DG Khan Board Fee 2026: Verification, Duplicate Certificate, Correction and Migration (Full List)
BISE DG Khan fees in 2026 from its own challan form: IBCC verification Rs 6,295, duplicate card Rs 2,095, correction by years since result and migration.

BISE DG Khan charges Rs 6,295 to verify a certificate or result card for IBCC, and Rs 3,295 for departmental or self verification, on its online challan form. A duplicate result card is Rs 2,095, a duplicate ordinary certificate Rs 4,200 and a name correction from Rs 4,600, rising with the years since your result.
Those are the amounts the board's own challan system produced when we ran each fee type on 28 October 2026. Below are all 18 services, the correction fee by age of result, how they compare with the board's August notification, and how to pay.
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Dera Ghazi Khan raised many fees from the new session. Our earlier report on revised board fees in Punjab and KP covered four DG Khan rows. This list adds the rest.
DG Khan board verification fee is Rs 6,295 for IBCC
The challan form lists three verification types. "Verification for IBCC", for a certificate or result card going to the Inter Board Coordination Commission, costs Rs 6,295. Departmental verification, for an employer, and self verification each cost Rs 3,295. The amount was the same for 2026 and 2018 results.

| Service on the DG Khan challan form | Fee |
|---|---|
| Certificate or result card verification for IBCC | Rs 6,295 |
| Certificate verification, departmental | Rs 3,295 |
| Certificate verification, self | Rs 3,295 |
| NOC | Rs 3,100 |
| NOC cancellation | Rs 1,000 |
| Migration | Rs 3,095 |
| Migration, local | Rs 7,700 |
| Duplicate result card | Rs 2,095 |
| Duplicate ordinary certificate | Rs 4,200 |
| Duplicate urgent certificate | Rs 5,200 |
| Triplicate ordinary certificate | Rs 20,000 |
| Result cancel | Rs 2,000 |
| Paper cancel | Rs 1,500 |
| Wrong roll number | Rs 1,500 |
IBCC verification is the one most people need, for study or work abroad. It is almost twice the self verification fee. If you only need to show an employer in Pakistan, ask whether departmental verification will do. The next step after the board is IBCC itself, explained in our page on attesting matric and inter certificates at IBCC.
Name and date of birth correction costs more the older the result
Corrections are the only fees that change with time. The challan form works out how many years have passed since your result and puts you in one of four bands. A spelling, name or date of birth change costs Rs 4,600 within a year and Rs 10,000 after ten years.

| Years since result | Spelling, name change or date of birth | Father's name correction |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 1 year | Rs 4,600 | Rs 5,600 |
| 2 to 5 years | Rs 5,600 | Rs 6,600 |
| 6 to 10 years | Rs 6,600 | Rs 7,600 |
| Above 10 years | Rs 10,000 | Rs 10,100 |
We tested the bands by choosing results from 2025, 2023, 2018 and 2014 on the form. A father's name correction is Rs 1,000 more than the others in the first three bands. So the cheapest time to fix a wrong name on a result card is the year it comes out. Do not leave it for a passport or job application.
Most wrong names start with the registration form, not with the board's printing. Before you pay, check whether your B-Form matches the name you want. Our page on fixing result card mistakes in Punjab covers the documents boards usually ask for.
The challan amounts differ from the August notification
BISE DG Khan's notification of 28 August 2026 printed new fees after the board's 176th meeting. Some challan amounts are exactly Rs 100 higher than the notice, which matches the new Rs 100 form fee. But the correction fees on the form follow a different scale from the notice.
| Service | Notification of 28 August 2026 | Challan form on 28 October |
|---|---|---|
| Duplicate certificate, ordinary | Rs 4,100 | Rs 4,200 |
| Duplicate certificate, urgent | Rs 5,100 | Rs 5,200 |
| Local migration within city or town | Rs 7,600 | Rs 7,700 |
| Correction within 5 years (notice: wrong B-Form or CNIC; form: name or date of birth) | Rs 4,000 | Rs 4,600 to Rs 5,600 by band |
| Correction after 10 years (same labels) | Rs 7,000 | Rs 10,000 |
That the Rs 100 gap is the form fee is our reading, not the board's statement. The notice also lists Rs 10,000 for an urgent change of name, father's name or date of birth, and Rs 1,500 for verifying an extra copy of a sanad or result card. The challan form does not show those two as separate choices.
The notice is a phone scan and its correction rows are hard to read. Its four correction rows also do not run in a clean order. So where the two disagree, call the board before you pay, and keep the challan the system generates.
How to pay a DG Khan board fee online
BISE DG Khan has an online challan form on its website. You enter your details, pick the class, the session you sat and the fee type, and the form works out the amount. It then generates the challan to pay at the bank.
- Open bisedgkhan.edu.pk and choose Online Challan.
- Enter your name, father's name, roll number, CNIC or B-Form and mobile number.
- Pick the class: 9th, Matric, 11th or Intermediate.
- Pick the session you sat, from 1st Annual 2026 back to 1990.
- Choose the fee type, check the amount, add your address and generate the challan.
Keep the paid challan with your application. For verification, the board also runs an e-verification portal called E-VAC, which needs a login.
Other fees in the August notice
The notice raised several fees that are not on the challan form's list. An attempt certificate is Rs 1,600 ordinary and Rs 2,000 urgent, where there was no fee before. A revised result certificate went from Rs 100 to Rs 1,000. A missing practical date or batch is Rs 2,000.
Changing your group on the registration return after the due date doubled from Rs 2,500 to Rs 5,000. The admission form and other forms now carry Rs 100 each. Schools pay Rs 75,500 for first affiliation for two years and Rs 50,000 for each one year extension.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
On 28 October 2026 we used the online challan form on BISE DG Khan's website, choosing each of the 18 fee types for Matric with a 2026 result, then the correction types for 2025, 2023, 2018 and 2014 results, and noted the amount the board's form returned. We also read the scanned fee notification dated 28 August 2026. We did not generate or pay a real challan, and we could not confirm with the board why the correction amounts differ from the notice.
