EOBI Office Contact Numbers in Pakistan: Every Regional Office, Helpdesk and Benefits Email (2026 List)
EOBI helpdesk 021-34328037 plus phone numbers, addresses and benefits emails for every EOBI regional office in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and more.

EOBI's helpdesk for individual record queries is 021-34328037, open 8am to 4pm on working days, and every EOBI regional office has its own phone numbers and a benefits email in the form benefits.city@eobi.gov.pk. Below is the full list for Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad and Gilgit, taken from EOBI's own address book, plus the field offices that report to each region.
A pension case at EOBI is handled by the regional office where the employer is registered, not by the head office. So the right number is the one for your region. We read EOBI's address book, help line page and individual information page on 31 October 2026.
Start with the helpdesk and the online record check
Before you call a region, check your own record online. EOBI's individual information page links two reports: insured person or employee details, and pension claim status. It says individual queries can be accessed Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
| Service | Contact |
|---|---|
| Helpdesk for individual information | 021-34328037, 8am to 4pm |
| Employment history report | fs2e.eobi.gov.pk, Employment History |

| IT facilitation, Karachi | 0345-2998289, fpit_khi@eobi.gov.pk |
The online system runs on plain http, not https, at the time we checked. If your browser blocks it, type the address in full with http:// at the start. The steps to read the record are in the guide to checking EOBI registration.

What to take when you visit an EOBI office
EOBI decides pensions from the contribution record, so bring proof of your work history. Most delays come from missing months that the employer never paid.
- Your original CNIC and a copy.
- Your EOBI registration card or number, if you have one.
- Appointment letters, salary slips or service certificates from each employer.
- The claim form for your benefit, from EOBI's downloads.
- For a survivor's claim, the death certificate and family documents.
The old age pension needs 15 years of contributions. Fewer years may still earn the lump sum old age grant, as set out in claiming the EOBI old age grant. A widow's or children's claim follows the rules for an EOBI survivor's pension.
If an office ignores your case, write to the regional head first and keep a copy. After that, a complaint can go to the federal ombudsman, and the Wafaqi Mohtasib complaint process is free.

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 31 October 2026. Every phone, address and email comes from EOBI's regional address book, with the helpdesk and reports from EOBI's individual information page and its help lines page, all read on 31 October 2026. We did not call the numbers. Some field offices, such as Nawab Shah, Tando Adam, Ghotki and Gwadar, have no phone listed, and some regions list the same number twice.
