Passport Office Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Sialkot: All 46 Central Punjab Offices and Phone Numbers

The main passport office in Faisalabad is on Jail Road opposite Allied Hospital (041-9210129), in Gujranwala it is on Bukhari Road near the railway station, and in Sialkot it is at Zeeshan Housing Complex on Kashmir Road (052-3550096); Faisalabad and Gujranwala both run evening shifts. Central Punjab has 46 passport offices and counters on the official list, and the tables below give every address and phone number, district by district.

Many of these are NADRA centres in tehsil towns such as Daska, Samundri or Pattoki, so a trip to the divisional city is often not needed. We read the passport office list of the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGI&P) and its ordinary passport page on 28 October 2026.

Faisalabad has four offices and three NADRA counters

DGI&P lists a Regional Passport Office on Jail Road, an executive office on Jaranwala Road, a District Bar counter and a Jaranwala office in Faisalabad district, plus NADRA counters in Painsra, Samundri and Tandlianwala. The Jail Road office runs morning and evening shifts.

Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin have 14 offices

Gujranwala has a regional office, an executive office and NADRA counters in Kamoke and Nowshera Virkan. Sialkot has a regional office, an executive office, Kubay Chak and three NADRA counters. Gujrat has two offices, and Mandi Bahauddin has an office plus a Malikwal counter.

Gujranwala runs morning and evening shifts, according to DGI&P. Sialkot and Gujrat keep normal hours. Three NADRA counters print 051-111-786-100, which is a national number rather than a local one.

Every other central Punjab office, from Sargodha to Pakpattan

The remaining 25 entries cover Sargodha, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Kasur, Okara, Jhang, Chiniot, Mianwali, Bhakkar and nearby districts, including seven NADRA counters. Sargodha and Sahiwal each have a regional and an executive office. Most of the others list no phone.

Lahore's 11 offices are in a separate list of every passport office in Lahore. Rawalpindi, Jhelum and Chakwal are with the passport offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Thirteen central Punjab cities are on the fast track list

DGI&P lists Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, Toba Tek Singh, Sargodha, Bhalwal, Hafizabad, Mianwali and Bhakkar as fast track cities. Since the e-Passport replaced the ordinary passport, ask at the counter whether fast track is still taken.

The national list is in fast track passport cities. Normal offices work 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with a break from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm, and close on public holidays. Faisalabad and Gujranwala add an evening shift from 4 pm to midnight. The national hours are compared in passport office timings.

Apply at any office with your CNIC and the e-Passport fee

Passport Rule 6 of 2021 lets you apply at any office, whatever your CNIC address. Bring the original CNIC with a photocopy and any old passport. The e-Passport costs Rs 9,000 normal or Rs 15,000 urgent for 36 pages and five years.

1. Pick the nearest office or NADRA counter from the tables.
2. Use Faisalabad or Gujranwala for an evening visit.
3. Carry your original CNIC, a photocopy and your old passport.
4. Get a token, then give your photo and fingerprints.
5. Keep the slip and watch for SMS updates from 9988.
