Dow Lab Report Online in Karachi: Login by MR Number, Forgot Password and All 75 Collection Centres

To get a Dow Lab report online, open the Dow Patient Portal at emr.duhs.edu.pk, enter the MR number on your receipt and the numeric password, and sign in. If you have no password, press Forgot Password, enter the MR number and your verified mobile number, and press Get Password. Below are the login steps, the fixes when it fails, and Dow Lab's 75 listed collection points in Karachi, interior Sindh and Quetta with their phone numbers.
Dow Lab is the Dow Diagnostic Research and Reference Laboratory (DDRRL) of Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS). The university says it offers online electronic reporting for all patients. We opened the patient portal and read the university's lab and collection centre pages on 1 November 2026.
The Dow Patient Portal needs an MR number and a numeric password
Dow Lab reports sit on the Dow Patient Portal at emr.duhs.edu.pk. The sign-in form asks for the MR number, which accepts digits and dashes, and a password made of digits only. There is a second tab that asks for an invoice number instead.
- Find the MR number printed on your Dow Lab receipt or hospital card.
- Open emr.duhs.edu.pk on your phone or computer. The plain http link on the university site now moves you to the secure https address.
- Type the MR number exactly as printed, with any dashes.
- Type the password. It is numbers only.
- Press Sign In and open the report you need.
The portal carries the Dow University Hospital name, not just the lab's. Keep the receipt until you have downloaded the report, because the MR number on it is your login.
A lost password comes back to your verified mobile number
Forgot Password opens a short form. Enter the MR number and press Next, then type the mobile number the lab has on record, which the form calls your verified mobile number, and press Get Password. The form's wording suggests the new password goes to that number.
This only works if the mobile number you gave at the counter was correct. If you gave a relative's number, the password goes there. If the number is wrong or no longer yours, call the lab rather than trying again and again; the main lab line is 021-38771111, extensions 2215 and 2216.

Dow Lab lists 75 collection points, 56 of them in Karachi's tabs
DUHS lists five points inside the Ojha campus, 51 in its Karachi tab, 16 in interior Sindh and three in Quetta. The Karachi tab also includes a few outside the city, such as Hub Chowki, Hyderabad's Hirabad and Sukkur's KHAS Hospital.

Several Karachi points sit inside pharmacy chains and list the lab's UAN family of numbers, such as 021-111-362-273 to 021-111-362-279. For a home visit instead, the booking line is 021-111-362-273. Prices for each test are in Dow Lab test rates for 2026.
Interior Sindh and Quetta have 19 Dow Lab points
Outside Karachi, DUHS lists 16 collection points in interior Sindh, from Thatta to Ghotki, and three in Quetta. Each has its own landline number. Hyderabad alone has three in that tab: Latifabad, Qasimabad and Saddar.

The rest in interior Sindh are Thatta, Sujawal, Sanghar, Moro, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Khairpur, Pano Aqil and Ghotki. Call before travelling, because DUHS does not list opening hours for any of them.
Dow Lab reports are separate from other labs' portals
Each lab in Karachi runs its own report system, so a Dow MR number will not open a report at another lab. If your sample went to a different lab, use that lab's portal.

We opened the Dow Patient Portal and read its sign-in and forgot-password forms, and read the collection centre tables on the Dow Lab tests and rates page, on 1 November 2026. We did not sign in, because we had no Dow MR number, so we have not described the report screen, and DUHS does not publish report times or centre opening hours.
