Earning From Bilibili in Pakistan: There Is No Programme Yet
Bilibili has no creator payout for Pakistan. We traced the $0.80 per 1,000 views figure: it is not Bilibili's, and the original post said $0.70.

The short answer is that you cannot earn money from Bilibili in Pakistan today, because there is no programme to join.
That is not a pessimistic reading. It is what Bilibili itself has and has not published, and we went looking.
| What people are told | What we found |
|---|---|
| Bilibili pays $0.80 per 1,000 views | Not a Bilibili figure |
| The original claim | Said $0.70, not $0.80 |
| Where it came from | One social media post, labelled analysis |
| Bilibili's own creator portal | Chinese only, states no rate |
| International payout route | None published |
The number grew by ten cents on the way here
This is worth following, because it shows exactly how these figures are made.
The rate being repeated across Pakistani sites and WhatsApp groups is $0.80 per 1,000 views. We traced it back.
It leads to a single post on X, from an account writing under its own byline, which the poster themselves labelled as analysis. That post said Bilibili would pay creators at least $0.70 per 1,000 views globally.
So by the time the claim reached Pakistan, it had gained ten cents and lost the word that marked it as somebody's opinion.
That drift is the tell. A real published rate does not change value as it travels, because everybody quoting it is reading the same page. A number that grows is a number nobody checked.
What Bilibili has actually published
We looked in the obvious places.
creator.bilibili.com is Bilibili's creator portal. It is in Chinese, and it publishes no payment rate and no international eligibility rule.
bilibili.tv, the international domain, did not respond to us at all.
bilibili.com responds and is the main Chinese platform.
We could not find a single official Bilibili page stating a per-view rate for creators anywhere, let alone for Pakistan.
What is genuinely confirmed
The international push is real. It is the earnings part that is empty.
Bilibili relaunched its international app in August 2026 and dropped the passport and ID verification that used to block overseas users. The Android app is live, and we set out how to install it properly in how to download Bilibili in Pakistan.
On money, the reporting is consistent and unhelpful: creator payments are still missing. Revenue sharing, virtual gifting and a creator marketplace all appear in Bilibili's pitch to creators as things that are coming. None of them has been finalised or set out in public detail.
The earning routes that do exist belong to the mainland Chinese platform, and they are built around a Chinese bank account. That is not a route a creator in Karachi can use.
The part that can actually cost you
Disappointment is not the risk here. Being charged is.
Whenever a platform is described as paying and no real programme exists, a gap opens that somebody fills. The pattern is always the same:
- A fee to enrol you in a creator programme, monetisation scheme or "partner" list that has not been announced.
- A request for your CNIC and bank details so a payout can be "set up", for a payout route with no published existence.
- A course or group promising the method, sold before the method exists.
- An account handed over to someone who will "monetise it for you" and takes a share.
There is nothing to enrol in. So anyone offering to enrol you is either mistaken or selling something. We covered the shape of this in the online scams running in Pakistan, and the tells are identical.
The same instinct that keeps you off an unofficial app store applies here, and we set out how to vet a claim like this in are online loan apps safe.
Should you post there anyway?
This is a fair question and the answer is not no.
Bilibili is a very large platform, and an early audience on a platform that is expanding is worth something even when there is no cheque attached. Creators who arrived early on other platforms generally did better than those who arrived after the money did.
The honest framing is simply this. Post there for the audience, not for a payout, and go in knowing that no payment route exists for you today and none has been promised with a date.
Two practical habits while you wait:
Keep your original files. If a programme never opens to Pakistan, you want to be able to move that work elsewhere without re-editing it.
Watch Bilibili's own channels rather than aggregator sites. When a real programme launches it will be announced by the company, with terms, and everybody will be able to read the same page.
What we could not verify
We checked Bilibili's reachable domains on 25 August 2026 and found no published creator payment rate.
We cannot prove a negative. It is possible a rate exists somewhere in Chinese-language documentation we could not reach. What we can say is that no page we could find states one, and that the figure circulating in Pakistan is traceable to a social media post rather than to Bilibili.
The state of play on revenue sharing and gifting is as reported, not read on Bilibili's own announcement.
We hold no Bilibili account, did not attempt to monetise anything and did not contact the company.
We make no prediction about whether or when an international programme launches. If one is announced, this page becomes a real guide and we will rewrite it as one.
Questions readers are asking
Can I earn money from Bilibili in Pakistan?
Not today. There is no international creator payment programme, and no payout route to a Pakistani account has been published.
Is Bilibili really paying $0.80 per 1,000 views?
No official Bilibili source says so. The claim traces to one social media post that actually said $0.70 and was labelled as analysis by its own author.
What about the Bilibili creator incentive programme?
The existing incentive routes belong to the mainland Chinese platform and are built around a Chinese bank account.
Somebody is offering to enrol me for a fee. Should I?
No. There is no programme to be enrolled in, so there is nothing that fee can buy.
Is it still worth posting on Bilibili?
Possibly, for the audience rather than the money. Arriving early on a growing platform has its own value, as long as you are not counting on income.
How will I know when it changes?
Bilibili will announce it with terms. Until a company page states a rate, treat any figure as somebody's guess.
Can I use the app in Pakistan at all?
On Android yes, from Google Play. On iPhone it is not in the Pakistan App Store.
