BISE Peshawar has moved the last date for inter second annual (HSSC Annual-II) 2026 admission forward to Wednesday 11 November 2026, with triple fee. The old last date was 17 November. Double fee now ends on Monday 9 November. The exam still starts on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
The board's new notice is called "Re-Revised Notification, Online Admission, HSSC Annual-II Exam 2026". It is dated 2 November 2026 and the board's website lists it under that date. We read the PDF on bisep.edu.pk on 8 November 2026. It replaces the dates we reported on 28 October, when triple fee was open until 17 November.
So a student who planned to apply in the last week now has six fewer days. If you have not sent your form, the useful window is 9 November at double fee or 11 November at triple fee. After 11 November the notice says no form will be accepted "under any circumstances".

BISE Peshawar inter Annual-II 2026 last dates now end on 11 November
The re-revised notice gives one schedule for regular and private candidates. Normal fee ran to 5 November 2026, double fee runs to 9 November and triple fee to 11 November. The exam starts on 18 November, so the last form date is now a week before the first paper.
| Stage | Notice of 26 October | Re-revised notice of 2 November |
|---|---|---|
| Normal fee | 2 November 2026 | 5 November 2026 |
| Double fee | 10 November 2026 | 9 November 2026 |
| Triple fee (last date) | 17 November 2026 | 11 November 2026 |
| Exam starts | 18 November 2026 | 18 November 2026 |
Two things changed in opposite directions. The normal fee window got three extra days, from 2 to 5 November. The double and triple fee windows got shorter. The board has not given a reason in the notice. A likely one is the time it needs to print roll number slips, which the notice says will go online 10 days before the exam.

Admission fee for Part I and Part II at each stage
The fees did not change. Part I costs Rs 3,300 at normal fee, Rs 4,800 at double fee and Rs 6,300 at triple fee. Part II costs Rs 3,600, Rs 5,100 and Rs 6,600. Improvement and additional subjects cost Rs 4,000, Rs 5,500 and Rs 7,000.
| Category | Normal (to 5 Nov) | Double (to 9 Nov) | Triple (to 11 Nov) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Part I, fresh or re-appear, all groups | Rs 3,300 | Rs 4,800 | Rs 6,300 |
| Part II, fresh or re-appear, all groups | Rs 3,600 | Rs 5,100 | Rs 6,600 |
| Improvement of marks or additional subject | Rs 4,000 | Rs 5,500 | Rs 7,000 |
| Centre change | Rs 5,000 | ||
| Amanuensis (writer) fee | Rs 3,000 | ||
Each later stage adds Rs 1,500 to the normal fee. So a Part II student who pays on 10 or 11 November pays Rs 3,000 more than one who paid by 5 November. Improvement candidates also pay Rs 500 when they collect the original certificate, according to the notice.

How to send the form and pay before 11 November
Admission is online only. Private candidates apply on bisep.edu.pk, print the challan and pay at Allied Bank, MCB or through the Easypaisa app. Regular candidates apply through their college, which pays the fee and keeps the forms.
- Open bisep.edu.pk and choose "Online Admission, HSSC Annual-II Examination 2026" on the home page.
- Fill in the form with your SSC or Part I roll number and choose your subjects.
- Print the system generated challan. The board accepts fee only on this challan.
- Pay at any Allied Bank or MCB branch in the BISE Peshawar area, or in the Easypaisa app.
- Keep a printed copy of the form, the paid challan and your SSC certificate or DMC. The notice says private students must keep these in case the roll number slip does not arrive.
The board says forms are received automatically once the fee is verified. No hard copy goes to the board office. If you passed Part I from another board, you must also attach a migration certificate and a verified DMC from that board.

Roll number slips are due about 8 November
The notice says roll number slips go online 10 days before the exam. With the first paper on 18 November, that points to about 8 November 2026. Regular slips come through the college portal. Private slips come on bisep.edu.pk.
If your slip does not arrive in time, the notice says a duplicate is available at the board's One Window Service in Peshawar. Our guide to the BISE Peshawar inter second annual exam explains who can sit this exam, and the earlier extension story has the dates as they stood on 28 October.
Rules in the notice that catch improvement candidates
Improvement candidates face three rules. They cannot win a position, medal or scholarship. A subject passed with grace marks must be in the improvement list. And an 11th class improvement in Annual-II 2026 cannot be repeated with 12th class fresh admission in Annual-II 2027.
- Biology as an additional subject needs a two month lab attendance certificate from a government or public college in the BISE Peshawar area.
- Wafaq ul Madaris candidates who take additional subjects must give an attested copy of their IBCC equivalence certificate.
- Schools that want an exam centre can apply online until 11 November, and every centre must have CCTV linked to the board.
If your Annual-I result had a marking problem, the BISE Peshawar re-totaling and show of paper guide covers that process. For other Khyber Pakhtunkhwa boards, see our KP inter supplementary admission list.
