarships, Estate for housing, IT for the online system, and Receipt for information requests.
- Secretary WWF: 051-9106320
- Director (Education): 051-9106322, extension 145
- Second Director (Education): extension 106
- Director (Estate), for houses and flats: 051-9106324, extension 111
- Director (IT), for the MIS system and app: extension 209
- Director (Finance): 051-9106328, extension 302
- Director (Legal): extension 408
- Director (Receipt), also the Public Information Officer: extension 301
Extensions are reached through the switchboard on 051-9106325 or 051-9106326. Office hours are not stated on the contact page, so call in the morning on a working day.

Call the board where the factory is registered
Eligibility follows the establishment, not your home address. A worker living in Rawalpindi but employed by a factory registered in Islamabad goes to WWF. A worker in a Lahore factory goes to WWB Punjab, even if the family lives elsewhere.
If you do not know where your employer is registered, the appointment letter or factory card usually shows the address. The employer's HR or accounts office can also tell you whether it pays the WWF contribution. WWF's checklists ask for a receipt of the 2% or 5% contribution, the two rates tied to the WWF Ordinance and the Companies Profits (Workers' Participation) Act 1968.
Have five things ready before you call
A board can only answer about a claim it can find. Keep the worker's CNIC, EOBI or social security number, the employer's name, the claim type and any claim or diary number at hand. That cuts a call from twenty minutes to five.
- The worker's CNIC number.
- The EOBI or social security registration number.
- The employer's full name and city.
- The claim type: scholarship, marriage grant, death grant, housing or Hajj.
- Any claim, diary or receipt number you were given.

For Islamabad claims, much of this can be checked without calling. The WWF claim status check on MIS shows each stage of a claim inside the worker's account.
Workers Welfare Boards are not EOBI or social security
Three different bodies serve industrial workers, and their phone lines do not overlap. WWF and the WWBs pay grants and scholarships. EOBI pays old-age pensions. Provincial social security institutions pay medical care and sickness benefits.
So a pension question will get nowhere at a Workers Welfare Board. Those go to EOBI, whose numbers are in the list of EOBI regional office contact numbers. In Punjab, registration and benefits through the provincial board are set out in the Punjab Workers Welfare Board registration steps.
The differences matter for documents too. Almost every WWF and WWB claim asks for proof of EOBI or social security registration, so sort that out first.
One more practical point. If a number rings without answer, try the fax line during office hours to send a short written request with your CNIC and claim type. A written request leaves a record, and a record is what you will need if you later complain on the Pakistan Citizen Portal.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. We read the Workers Welfare Boards contact page and the WWF Islamabad contact page on wwf.gov.pk, plus WWF's scholarship eligibility page for the contribution rates. Every number here is as WWF lists it. The provincial boards' own websites did not open from our connection on that date, so we could not check whether any board has changed its number since WWF last updated its page. We did not call the numbers.
