Pakistan Consulate Dubai Passport Tracking: Check Passport, NICOP, Attestation and OPF Card Status
Track a passport, NICOP, attested paper or OPF card at the Pakistan Consulate Dubai by tracking number. See what Arrived In Dubai and In Process mean, and fixes

To track a passport, NICOP, attested document or OPF card at the Pakistan Consulate in Dubai, open pakistanconsulatedubai.ae/document-track, choose the document type and enter your tracking number. When the record is found, the status reads "Arrived In Dubai". When it is not ready, the page says "In Process". Below is what each of the four trackers shows, how the TCS delivery box works, and who to call when the number returns nothing.
We read the consulate's tracking pages and the code behind them on 2 November 2026. The consulate is at 2 11th Street, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, Umm Hurair One, Dubai, and its phone number is 04 397 3600.
The Dubai consulate has four trackers, one for each document type
The consulate runs separate tracking pages for passports, NICOP cards, attested documents and OPF membership cards. Each takes one field, the tracking number, and shows the document type, the number and a status. Choose the right type first, or the number will not match.
| Document | Tracking page | Extra details shown |
|---|---|---|
| Passport | document-track?type=passport | Shipment booking, delivery details, tracking history |
| NICOP | document-track?type=nicop | Second box for TCS home or office delivery |
| Attestation | document-track?type=attestation | Second box for TCS home or office delivery |
| OPF membership card | document-track?type=opf-membership-card | Status only |
All four sit under "Track Your Document" in the top menu of pakistanconsulatedubai.ae. The menu is easy to miss on a phone, so the direct addresses above are quicker.

Check your status in five steps on any phone
Open the tracker for your document type, type the tracking number exactly as given, and press Track. The result appears on the same page. No login, CNIC or passport number is asked for, only the tracking number.
- Go to pakistanconsulatedubai.ae/document-track.
- Pick Passport, NICOP, Attestation or OPF Membership Card from the menu.
- Type your tracking number in the "Tracking No" box, with no spaces.
- Press Track and wait for the result to load.
- Read the status, and for a passport scroll down for the delivery details.
Keep the paper the consulate gave you when you applied. The tracking number is the only key the page accepts, and without it you are back to phoning.

"Arrived In Dubai" means ready, "In Process" means wait
The page has two answers. If the consulate's system holds your tracking number, it shows "Arrived In Dubai" with the document type. If the record exists but has no tracking number yet, it shows "In Process". A number it cannot find returns no result.
For a passport, "Arrived In Dubai" is the line people wait for. The shipment fields, with an origin and a destination, show the passport is sent to the consulate from elsewhere. Once the status shows, you can plan the trip to collect it.
"In Process" is not a rejection. Most likely the document is still on its way. Check again after a few working days before you call.
| What the page shows | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Arrived In Dubai | The record and tracking number are in the consulate's system | Plan collection, or follow delivery details |
| In Process | A record exists but no tracking number is attached yet | Wait a few working days, then check again |
| Nothing appears | The number did not match | Check the type and digits, then call 04 397 3600 |
Passports show courier details, NICOP and attestation show a TCS box
A passport result can include shipment booking details, with reference number, booking date, origin and destination, then delivery details and a tracking history. On the NICOP and attestation trackers, a second box appears for people who booked TCS home or office delivery.
The consulate's note on that box reads that if you have already booked TCS delivery services for home or office delivery, you can track your delivery status there. It takes a separate TCS tracking number, not the consulate number.
For a NICOP, the NADRA side has its own rules on appointments and collection, set out in NADRA appointments at the Dubai consulate. For an OPF card, see how to get an OPF membership card and what it covers.

Call 04 397 3600 or use the complaint form when tracking fails
If the tracker shows nothing after several tries, call the consulate on 04 397 3600 or use its contact form. The form has categories for appointment, complaints, welfare and general inquiries, and a field for your passport number and appointment number.
Office hours on the contact page are Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 2 pm, and Friday, 7 am to 11 am. Passport tokens run 7 am to 1 pm Monday to Thursday and 7 am to 11 am on Friday.
If you applied in Pakistan rather than in Dubai, this tracker is the wrong place. Use the Pakistani route for passport tracking in Pakistan instead.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
We read the consulate's passport tracking page, the attestation and NICOP trackers, and its contact page on 2 November 2026, including the page code that sets the status messages. We did not enter a real tracking number, so we have not seen a live result. The page does not say how many days "In Process" usually lasts.
