How to Watch Bilibili in Pakistan
Open bilibili.tv in any browser and it works. The iPhone app is not sold here. Never install an APK from an unknown site.
The short answer: use the website. Open bilibili.tv in Chrome or Safari on any phone or laptop. It works in Pakistan and you do not need to install anything.
On iPhone, the app is not in the Pakistan App Store. On Android, open the Play Store and search for bilibili. If it appears, install it from there. If it does not appear, use the website.
Do not download an APK file. We explain why below.

Some readers in Pakistan tell us Play does not show the app for them at all. So check your own phone rather than trusting any website, including this one. Your Play Store is the only thing that can answer it for your account.
How to watch it in a browser
This takes under a minute and needs no app.
- Open Chrome, Safari or any browser you already use.
- Type bilibili.tv in the address bar.
- Browse videos straight away. You do not need an account to watch.
- Tap your browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen if you want an icon.
- That icon opens the site like an app.
The Add to Home Screen step is the part most people miss. It gives you a shortcut on your home screen that behaves much like an app, without installing anything.
Why you should not use an APK file
Many pages tell Pakistani users to download an APK file. Here is what that means in plain terms.
An APK is an app file. When you install from the Play Store, Google checks the file really came from the company that made it. When you download an APK from some other website, nobody checks anything. You are trusting a stranger.
A changed APK can read your messages, your photos and your banking apps. You would not know. This is the same phone you use for JazzCash, Easypaisa and your bank.

Making an account
You only need an account if you want to comment, follow creators or save videos. Watching needs nothing.
The good news is that the old passport check is gone. Bilibili used to ask users outside China to send a passport or ID photo. It dropped that for global users in August 2026.
- Open the site or app and choose Sign Up.
- Use your email address or your Pakistani mobile number.
- Enter the code they send you.
- Pick your language and the topics you like.
- If any page asks you to upload a passport, stop. That is not the real Bilibili.

What Bilibili is
Bilibili is a very large Chinese video site, similar to YouTube. It has around 376 million users a month. Most of its content is anime, gaming, technology and study videos.
Its best known feature is called danmu. Comments float across the video while you watch, instead of sitting below it. Some people love it. Others switch it off in the settings within a minute.

Can you earn money from it?
Not from Pakistan, not yet. There is no creator payment programme open to Pakistani users.

A correction
An earlier version of this page said the Android app was available on Google Play in Pakistan and that we had confirmed it. We had not confirmed it properly, and readers told us it does not appear for them. We were wrong and we have fixed it. Our note on the iPhone App Store was correct and has not changed.

The iPhone position was checked with a country specific App Store lookup for Pakistan, which returns nothing for the Bilibili app. We could not reliably confirm whether the Android app is offered to Pakistani accounts, because the checks we can run from outside the Play Store app do not show what a Pakistani phone actually sees, so we tell readers to check their own device instead. We have not installed the app or created an account, so the sign up steps describe the published flow. The August 2026 international launch, the removal of the passport check and the user numbers are as reported rather than read on Bilibili's own announcement. App availability changes by country without notice.
