NADRA Appointment Dubai: Book at the Pakistan Consulate, NICOP Tracking and Timings (2026)
The Pakistan Consulate in Dubai serves NADRA applicants by appointment only, 7 am to 1 pm. See how to book, the newborn rule and how to track your NICOP.

To get a NICOP at the Pakistan Consulate in Dubai, book a NADRA appointment on the consulate's website first, because the NADRA section serves applicants strictly by prior appointment, Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 1 pm. Once you have applied, you can track the card on the consulate's own NICOP tracking page with your tracking number. The booking form, the timings and the newborn trick are below.
We read the appointments page of the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai, its document tracking page, its fees page and its contact page on 31 October 2026. The consulate is listed as an official mission on the Foreign Office's overseas missions page.
The Dubai NADRA section works only by appointment, 7 am to 1 pm
The consulate's announcement gives the NADRA section's hours as 7 am to 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, and says NADRA services are available strictly on a prior appointment basis. Passports work differently: walk-ins are allowed, so do not confuse the two counters.
| Counter at the Dubai consulate | Monday to Thursday | Friday | Appointment? |
|---|---|---|---|
| NADRA section | 7 am to 1 pm | Not listed | Yes, strictly |
| Passport token | 7 am to 1 pm | 7 am to 11 am | No, walk-in |
| Attestation | 7 am to 1 pm | 7 am to 11 am | Token |
The announcement does not list Friday hours for the NADRA section. Plan on Monday to Thursday. The consulate is at 2 11th Street, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, Umm Hurair One, Dubai, and its phone number is 04 397 3600.

Booking a NADRA appointment in Dubai takes five fields and your passport
On the appointments page, choose NADRA as the service, then pick a date and time slot. Enter your name, passport number, Emirates ID, email and phone, with a short description. Every detail must match your passport, or the reception will refuse the appointment.
- Open the appointments page on the consulate's website.
- Select NADRA as the service.
- Pick a date and a time slot from the calendar.
- Enter your name, passport number, Emirates ID, email and phone exactly as in your passport.
- Add a short description of what you need, such as NICOP renewal or a child's first NICOP.
- Submit and save the confirmation.

The disclaimer on the form is strict. The consulate says all details should be valid as per your passport, otherwise your appointment will not be accepted at the reception. A spelling that differs from your passport, even by one letter, can cost you the slot.
To cancel or move an appointment, the consulate asks you to contact it through its contact page. There is no reschedule button on the form we read.
Book a newborn with a parent's passport number plus one digit
A baby does not have a passport yet, so the consulate tells parents to book with the parents' passport numbers. For more than one child, add an extra digit to the end of the parent's passport number for each booking, so every child gets its own slot.
The baby's NICOP comes before the passport. The consulate's passport list for newborns asks for the child's original NICOP, so the NICOP comes first and the passport second. It also asks for the original birth certificate, attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both parents' passports and CNIC or NICOP cards, and both parents present with the child.
If one parent is a foreign national, the passport list asks for a NOC from that parent's consulate or a sworn affidavit. The six month rule for registering a birth abroad is explained in registering a child born abroad with a Pakistani mission.
Track your NICOP on the consulate's page with the tracking number
The consulate runs its own document tracker with separate tabs for passports, NICOP, attestation and the OPF membership card. Choose NICOP, enter the tracking number from your receipt and press Track. The result shows the document type, the tracking number and the status.
| Tracking tab | What you enter | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| NICOP | Tracking number | Document type, tracking number, status |
| Passport | Tracking number | Document type, tracking number, status |
| Attestation | Tracking number | Document type, tracking number, status |
| OPF membership card | Tracking number | Document type, tracking number, status |
We opened the tracker but did not enter a number, because we do not hold a live application. If the consulate's tracker shows nothing, NADRA's own tracking routes are set out in tracking a NADRA application.

Apply online on Pak ID if no appointment slot is free
NADRA's Pak ID app takes NICOP applications from anywhere, including the UAE. You take your photo and fingerprints on the phone and pay by card. The consulate appointment is still useful when the app rejects your fingerprints or documents.
The online steps and NADRA's dollar fees are in applying for or renewing a NICOP on Pak ID. Whatever route you pick, renew before a trip home, because an expired NICOP can stop you boarding. If you also need a passport, the dirham fees are in the Pakistani passport fee in the UAE.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 31 October 2026. The appointment form, the passport matching rule, the newborn booking rule and the walk-in passport hours come from the Consulate General of Pakistan Dubai's appointments page. The counter timings come from the announcement on its pages, the tracking tabs from its document tracking page, the newborn passport papers from its fees page and the address and phone from its contact page, all read on 31 October 2026. We did not book an appointment or track a live application. We could not read NADRA's website, which refuses automated requests, so no NICOP fee is quoted here, and we did not read the Abu Dhabi embassy's NADRA arrangements.
