Spotify Premium costs Rs 379 in Pakistan, Rs 519 for Duo, Rs 679 for Family and Rs 199 for students. See what you get, how to pay by Easypaisa and cancel.

Spotify Premium costs Rs 379 a month for Individual, Rs 519 for Duo, Rs 679 for Family and Rs 199 for Student in Pakistan. We read these prices on Spotify's Pakistan Premium page on 28 September 2026. You can pay by card, Easypaisa or Jazz, and cancel at any time.
The Spotify Premium price in Pakistan is set in rupees and includes VAT where it applies, Spotify says. New users can try Individual or Student free for one month. People who pay by e-wallet get a different deal: two months for the price of one.
We read Spotify's Pakistan Premium page, its Pakistan support pages on payment methods, tax and cancelling, and the payment logos the Pakistan page shows. We did not subscribe, so we have not tested an Easypaisa or Jazz payment ourselves.
Spotify Premium plan prices in Pakistan for 2026
Spotify lists four Premium plans for Pakistan. Individual is Rs 379 a month, Duo is Rs 519, Family is Rs 679 and Student is Rs 199. Individual and Student also come as one-time, non-renewing passes at Rs 399 and Rs 219 for a month.
| Plan | Monthly subscription | One-time month | Accounts | Free trial for new users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | Rs 379 | Rs 399 | 1 | 1 month |
| Student | Rs 199 | Rs 219 | 1 verified student | 1 month |
| Duo | Rs 519 | Not listed | 2, same address | Not listed |
| Family | Rs 679 | Not listed | Up to 6, same address | Not listed |

The one-time price is Rs 20 higher than the subscription, and you have to top up yourself each month. It suits someone who does not want an automatic monthly charge on their card or wallet.
What Spotify Premium gives you over the free plan
Every Premium plan includes ad-free music, downloads for offline listening, songs in any order, high audio quality, listening with friends in real time and a queue you can organise. Family adds parental controls for the person who manages the plan.
Spotify Free still works in Pakistan, with ads and without downloads. So the real question is whether ads and no downloads bother you enough to pay Rs 379. For someone who listens on long bus rides with patchy signal, offline downloads alone are worth it.
Apple Music charges the same Rs 379 for one person, as we found when Apple Music started working in Pakistan. Its family plan is Rs 649, which is Rs 30 less than Spotify Family.
Spotify Duo, Family and Student rules
Duo is for two people who live at the same address. Family is for up to six family members at one address. Student needs you to be over 18 and enrolled at an eligible higher education institution, for up to four years. Each person keeps a separate account.
- Duo, Rs 519: two Premium accounts. Spotify asks for your address to check you live together. Two Individual plans would cost Rs 758, so Duo saves Rs 239 a month.
- Family, Rs 679: up to six Premium accounts, parental controls for the manager, and the same address check. Split six ways, that is about Rs 113 each.
- Student, Rs 199: one verified account for students at an eligible accredited college or university. Spotify runs the verification, and the discount lasts up to four years.

Nobody else on a Duo or Family plan can see what you listen to. Playlists and saved music stay your own.
How to pay for Spotify Premium from Pakistan
The Pakistan page shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay cards, plus Easypaisa and Jazz. Card users get the one-month free trial. E-wallet users get a separate offer: Rs 379 today covers two months, then Rs 379 a month.
- Open spotify.com/pk-en/premium and choose a plan.
- Pick "Pay by credit card and more" for the free month, or "Pay by e-wallet" for two months at Rs 379.
- For a card, make sure online and international use is switched on in your bank app.
- For e-wallet, choose Easypaisa or Jazz on the next screen and confirm in your account.
- For no auto-renewal, pick the one-time payment of Rs 399 instead.

Spotify's link for the e-wallet deal is named "carrier billing", which suggests the Jazz option charges your mobile account. We could not confirm that without paying. Spotify says the exact choices appear only after you pick a plan. If you have no wallet yet, you can create an Easypaisa account first.
Even for a free trial, you must enter a valid payment method. Spotify uses it to confirm your country and to charge you if you keep Premium. It sends a reminder seven days before the trial ends.
Whether the Spotify price includes tax
Spotify's Pakistan support page says the Premium price includes VAT where applicable. Your receipt, under Payment history, shows the breakdown. A bank card payment may still carry FBR's advance tax, which Spotify does not control.
FBR's withholding tax rate card for 2026-27 lists advance tax under section 236Y on amounts "remitted abroad through credit, debit or prepaid cards". It is 0.5% for people on the Active Taxpayers List and 1% for others. On Rs 379, 1% is under Rs 4. Whether your bank applies it to a rupee-priced Spotify charge is the bank's decision.
How to cancel Spotify Premium in Pakistan
Go to Manage your plan on your Spotify account page and select Cancel subscription. Premium runs until your next billing date, then your account moves to the free plan. Your playlists and saved music stay.
One trap: if you cancel during a free trial priced at Rs 0, Premium stops at once, not at the end of the month. And a free trial cannot be restarted. So if you only want the free month, let it run and cancel in the last few days.
On Duo or Family, only the plan manager can cancel the whole plan. A member who follows the same steps only leaves the plan. If there is no option to change your plan, you pay through a partner such as a mobile network, and your account page shows the partner's contact link.
