FBISE Fee 2026: Exam, Registration, Name Correction, Verification and Duplicate Fees (Full List)
Every FBISE fee for 2026: exam Rs 2,700 SSC and Rs 3,000 HSSC, name correction Rs 2,500 or Rs 5,500, verification Rs 1,000, duplicate certificate Rs 4,000.

The FBISE fee table lists Rs 2,700 for each SSC exam part and Rs 3,000 for each HSSC part, Rs 2,500 to correct a name or date of birth within three years (Rs 5,500 after that), Rs 1,000 per copy for verification, Rs 1,000 for a migration NOC and Rs 4,000 for a duplicate certificate. All 22 student fees, in Pakistan and from abroad, are below.
We copied every figure from the fee table on the FBISE online challan portal on 1 November 2026. The same portal generates the challan you pay, so the amount on your own challan is the final word. Fees from abroad are in US dollars and exclude bank charges.
FBISE exam fees are Rs 2,700 for SSC and Rs 3,000 for HSSC
Each part is charged separately. SSC-I and SSC-II cost Rs 2,700 each, and HSSC-I and HSSC-II cost Rs 3,000 each. Regular, private and improvement candidates pay the same amount. From abroad the fee is 120 US dollars for SSC and 130 dollars for HSSC.
| Exam fee | In Pakistan | From abroad |
|---|---|---|
| SSC-I (Class 9), regular, private or improvement | Rs 2,700 | $120 |
| SSC-II (Class 10), regular, private or improvement | Rs 2,700 | $120 |
| HSSC-I (Class 11), regular, private or improvement | Rs 3,000 | $130 |
| HSSC-II (Class 12), regular, private or improvement | Rs 3,000 | $130 |
So a private candidate sitting both HSSC parts in one session pays Rs 6,000 in exam fees, before any late fee. That total is our arithmetic. Late fees are set in each session's admission notice, not in this table.

Changes during the exam cost Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,000
Any change after the admission form costs extra. A change of subject or group is Rs 2,000, a change of exam centre Rs 3,000, cancelling a result Rs 2,500, correcting a roll number slip Rs 2,000 and deleting an admission form Rs 2,000. Rechecking is Rs 1,500 per paper.
| Exam service | In Pakistan | From abroad |
|---|---|---|
| Change of subject or group | Rs 2,000 | $50 |
| Change of examination centre, SSC or HSSC | Rs 3,000 | $40 |
| Cancellation of result, SSC or HSSC | Rs 2,500 | $50 |
| Rechecking of answer books | Rs 1,500 per paper | $35 per paper |
| Correction in roll number slip | Rs 2,000 | $50 |
| Deletion of admission form | Rs 2,000 | $50 |
| UFM (unfair means) appeal, SSC or HSSC | Rs 1,500 | $50 |
The cheapest fix is to check the admission form before it is submitted. A wrong subject caught then costs nothing. The same mistake after submission costs Rs 2,000, and the rules on changing an FBISE subject or group also set a deadline of 30 November for regular students.
Name, father's name or date of birth correction costs Rs 2,500 or Rs 5,500
FBISE charges Rs 2,500 to correct a name, parentage or date of birth if the certificate was issued within three years, and Rs 5,500 after three years. From abroad it is 55 or 160 US dollars. A duplicate registration card or roll number slip costs Rs 500.
Speed matters here more than anywhere else. The fee more than doubles after the third year, so fix a spelling mistake as soon as you see it. Students now registering can avoid the problem entirely by matching their details to NADRA, as the NADRA and FBISE registration link explains.
| Registration service | In Pakistan | From abroad |
|---|---|---|
| Registration fee, SSC | Rs 1,700 | $100 |
| Registration fee, HSSC | Rs 1,700 | $100 |
| Correction of name, parentage or date of birth, certificate within 3 years | Rs 2,500 | $55 |
| Correction of name, parentage or date of birth, certificate after 3 years | Rs 5,500 | $160 |
| Duplicate registration card or roll number slip | Rs 500 | $40 |
One figure does not match. The challan portal lists Rs 1,700 for registration, but our earlier report on the FBISE Class 11 registration deadline cited a July 2026 FBISE notice at Rs 1,500 per student. We could not reread that notice, because it is a scanned image. The challan generated for your registration number shows the amount due.

Certificates, verification and migration fees
A duplicate certificate costs Rs 4,000 and a duplicate mark sheet Rs 1,500. Verification is Rs 1,000 per copy, and a migration (NOC) certificate is Rs 1,000. Attempt, provisional and improvement certificates are Rs 1,500 each. Cancelling a migration NOC is Rs 500.
| Certificate service | In Pakistan | From abroad |
|---|---|---|
| Verification of certificates | Rs 1,000 per copy | $40 per copy |
| Migration (NOC) certificate, SSC or HSSC | Rs 1,000 | $30 |
| Cancellation of migration (NOC) | Rs 500 | Not shown |
| Duplicate certificate | Rs 4,000 | $70 |
| Duplicate mark sheet, SSC or HSSC | Rs 1,500 | $35 |
| Attempt certificate, SSC or HSSC | Rs 1,500 | $35 |
| Provisional or improvement certificate | Rs 1,500 | $35 |
How you apply differs by service. The duplicate certificate is still a paper application, while the duplicate mark sheet is online, as the steps for an FBISE duplicate certificate and mark sheet show. Verification and migration are fully online on the FBISE applications portal.

How to pay any FBISE fee by challan
Every fee is paid through a challan made on the FBISE challan portal. Pick the level, the fee type and your registration number, generate the challan, and pay it. The portal says these online challans are for payments inside Pakistan only. From abroad, FBISE lists separate payment options.
- Open portal.fbise.edu.pk/challan.
- Choose the level: SSC, HSSC, Tech or Misc.
- Choose the fee type, for example correction, verification or migration.
- Enter your registration number, year and roll number, then search.
- Add your CNIC or passport number and mobile number, generate the challan and pay it.
Keep the paid challan. The online services portal asks for the challan number, and a paper application needs the board's copy attached.

How we verified this
What we checked, where we read it, and what we could not confirm.
Last checked 1 November 2026. Every fee comes from the "Fee Detail" table on the FBISE online challan portal, read on 1 November 2026. We also read the FBISE online applications portal at applications.fbise.edu.pk. The registration fee conflicts with a July 2026 notice cited on our earlier page, and we could not reread that notice because it is scanned. We left out institution affiliation and inspection fees, which are not student fees. We did not pay any challan.
