The Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared 30 candidates qualified for the viva voce (interview) after its MCQ test of 29 October 2026. 16 qualified for Health Management Cadre (BS-18) in the Health Department. 14 qualified for Electric Inspector of Mines (BS-17) in the Mines and Minerals Department.

The press release is dated 3 November 2026. Qualified candidates must post their application forms and verified documents to BPSC within 15 days. We read the 2 page release on bpsc.gob.pk on 5 November 2026 and counted both lists.

30 candidates qualified from the 29 October MCQ test

BPSC held one MCQ test on 29 October 2026 for both posts. The results came five days later. That is fast for BPSC, whose Lecturer results this week came months after the June and August tests.

The press release number is PSC-2026/E-Result/2302-2308. It lists each candidate by roll number, name and father's name. Health Management Cadre roll numbers run from 13301 to 13425. Electric Inspector of Mines roll numbers run from 13216 to 13297.

The posts come from BPSC Advertisements 02/2026 and 03/2026

Note I of the release names Advertisement Nos. 02/2026 and 03/2026. The documents you send must be the ones those advertisements list. If you applied for both posts, check both lists. Your roll number is different for each post.

The release names only the department for each post: Health for Health Management Cadre, and Mines and Minerals for Electric Inspector of Mines. It does not describe the duties, pay or eligibility. Those are in the advertisement you applied under, so read it again before you post anything to BPSC.

The release does not say how many seats each post has or how many people sat the test. So we cannot say how hard the test was. It also does not give marks. Those come only with a DMC.

Qualifying is provisional until BPSC checks eligibility

BPSC repeats the line it uses on every result this year. All candidates sat the test provisionally. Only those found fully eligible at the time of interview, under the advertisement and the service rules, will be interviewed.

So check your own eligibility again now. The usual problems are age on the closing date, a degree that came after the closing date, or the wrong domicile. Our guides to the BPSC age rule and BPSC degree rules cover these.

Post your documents by 18 November

BPSC wants the application form and verified documents through postal services within 15 days of the release. Counting from 3 November 2026, the last day is 18 November 2026. BPSC does not print that date, so post early.

  1. Open bpsc.gob.pk, go to Result, and open the 3 November 2026 release for Health Management Cadre and Electric Inspector of Mines.
  2. Find your roll number under the right post.
  3. Print the application form and attach the documents listed in Advertisement 02/2026 or 03/2026.
  4. Have your copies attested. BPSC says unverified documents are rejected at once.
  5. Send it by post or courier to BPSC, Samungli Road, Quetta Cantt, and keep the receipt.

Not on the list: ask for a DMC or recount by 3 December

Note II gives unsuccessful candidates one month from the release to ask BPSC for their DMC (detailed marks certificate) or a recount. That runs to 3 December 2026. BPSC says it will not hear any request after that.

The release does not give a form or a fee for this. Write to BPSC with your name, CNIC, roll number, the post and the date of the result, and say whether you want the DMC, a recount or both. Keep a copy and the postal receipt.

How we verified this

What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.

We read the BPSC Result page and the 3 November 2026 press release on bpsc.gob.pk on 5 November 2026. The PDF is a scan; we read both pages and counted the names. We have not printed any names. The 18 November and 3 December dates are our own count from BPSC's "fifteen days" and "one month" wording.
